Marial, Bram and Pepe took great care of our Charlie! They sent lots of photos, and took him on fun adventures. Our kids loved seeing what Charlie was up to each day. I’ve never used a service like this and would definitely book a stay with them again. They were caring, warm and flexible and went well above what I would have expected. I’d give 6 stars if I could!
Absolutely amazing care for our Nova. Thank you for going above and beyond and providing our girl a quiet peaceful time away from home. All the communication and pictures were very sweet and helped reassure us that you had it all covered. She’s not an easy pup to care for with her PTSD and Sascha made it seem like the best time.
This was our first time using Rover services. Our Bichon/shihtzu cross Rosie fell in love with Serrina from the first moment. Normally anxious she started walking away to Serrina’s home looked back at us, as if to say okay you can go now, I’m off to my doggy spa weekend lol. Dogs know who they like and she LOVED Serrina. No anxiety. We had a family event for four days and Serrina made us feel comfortable from beginning to end with photos and videos daily of our Rosie. Rosie was especially lucky because Serrina was okay with her to sleep on the bed, Rosie’s fave - she loves to be with people. We are from BC, so when we are back in Calgary and need a sitter again, we will absolutely be calling Serrina. Beautiful person and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ka Wai has to be the best rover sitter you could have caring for your cat! As my cat Bits is quite timid and scared of new people. He took to Ka Wai very quickly, and it was an absolute pleasure having peace of mind while I was on vacation seeing the photos of my Bits cuddling with Ka Wai while I was away, and being able to maintain normal routine by going outside to play in backyard. It was great knowing Ka Wai was there watching over him. I reached out to Ka Wai on short notice and desperate on my end, even though our schedules didn't align perfectly Ka Wai was able to advise a plan that worked for both of us with part house visits and part boarding. It worked out perfectly! I would highly recommend Ka Wai to watch your cat. I know I will be asking her to hang out with Bits whenever I have future travels arise. Thank you Ka Wai!!!

I couldn’t recommend Kennedy enough! She was absolutely amazing with Nessa and made me feel so at ease knowing she was in such good hands. She sent me so many pictures, videos and updates throughout, which I absolutely loved and really appreciated. My flight ended up being delayed, and Kennedy was so kind and accommodating about keeping Nessa for the extra time, which took so much stress off me. Kennedy is such a lovely, sweet person and her communication was amazing from start to finish. I felt completely at peace knowing Nessa was being so well looked after. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
