About: I grew up with a dog and so I have experience with puppies as well as senior dogs. I recently worked as a Dog Handler and Lead Assist for 2 years where I monitored dogs, cleaned up after them as well as feeding and administering medications. I have worked at 3 different doggy day cares and I have a lot of experience handling dogs. I spend most of my time outside enjoying what nature had to offer as well as listening to audiobooks and spending time with family. I have a lot of experience with cats and have helped foster kittens for the humane society for years. I also used to have a pet rabbit named Edgar and I treated him like a prince!. I treat every animal as if they are my own because each animal is special. Animals are my passion and I love them with all my heart. I have 4 cats at home as well as 2 beautiful parakeets. I live with my parents so when I’m at your home watching your dog or cat, my parents are taking care of the cats and birds. Rover is my only job at the moment so I can take good care of your animals. I enjoy hanging out with my family’s animals during my free time. I am familiar with kennels and making sure everything is safe, I take into consideration what you want your pets to eat and what they can’t. I like everything to be clean so they aren’t getting into anything they shouldn’t. I respect if you prefer your dog not to say hello to other dogs on walks just in case the other dog isn’t vaccinated or if they don’t get along with certain dogs. I also refrain from using communal water bowls. I always clean up after dogs. I have pet care insurance as well.

About: I have lived with and cared for dogs my whole life. Our family dog passed a year ago and caring for my son’s dog has made me realize how much I love having dogs around. I am retired, so I have plenty of time to play and care for your pups. I am available for boarding seven days a week. I have a fenced yard with ample room for play. Your furry friend will love the fresh air. The yard is a partially shaded space with grass.

About: Hello! My name is Briauna, and I'm a Portland-based creative and student who dog sits nearly full-time while I work on various creative projects and take care of my family. I have been house sitting and pet sitting since 2019, and I joined Rover in the summer of 2025. I've worked with dogs of all sizes and ages, and have also worked with very reactive dogs and dogs who love to play at dog parks. At home, I have a lovely, but very reactive baby boy named Malcolm who does not go with me when I'm house-sitting for others. I also have two cats of my own, Figaro and Happy. I am available to house sit everyday of the week. I work freelance jobs remotely and schedule each day based on the unique jobs/tasks I have for the week. I listen to the needs of clients and respect whatever house rules they have for their home. When I'm in other people's spaces, I know my priority there is solely to take care of the fur babies and respect the space.
