Experienced dog mom!
I have been a dog person my whole life and adore working with animals. I am a responsible and motivated person, I also have strong communication skills. My dog is a barbet (french water dog). She has her Canine good neighbour title and we are working towards her companion dog title. I am accustomed to dogs of all sizes and age, I have professional experience working with dog breeders so puppies are no problem! I’ve worked at a dog kennel as well so I’ve been around just about any breed you can think of. I can give both oral and injectable medication to dogs and cats. I also show French bulldogs in confirmation so I know how to handle brachiocephalic breeds. I use freeze dried beef liver as a treat quite frequently so please let me know about any pet allergies prior to walk or visit. I look forward to seeing you and your fluffy friend soon! I’m not currently doing any boarding in my home since I live in a small basement apartment and simply don’t have the space for your fluffy friends. I will always treat your pet like my own, I’m all about making their lives as easy and as comfortable as possible while you’re away. I’m happy to stick with your routine and I will never say no to puppy cuddles!

Katie was wonderful with River! They both really enjoyed each other. Katie provided love and attention, along with daily 1 hour walks minimum. She incorporated play time and cuddles during the day also! River enjoyed herself and Katie felt at home. I would definitely recommend Katie for your fur baby, either as a pet sitter or dog walker.
Having Katie come spend a few daya with my 2 dogs while I was away was a fantastic experience and I would have her come back in a heartbeat! One of my dogs has health issues and comes with special instructions that were followed as if I was home doing it myself. It was great having updates throughout the day along with cute photos. 10/10 recommend!
Katie has excellent communication skills and she impressed us with her knowledge about dogs and how to care for them. Our dog loved her time with Katie!

Schedule
I’m currently doing remote work, my availability is open and I can be more flexible with the timing. This gives me plenty of time so I will never rush a visit with your fluffy friend!
