About: I grew up with a dog and so I have experience with puppies as well as senior dogs. I recently worked as a Dog Handler and Lead Assist for 2 years where I monitored dogs, cleaned up after them as well as feeding and administering medications. I have worked at 3 different doggy day cares and I have a lot of experience handling dogs. I spend most of my time outside enjoying what nature had to offer as well as listening to audiobooks and spending time with family. I have a lot of experience with cats and have helped foster kittens for the humane society for years. I also used to have a pet rabbit named Edgar and I treated him like a prince!. I treat every animal as if they are my own because each animal is special. Animals are my passion and I love them with all my heart. I have 4 cats at home as well as 2 beautiful parakeets. I live with my parents so when I’m at your home watching your dog or cat, my parents are taking care of the cats and birds. Rover is my only job at the moment so I can take good care of your animals. I enjoy hanging out with my family’s animals during my free time. I am familiar with kennels and making sure everything is safe, I take into consideration what you want your pets to eat and what they can’t. I like everything to be clean so they aren’t getting into anything they shouldn’t. I respect if you prefer your dog not to say hello to other dogs on walks just in case the other dog isn’t vaccinated or if they don’t get along with certain dogs. I also refrain from using communal water bowls. I always clean up after dogs. I have pet care insurance as well.
“Taylor and Livy are the best! I had such a peace of mind knowing they were checking on my pups during the day. The dogs were so tired out after the walks! Thanks so much!”

“Michael has been fantastic with my dog and is both highly dependable and communicative. I work long hours but I have peace of mind knowing my dog has a friendly visitor and a chance to get out while I'm away. Definitely recommend!”

“Celina is one of the few people I trust with my ACD. She's always on time and Evie loves seeing her as she is great at understanding Evie's demands (its a cattle dog thing).”

“Chloe is great. She is wonderful at communication and sent a ton of pictures. She is very understanding of my dogs needs and personalities. We look forward to continuing to use her our dog care needs.”

“No denying that Anna is a dog whisperer.. she helped watch our 4 year old Akita pup. He had some issues with letting her into the apartment when they first met, but after some consistent training and a few more visits he warmed right up. Knowing he was in the hands of Anna while we were away helped make our weekend that much better. We had 0 worries because Anna is great with dogs, patient, friendly, quick to respond and very flexible!!!”

“Bridgette is great! She walks our crazy puppy Winnie and sends us pictures and spends time with her. She’s very natural with animals, and is very timely in her responses. I’m planning to book her regularly! Thank you Bridgette!”

“Lucinda has been a wonderful addition into our pups life! This is our first time using Rover so we were a little uneasy, but Lucinda made it extremely easy to entrust a stranger with our Oreo girl. She came over for a meet and greet and is wonderful with our pup. She provided the walks in the time frame we requested and provided detailed updates with lots of pictures. We definitely feel comfortable with her taking care of our pup and highly recommend her! Thank you Lucinda!!”

About: I have lived with and cared for dogs my whole life. Our family dog passed a year ago and caring for my son’s dog has made me realize how much I love having dogs around. I am retired, so I have plenty of time to play and care for your pups. I am available for boarding seven days a week. I have a fenced yard with ample room for play. Your furry friend will love the fresh air. The yard is a partially shaded space with grass.
About: Hello! My name is Briauna, and I'm a Portland-based creative and student who dog sits nearly full-time while I work on various creative projects and take care of my family. I have been house sitting and pet sitting since 2019, and I joined Rover in the summer of 2025. I've worked with dogs of all sizes and ages, and have also worked with very reactive dogs and dogs who love to play at dog parks. At home, I have a lovely, but very reactive baby boy named Malcolm who does not go with me when I'm house-sitting for others. I also have two cats of my own, Figaro and Happy. I am available to house sit everyday of the week. I work freelance jobs remotely and schedule each day based on the unique jobs/tasks I have for the week. I listen to the needs of clients and respect whatever house rules they have for their home. When I'm in other people's spaces, I know my priority there is solely to take care of the fur babies and respect the space.
“Gabby is simply the best! She went above and beyond for us and our dog, who initially had some stranger anxiety. Gabby was so patient and caring as she got to know our dog, who loves her walks now! She’s very responsible and keeps us updated with pictures throughout the day. She showers our dog with so much love, making me rest easy when I’m not there. Highly recommend Gabby!”
“My dog loves Junehe so much and is so excited whenever I tell her she’s coming to see her. I can tell in the photos I receive that she’s happy and relaxed.”

About: With a lifetime of dog ownership and hands-on experience in pet care, I bring deep compassion and skill to every aspect of dog care. My experience spans both domestic and international settings, including caring for rescued dogs in the Philippines, where I managed illnesses like bacterial infections and mange. I also understand the needs of dogs with trauma, as my current rescue, who had an eye removed, has taught me valuable lessons in handling wound care, behavioral issues, and aggression with patience and expertise. My care prioritizes each dog’s comfort, safety, and well-being, whether they're in perfect health or need a little extra support. I have a salon station for grooming and bathing your pet, and years of experience grooming and trimming. As a dedicated dog caregiver working from home, I provide around-the-clock supervision and personalized attention. This allows me to ensure every pet feels safe, loved, and attended to throughout the day and night, whether they need a companion to ease anxiety, help with special care, or just a watchful eye for peace of mind. I love dogs and caring for them is a passion of mine, that I am able to pursue through Rover aside of my regular career. In my home, I create a safe, welcoming environment tailored to each dog's needs. With 24/7 supervision, I’m always available to monitor play, handle feedings, provide medication if needed, and offer the kind of companionship that keeps pets calm and comfortable. I maintain routines that match their normal schedules as closely as possible, keeping pets settled and stress-free. For care in clients' homes, I aim to replicate their usual environment, helping pets feel secure with familiar surroundings. Whether it’s following specific feeding, exercise, or sleep routines, or just keeping pets comfortable while their owners are away, I prioritize continuity and individualized care, treating each dog like a member of the family.
