About: WE HAVE A NEW PUPPY! Rover services are paused until he has completed vaccines and house-training. Returning mid-June. Thank you for your patience. I love four-legged fur family members and have been fortunate enough to own several different dogs from puppyhood to senior age. Over twenty years experience WE HAVE A PUPPY! Rover services paused until puppy is done vaccines and training. I work from home full time. We have a large goofy orange ginger cat who loves dogs and someone to play with. I have a fully fenced backyard with a calm, tidy, pet-friendly home with air-conditioning. Toys to play with and “treats” for being “a really good boi/girl”. BOARDING: For boarding, I require a meet & greet at my home first to make sure all pets are comfortable together. Boarding is only offered after a successful introduction. Meet and greet is free of charge.

“We were very impressed with them right at the meet and greet. They gave us all the information we needed without us having to probe and asked us a lot of questions to get to know our dog. We could tell that they are not just “sitters”, but professional dog handlers. We were worried that our high energy 6 month old puppy may cause some trouble on his first day but he seems to have done so well with Amy and the fellow dogs. Amy sent me a video of him playing with a new friend right after the drop-off to put my worrying at ease. She continued to send me pictures, videos and messages throughout the day, which helped me tremendously. He came home very happy and tired (good thing!) so we even had extra time to ourselves afterwards 😆 They do not only just “watch” our dog but are willing to train him and share their knowledge with us. I highly recommend Catriona and Amy to anyone. Many of the Rover sitters are great, but their place is different - it’s like sending your dogs to a great team of dog trainers! We will definitely go back to them on a regular basis.”

“I found the home to be a very calm and gentle environment for Macaron's first day long stay, and the host and hostess to be very kind and caring individuals. Macaron does not typically walk for long distances for a new host, though on a very cold day, it is still good for Macaron to be outside, even if just for a little while. He loves the snow! Nicholas seems to quite knowledgeable about what a new dog visitor to the home might need to feel comfortable there, which was also a comfort to me. Thank you. It was a good day for us both.”

About: For 18 years I have always had a pet at home. Recently the last of my pets passed away and I have room in my life to care for pets of others. I don’t have children and I love animals. My time as a dog walker started in 2020 with Almost Home Canine Rescue and then Carstairs Animal Rescue. I love bully breeds especially. I work part time and am at home Mondays and Tuesdays at my house in Westgate. I am home some weekends and holidays. Please refer to my calendar. I currently don’t have any pets. Our yard is fenced and we also have an outdoor pen with a dog house. Pets are allowed inside our home and there’s no issue with allowing them on the living room furniture. We don’t have children so any pets in our care will have all our attention.

About: I’ve taken care of the neighbor’s dogs of different breeds many times, I value a dog’s exercise and the time that I spend with them. I have a dog myself, it would be no problem to take an extra 1 or 2 dogs along on a walk and pet care would fit into my routine perfectly. I care for every dog as if they were my own. In my home, pets enjoy a clean, calm, and safe space where they can feel relaxed and loved.
