About: I have had dogs my entire life from puppy to elderly and have been a care taker for many other friends dogs before joining Rover. My dog and I love hiking & camping in the backcountry and being outside where he belongs. I do not have a fenced in back yard, but I have a safe & secure deck that they love sitting on for fresh air between walks. I typically walk my dog 4-6 times a day/10-15km. I work remote and have a very flexible schedule all day and am able to be very attentive to your dog. We typically do multiple short 30 minute walks every 3-4 hours and one long 1hr walk once a day. (aprox 10-15km per day) My golden retriever loves socializing with dogs and is very submissive. Gets along well with almost every dog (exception is some dominant dogs scare him)

About: Hi! I’m a dedicated pet parent with hands-on experience raising and training my own 2-year-old dog from puppyhood. I’ve also raised a cat for three years in the U.S., so I understand both canine and feline personalities, routines, and quirks. Beyond caring for my own pets, I’ve provided pet sitting and drop-in visits for friends’ dogs and cats. I’m attentive to behavior cues, consistent with routines, and patient with different temperaments. Whether your pet needs playtime, structured walks, quiet companionship, or just someone reliable to check in, I’ll care for them as if they were my own. My day starts with taking my own baby, Sasha out for walk, typically at an off-leash park to vent her energy so that she will be calm during the day. I come home during my lunch break to take her out for potty and take her out for another walk in the evening. I am flexible with the schedule according to the needs of individual fur babies. I am a licensed veterinarian from India and is on my journey to get licensed in Canada. I consider every baby as my own. You can trust me with any need for your baby.

About: Having grown up around dogs my entire life, our home is well-equipped to house your pet while you are away. I share our home with my husband and 3 children ages 11, 8, and 3. I am open to puppies in need of a bit more attention or older dogs who need a good nap in the afternoon and some extra help throughout the day. My aim is to replicate your at home routine and activities during your pets stay to keep them as comfortable as possible. My home is their home while they are with us. We are pretty laidback and are homebodies throughout the evenings. I would love to welcome your furry friend into our home. I currently work from home with an extremely flexible schedule thus allowing me to fit my day around your pets needs. Whether it is several walks, feeding schedules or potty breaks, we can make it all happen. My 3 year old is currently home with me during this time. He is very mild tempered and aware of the respect needed for pets when in his space. Dogs are allowed to roam our home freely if potty trained. If still learning, we will spend most of our time on the main level, however, there is always room for cuddle and bedtimes together if they need some reassurance. I do not allow pets in my bed but a crate or a bed on the floor near us is allowed. I do my best to provide as close to home routines and activities as possible.

About: I have taken care of many dogs before , also had a couple in my past! I cannot have a pet because I work up north but when I am home I would love to take care of your pet! They will be in safe hands and cuddles :) I currently work away so therefor cannot have a pet! Would love to take care of your while I am on my days off!! I am alone must times so would love some company! I have an unfenced townhouse but have a dog park 5 mins away! My house is equipped to take care of any pet! I love to take long walks around my community as well!

About: I have been an animal lover my whole life. My first pup was a recuse from a puppy mill and we loved her for 16 years. When i was a young adult, i recused a stray tabby who sadly just past away at the ripe age of 21. We then just rescued another cat named Budweiser (not our choice but love it 😂) Now, my family and i have just finished loving our mini golden doodle in her 13th year and our hearts are missing that puppy presence. I have also volunteered in Nunavut at the animal rescue shelter and loved every minute of it. I am a stay at home mom. Now with two of my three kids in school full time and a daughter in kinder. We are a sports filled family, so after school activities are always happening but we can discuss hours that work for all of us. I have a fenced in yard and a furry friend to keep you pup company. I have a baby gate at the front door to allow the pups to sniff and meet before enjoying our day together.
