“After a meet and greet walk I felt comfortable that Jeffrey & Janine would take good care of Ozzy while we went away on a small trip. They asked a lot of detailed questions regarding his care prior to us leaving him. During our trip we got amazing detailed updates on Ozzy and wonderful pictures as well. Our house is spacious and there’s plenty of room for a crate or bed if needed when your pet comes to stay. About: I have been an animal lover my whole life. My first pup was a recuse from a puppy mill and we loved her for 16 years. When i was a young adult, i recused a stray tabby who sadly just past away at the ripe age of 21. We then just rescued another cat named Budweiser (not our choice but love it 😂) Now, my family and i have just finished loving our mini golden doodle in her 13th year and our hearts are missing that puppy presence. About: I lived with a friend on a hobby farm. She showed me the ropes. I learned how to take care of all animals big and small. I am willing and able to assist in medicine administration. I have tons of free time that I’d love to dedicate to ensuring your furry friend has their needs through the day and even when you’re on vacation I work full time in the city and I hardly ever leave the province and can dedicate as much time needed with your fur babies as you need! I’m very good with early mornings and late night visits. I won’t have pets in my home as I have a cat myself, but I will ensure I know where all food, treats, toys and everything else they require before you leave. I will ask for an emergency response plan in the event I need to get ahold of you asap. I also have my own reliable transportation and will ask for the vet you use in dire emergencies. I will also supervise play time as I know how quick everything can go sideways. I also am very clean, if there’s a mess from your pet, it’ll be cleaned. And I have no problem cleaning litter boxes as well.

The yard is split into two separately fenced areas, which allows for some quiet time from my own dogs if necessary. We have a large, fully fenced yard where dogs can safely run and play, along with plenty of cozy spots inside. We also back onto a park, so walks are easy and there’s always something new to explore.

About: Currently studying Veterinary Medicine at the University of Calgary. I’ve grown up around animals of my own my whole life while living rurally - ranging from bunnies, to chickens, to cats and dogs and goats - so in terms of pets of my own, I have lots of experience with a variety of animals. About: I've been caring for animals since I was a teenager, helping on a family friend's farm. I mostly helped with feeding and cleaning pens, occasionally chasing down Quail. I've also cared for a friend's dog who had a small injury that required a medicated cream daily, as well as a small dog who takes a pill every day.
