About: I’ve had animals all my life, small dogs, large dogs, cats, bunnies you name it! I’ve worked for a pet store for 4 years and then fostered dogs/puppies for 3 years so I have experience in training. I have taken care of friends and family’s animals whenever they needed and before starting with rover I privately took dogs on walks and doggy day care I am currently available anytime for walks, pet sitting/house sitting any day is good except for some days(which will be on my calendar) when I have personal appointments.I can be available asap as I am home 90% of the time:) because of 8 back surgeries(fusions etc) I’m unable to work but my surgeon and Aish has allowed me to do this so that I can help myself financially which I’m thankful for. I do have a small 3lb 7 year old dog that gets along great with others but she can be put in a separate bedroom if needed for other animals comfort. If I am out pet sitting she is perfectly fine at home as I have my friend in my building who checks on her. I would help with any training or things you would like to work on with your pet. Any schedule you have I will stick to, including how long they like to walk for etc. I will respect and listen to any and all rules when watching your animal In my home or in yours:) please don’t be shy to ask for as many photos and updates as you want, I want any pet parent to be totally comfortable and have no worries while their family member is in my care.

“My puppy came back happily exhausted after spending time playing with Suzy’s dogs, which shows how much fun and activity he had. Suzy took him on long walks, fed him on time, and provided regular updates. They were incredibly caring and welcomed our pup. It’s clear they genuinely care about the dogs in their care. Highly recommend!”

About: My wife Elisa and I are pet lovers. I work from home and Elisa runs a day home. We’re located just north of Airdrie in a small town called Crossfield. We have a big backyard for doggos to roam. Our home is certainly an animal house with three cats (Zackary, Jedi, and Margaret) and one dog (Bailey). They are all very well-behaved and good-tempered animals, which I believe is a testament to the care they're given. I am a cat AND dog lover. No bias! I’ve owned everything from a tiny beagle to a large Rottweiler. Bailey is a Pitbull/Bernese Mountain dogj puppy who will grow to be big and full of energy. That said, I am conscious of training her in a way that she will grow with good habits while also being happy and loving. I’ve been told I have an alpha energy with animals which I think bodes well for their care on walks. I love cuddles, fun and play, and keeping them safe above all else. I am available to help with all of your cat and dog needs. I work from home so I am quite available throughout the week, including typical work hours. I’m happy to drop in on your pet mid day as needed. Evenings and weekends are usually no problem as well. I am available as early as 8 am and as late as 10pm and can do stay overs as needed. Your pooch is also welcome to stay here so long as they’re crate trained. I will come to your home and visit with your pets. I will make sure the essentials are taken care of like food, water, litter, pee breaks. I am happy to take your pooch for a walk as well or to a field for some playtime. I can bring my dog Bailey if your fur baby would like a friend.

“Alicia did great with sitting Khari. We so grateful for taking in Khari. She kept giving us regular updates with pictures of how he was faring. Thanks so much,Alicia!”

“Zeek had a wonderful time with Anastasia. She's very sweet and patient. Also super accommodating! Thanks so much!”

“We needed care during the day for our 12 year old boxer, Acoustic. We reached out to Jessy, and she responded right away. Acoustic felt comfortable with Jessy and her family as soon as he arrived. Jessy was so accommodating with Acoustic and his needs. He has arthritis, is deaf and just got diagnosed with cushings disease. She was great about taking him for short walks, letting him out for lots of bathroom breaks and even including him in school pick up so he wouldn’t have to be left alone. I can’t express what it meant to us to know that our dog was very well taken care of and loved as if he was her own. We would use her again in a heartbeat! Thank you Jessy!!”

“If you want someone who will wholeheartedly care for your pet, Andrea is amazing! My dog always comes home tired from doggie care and is excited to see her every time. She’s very communicative and accommodating. Thank you, Andrea—Cedar sends his ❤️🐾”

“Angela and her family have looked after my 3.5y/o golden retriever Trevor several times. Trevor was genuinely loved & cared for and loves going back. They were very accommodating for pick up/drop off and have a great backyard to play in with their two dogs (who are both very sweet and gentle). They go above & beyond to bring the dogs to the park to keep them busy as well. Great peace of mind leaving my dog with them!”

“Aman has taken such great care of my dog since I know she can be a handful. Aman took her time to integrate my dog with hers and is always watching their interactions. Aman sends constant updates which reassures me that she is taking great care of my dog as well as she is having a really great time. I would definitely recommend and will be booking Aman again!”

“Natasha is amazing and made sure to give updates to let you know how you pup is doing. Thank you for taking us in and making Sandwich’s first day stay with you as smooth as it can be.”

About: I'm an animal lover through and through and have been since I was little. I've worked in vet med for 3 years including urgent care experience and now I had even pivoted to dog grooming at a shop in Calgary. I love animals and want to provide them with excellent care. I know dog first aid and CPR, how to administer medications through a wide variety of avenues, including orally, topically and even how to administer insulin. I'm also very comfortable with taking care of dogs who have mobility needs as my own dog Lucy is special needs and special needs pets have a spot in my heart. I can easily lift dogs upwards to 65 pounds I'm in between jobs at the moment! So my schedule is open! Ive missed doing Rover so I'm hopping back into it. Im in school for RVT now as well! I have a fenced yard and can easily walk to nose creek park from my house for enrichment. My dog Lucy is very friendly especially with puppies and senior dogs. I bring my experience from working in the veterinary field to my care. I also am very passionate about senior pets and working with pets who may have special needs.

About: I have always been an animal lover! I've always communicated and related well with animals of varying sizes, breeds and temperments. I am a strong and confident leader with our 4 legged friends! 20+ years experience with dogs of varying breeds, behavoirs and needs, horses, kitty cats and any critter that will be my friend :) I currently have a grey cat and an Australia Shepherd. We are active and go for many adventures. Training and nurturing my pets is important to me! I live alone and work from home so there is lots of time to play with and care for my pets! My work days are weds-sat, usually about 4 hrs per day. We have a walk in the morning and then enjoy long evening walks around the neighborhood or park. My weekends (sun-tues) are free all day for different adventures out in the city or beyond. We spend as much time outside as we can, especially during the summer months. I have a large, fenced and secure backyard with plenty of shade. In the home, I use gates to corral the pups into the back half of the house while I'm working. They have access to the yard, fresh water and comfy beds! When off work we roam free in the home and keep eachother company. I have one large crate to use when needed. I am comfortable and experienced in most off leash areas around the city if that suits your pet! Otherwise we walk nicely on leashes through the neighborhood:)

“Oscar was so well cared for and loved while he stayed with Jacqueline. They sent updates and pictures while he was there and he looked so happy ! They have a beautiful fenced outdoor space for the dogs to run around in as well. I will definitely be bringing Oscar back there!”
