💛 Walks, Snuggles & Happy Pets
I have always been a dog lover and have cared for my own dog since a teenager with my first Shit Zhu, I then graduated to a Golden Retriever and then a massive German Shepherd / Rottweiler cross who I successfully trained from a pup to be a sweet, obedient boy that I felt comfortable bringing to off leash parks because of his excellent recall and adoration for me. I was always confident my pets would stay close and act appropriately. At this time in my life I do not have a pet of my own, but I would love a pup to join me on my walks! I compete in step challenges and ensure that I achieve between 10,000 and 30,000 steps a day and am always looking for new furry companions to walk with me! I have a home office and am home everyday, setting my own schedule for walk and snuggle breaks as needed.

Karlee was responsive and very engaging. She was willing to do a meet and great to give me peace of mind. During stay for my little doggo she sent me pics and kept me updated. Karlee was great with my sweet boy and he came home happy and tired. I will be booking with Karlee again for sure!!

I live in a bright, four-story townhouse with plenty of space for dogs to feel comfortable and at home. While I don’t have any pets or young children of my own here, I love sharing my space with animals and creating a calm, positive environment that feels safe and welcoming. My two grown kids are also animal lovers — my daughter loves to cuddle, and my son enjoys active play — so visiting pets always get plenty of gentle attention and company. Because I’m home full-time, I can give constant supervision and make sure each new friend is happy, comfortable, and cared for. I do have experience caring for more than one dog when the situation allows and am able to use baby gates to safely separate spaces if dogs need personal time. I truly enjoy the company of the pets in my care and try to ensure they feel as comfortable and loved as possible, as if they were still in their own home. Although I don’t have a fenced yard, we enjoy regular leashed walks on the quiet nature paths around the neighborhood. I follow each dog’s normal schedule as closely as possible — usually with walks at 7 a.m., 12 p.m., 5 p.m., and 10 p.m. — and add extra outings for energetic or younger pups. My goal is to create a safe, loving, and comfortable home where pets can relax, play, and feel like part of the family.

When I spend time with pets, I love to make sure they’re both happy and stimulated! 🐶🐾 We go on nature walks together so they can explore all the new sights and smells, and I also create simple enrichment activities to keep their minds busy. For example, I’ll roll up treats in a towel and tie it in a knot so they get the fun challenge of unrolling and untying it. I also use snuffle mats for treat-hunting adventures, and of course, there are always plenty of belly rubs, snuggles, and playtime. 🐕💛
