Hi! My name is Kennedy 🐾 I recently moved to Calgary from Ontario. I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years for my family and friends. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperament. I’m comfortable with everything from walks, feeding, baths, to administering medication, including allergy medication and eye drops. Growing up my family had two dogs. One was adopted from an animal shelter when he was around 7 months and is naturally shy and reactive around other dogs, people, and loud noises. He’s also now a senior dog and partially blind. The other dog is the complete opposite, strong and full of energy. Two dogs with very different personalities, needs, and comfort levels. Before moving to Calgary, I worked as a nurse in Ontario so I understand the importance of responsibility, safety, and reliability. Especially when you’re trusting someone with a member of your family. Looking forward to meeting you and your fluffy friend! 🐶🐾

I couldn’t recommend Kennedy enough! She was absolutely amazing with Nessa and made me feel so at ease knowing she was in such good hands. She sent me so many pictures, videos and updates throughout, which I absolutely loved and really appreciated. My flight ended up being delayed, and Kennedy was so kind and accommodating about keeping Nessa for the extra time, which took so much stress off me. Kennedy is such a lovely, sweet person and her communication was amazing from start to finish. I felt completely at peace knowing Nessa was being so well looked after. I’m so grateful for her kindness and would honestly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their dog! ❤️
Kennedy was absolutely amazing with my 14-year-old Chihuahua/Shih Tzu! He can be difficult and definitely has a BIG personality, but she was so patient, gentle, and understanding with him. She made sure he was comfortable, gave him lots of attention and love, helped him with his routine, and was so attentive to his needs. I really appreciated how she took the time to understand his quirks and made him feel safe and cared for. She went above and beyond and handled his attitude like a total pro, which gave me such peace of mind. I would 100% book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone caring, respectful, organized, responsive and truly wonderful with their pets!
Kennedy has such a way with my boy Fender! He’s a Rottweiler mix and can get spooked by stuff more easily than other dogs and she tends to handle it with quick efficiency! Thank you again for walking him it’s made his life and mine a little more easier :) Couldn’t trust a more responsible dog walker. Would definitely request another walk with Kennedy. I know fender would love it. Thanks again Kennedy!
Kennedy has taken care of my Chihuahua, Bambi, a few times now, and I’ve always felt completely comfortable leaving her with her. She’s very caring and attentive, and always makes sure Bambi is fed, walked, looked after, and gets plenty of attention while I’m away. Bambi can be a little needy and has her own personality, but Kennedy has been great with her and takes the time to make sure she’s comfortable. I can always rely on Kennedy for a quick response and good communication. It’s clear that Kennedy genuinely loves dogs and enjoys spending time with them. Greatly appreciate you taking such good care of Bambi and treating her like she’s your own!
Kennedy has walked our two rescue dogs multiple times, taking great care of our pups and assisting us with our late work commitments. Her love for dogs is so clear and she treats them like her own. Our one dog was in a cone and required to take daily allergy medication. Kennedy ensured this medication was administered and his cone was clean. Our other dog is timid with humans, but Kennedy was patient and waited for her to warm up. Thank you Kennedy for loving our dogs as much as we do!
Kennedy consistently goes above and beyond when caring for my dog and it gives me such peace of mind knowing she’s so well looked after. Kennedy is wonderfully detailed, attentive, kind, honest, and truly trustworthy. My dog loves her, and I can always count on Kennedy to treat her with the same care and affection she would give her own. I’m incredibly grateful to have found someone who brings such reliability and heart to every walk and drop in. She is truly the best!!

Schedule
I have open availability and can be flexible to meet you and your dog’s needs. I am available for boarding on week days and weekends.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in an apartment close to several parks including Prince’s Island Park. I also know of several quiet places if your dog needs a quiet and less stimulating environment. I can take care of two dogs from the same household at once and will ensure no other pets from other households are in the apartment. This way I can ensure your pet gets the love and attention it needs.
A typical day
I love to ensure dogs are entertained physically with lots of walks. But I also like to ensure they are stimulated mentally. During the COVID pandemic I created doggy brain games which is a fun game I play with all dogs.
