About: I have taken care of dogs and cats of all kinds ever since I was a child. I have always had a passion for animals and have never lived in a home without them. Friends, families, neighbours, and colleagues have relied on me to walk, feed, bathe, and brush their furry loved ones. I have two dogs (Buddo and Eevee) who are trained off leash and on leash; they are incredibly friendly and love to play with other dogs. I am a teacher with full-time availability for doggy day care, walks, or checking in on your furry loved ones in the summer! Once the school year starts up, I am only available on weekends. When caring at my own home: I have two friendly dogs of my own, with a very large backyard for play time. The yard is split into two separately fenced areas, which allows for some quiet time from my own dogs if necessary. When caring in your home: I am comfortable crating your furry friend, administering medication, and following special feeding instructions if necessary. About: I grew up in a household that always had a family dog and I now have a dog of my own. My last family dog lived to 16 so am familiar with a senior dog lifestyle. In comparison my current dog Nova (5 yrs) I have raised alone from a puppy. She is a collie lab mix with lots of energy! I work from home and have a very flexible job that allows me to take a hour lunch break to go for a long walk with my dog or others. During work hours there is access to a fenced yard. My home is very dog friendly! My furniture is allowed to be snuggled on and my space is an open concept setting. I give lots of affection throughout the day to pets and if I have a snack usually means my furry friend will as well.
About: As a life-long dog owner, I enjoy spending time with any and all 4-legged creatures. My resident dog, Ellie, is high-needs and high-maintenance which has allowed us to create an ultra-safe, heavily monitored home for anxiety-prone dogs or mischief seekers. Ellie's energy levels won't match that of younger or more playful pups. She'll play when the feeling strikes her, but otherwise she's very indifferent and will keep to herself. So if your dog get's really excited around furry friends, we may not be the best option. About: Ever since I was a baby I’ve spent my life around animals from small to large, domestic to farm. I have always had a deep compassion for animals. As a child I always wanted to be around and with animals wanting to grow up working with them in any way. I have 5 years of experience working on a dairy farm and have worked at a doggy daycare. In 2023 I got my first puppy as an adult. Since then I have rescued 1, and had 2 rehomed to me as well. In my free time a few days a week I volunteer at the CHS taking dogs out for the day giving them a break from the shelter, showing them what everyday life looks like. I enjoy getting out for walks, spending time with dogs, and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owners are away or busy. I always try to make pets feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible by sticking to their normal routines, giving them lots of attention, and making sure they feel safe and cared for while their owners are away. I’m experienced with dogs of different sizes and personalities, and I understand how important trust, patience, and consistency are when caring for someone else’s pet.
About: I have been caring for dogs since I was a young teenager. Dogs are truly my passion. I have been caring for digs of all ages from neonatal puppies, to senior dogs and am confident I can provide care that is just like family to your dog. I have pets of my own who get daily care (walks, play time, training time) daily. I am excited for the opportunity to care for other dogs too! In my home my pets are on a daily routine, we get up in the morning to potty and play, then relax for a bit before we go out on a walk. We train throughout the day in small sessions. Routine is the best for any dog.
