Rosie is an Angel, she took such good care of Sherman and sent me consistent and substantial updates every day. She even continued notating his details in his notebook (medication administration, quality of poops, if he threw up, how many meals he'd eaten etc.) I've had Sherman since he was 8 weeks old, he's been through a lot this year and I'm running on borrowed time with him - I couldn't have asked for anything better than Rosie. If he makes it until Christmas, she will be my first (and likely only) choice. When she left, she had cleaned up (including garbages) and left Sherman and I a lovely gift bag with some goodies for both of us. Rosie is dedicated, thoughtful, so very friggin kind and just a lovely human all around. If you want someone who will show your precious creatures the attention and kindness they deserve, look no further than Rosie.”

This was our first experience using. Housesitter through Rover. We wanted coverage for an extended 12 day vacation without our older dog having to get shuttled about to a couple of different friends. Mackenzee was easy to communicate with through the booking process and an initial meet and greet. While we were away, she provided sufficient updates on our pets and responded to our communication promptly. Upon return, it was evident the pets were looked after and our had been well cared for. We would certainly recommend Mackenzee and would reach out again for future vacation housesitting.
Nancy took exceptional care of my baby while I was on vacation. She provided daily updates and pictures to put me at ease since it was my first time travelling since I adopted my cat. She is definitely experienced with cats and left my place cleaner than when I left.

Nataliya was wonderful with my 2 small dogs and cat! I loved that she wasn't trying to look after her own pets as well, or take on several clients at a time. This allowed her to dedicate time to my house and pets! The house was left exactly as clean as when she found it! So much appreciate!
