Pet care is part of the rhythm of my day. I’m home full time, so I build my routine around the dogs in my care—morning potty breaks, breakfast, a walk to the park outside my building, playtime in my open living area, and quiet rest periods in my decompression room. My late rescue dog had mobility and medication needs, so I’m very comfortable with consistent schedules, gentle support, and adapting the day to match each dog’s comfort level. Dogs are with me throughout the day, not left alone for long stretches.

My home is set up intentionally for dogs. I have a large open living area with no furniture, giving plenty of space for movement, play, and enrichment. I also have a separate exercise room with mats that doubles as a quiet decompression space for dogs who need a break or prefer a low‑stim environment. Dogs can sleep wherever they’re most comfortable, including in my room if they like closeness. I never crate unless an owner requests it. Because of my experience caring for my late rescue dog—who recovered from mobility issues and lived a full 14 years—I’m attentive to individual needs, medication routines, and gentle handling.

Information Taylor B. would like to know about your pet
I like to understand each dog’s individual needs so I can make their stay as comfortable as possible. Please let me know about any mobility issues, medical needs, medications, allergies, or anxiety triggers. It’s also helpful to know their daily routine, feeding schedule, sleep preferences, how they do on walks, and whether they’re comfortable with stairs or need extra support. If your dog prefers closeness, needs decompression time, or has any quirks or comforts that help them feel safe, I’d love to hear those too.
A typical day
I tailor activities to each dog’s personality and energy level. We do park walks right outside my building, indoor play in my open space, enrichment games, scent work, and gentle training reinforcement if the owner approves. For dogs who love affection, we do lots of cuddles and calm companionship. For dogs who need confidence building or decompression, I offer quiet time in my low‑stim room with soft mats and soothing routines. My goal is to make their stay feel safe, engaging, and enjoyable.

Pet care experience
I’ve shaped my home and my approach to dog care around the lessons I learned from my own late dog, a rescue with mobility and medication needs. When he first came to me, he struggled to move comfortably — but with patience, support, and a calm environment, he recovered and went on to live a full, happy 14 years. Caring for him taught me how to adapt a home to meet a dog’s unique needs, how to support anxious or sensitive pups, and how to create routines that help them feel safe. My home now reflects that experience. I have a large open living area with no furniture, giving dogs plenty of room for play, movement, and enrichment. There’s also a separate exercise room with mats that doubles as a quiet decompression space for dogs who need a break or prefer a low‑stim environment. Dogs are welcome to sleep in my room if they like closeness and comfort, and there’s a park right outside my building for easy walks and outdoor time. I never crate dogs unless an owner specifically requests it.
Reviews

We left our two years old picky dog with Taylor for four days. Our dog is a bit spoiled so she has to be spoon-fed and it usually has to be me feeding her. Otherwise, she refuses to eat. I gave all the required instruction to Taylor and she has nicely followed every step and even went above and beyond to make sure she is well taken care of. She has been updating us multiple times per day with text and pictures ensuring us that our dog is happy. I for got to pack an extra leash. So, when the leash broke she ordered one for us making sure she can walk our dog everyday. I highly recommend her.

Taylor was incredible with our dog Aria. She was awesome and answered my MANY questions beforehand to make sure I was comfortable. And she sent lots of pics daily showing what they were up to, and that let me know Aria was relaxed and made herself at home! I would absolutely book Taylor again.

Taylor was super amazing with our dog George! George can be very shy and isn’t always receptive to new people but he loved staying with Taylor and we are very grateful that she took such gentle care of him on pretty short notice. She was also very great at accommodating scheduling conflicts and sent us many photo updates!

Taylor responded quickly to our last minute request for a sitter. She took excellent care with our anxious dog. We were so pleased with her service and the fun photos she sent us. Highly recommended.
