Goji is a picky eater and they even made him food to encourage him to eat. They took him on lots of hikes and swims and so much fun. It’s clear he was treated like family. It means the world to me knowing he was so well looked after, and we could tell he had the best time from all the photo updates. Suzanne was fantastic with Bud! From the start, she was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She has a calm, positive energy, and I could tell Bud was comfortable, and settled in by the photos she sent. He came home happy and exhausted after three days of being with Suzanne which, as a dog owner, is about the best outcome you can ask for. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Suzanne again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will genuinely care for their dog.
From the moment we walked into Nadine's home I knew we made a great choice to have her look after our beagle, Otis. She had lots of toys, treats, and multiple dog beds for him to enjoy during his stay, when we left he had already made himself at home with Pinky. During his stay she sent lots of photos and great updates throughout the day. Such a pleasure, we would highly recommend Nadine!
I couldn’t have asked for a better first boarding experience for Odin! He spent the entire time playing with her dog and had an absolute blast. It was so reassuring knowing he was happy, comfortable, and getting so much exercise and attention. She was wonderful to communicate with and made me feel completely at ease leaving him overnight. I picked up one very happy (and very tired!) pup. I would absolutely trust her with Odin again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter!
We felt completely comfortable leaving our dog Finn with Katherine. She has a very calm demeanour and you can tell she absolutely loves dogs. She sent us photos of Finn throughout his stay and he looked super happy to be hanging out with her. We’ll definitely choose Katherine again when we need a pet sitter in the future!
Lindsay was amazing! Sammy, who can be a bit of a nervous dog at first, felt comfortable right away, and made herself right at home. Lindsay was wonderful at giving Sammy her medication-which is not an easy task, lol. And I loved all the updates I got from Lindsay too. Plus, Lindsay accepted my booking request last minute, without any issues. I’d definitely recommend Lindsay and book with her again.
Kimberly did an amazing job looking after my senior dog, Norm, for six days. She kept me informed with daily updates and photos, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. She was a great communicator, very caring, and clearly treated Norm like one of her own. Norm also got along really well with her dog, Baloo, which was great to hear. I would absolutely recommend Kimberly and would happily have her watch Norm again!
Fantastic experience! This was a last minute booking for me so I was a bit nervous to leave my girl for 3 nights but Javiera was quick to respond, flexible and made me feel so comfortable. She sent frequent pictures and updates. Francine came home happy and tired and really became part of their family for the weekend. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
