About: We are a highly experienced dog family who has raised and cared for adopted street dogs for the last 15 years. We currently have two old friendly dogs in the house and they both get along great with other dogs and help to create a calm and obedient environment. One of us works from home and the other works part time so there is always someone around to care for your dog! We wake up early (5:30-6:30am), feed the dogs and let them out to the fenced yard. The rest of the day is pretty easy going - a couple nice walks and plenty of time outside and relaxing inside. We have an old dog with lots of medical needs, and we have also had puppies. So we are comfortable with any kind of dog care. We have a kindergarten daughter who loves dogs and knows how to interact with them properly as well.

About: I've taken care of dogs all my life since childhood. I have provided them with love and care medical care and one on one time during walks, traveling to different dog parks, and beach trips! Dogs provide me with emotional support and assists me with outside activities to keep me going. Every few hours I am caring for dogs and they're helping me. We are a team. About: If you're a dog lover, you should have dogs, right? I've had dogs all my life and we currently have two small well-behaved dogs, Daisy and Buddy, both under 20 lbs. My 23-year-old son Sam is a co-sitter (I'm primary) and your doggie will receive all the love it can handle! Sam used to volunteer as a dog walker at the Maui Humane Society when we lived on Maui and we spent Saturdays at the pet-a-puppy adoption gathering at the Maui Mall. Animals seem to know we're safe and loving and tend to come to us when they need help. We've rescued a duckling, a Mynah bird, a baby squirrel, a lost kitten, and two adult dogs, caring for them in our homes until appropriately placed or returned to their owners. We also took part in a humpback whale rescue when visiting Maui Feb 2023. I work from home as an instructional designer; my son is an student in animation and is also at home and absolutely adores every animal he ever met. Two responsible adults are here at all times, so this makes it easy to give your fur baby the attention it deserves. Our dogs are indoor dogs and have free roam of our house. We have a large, fenced, dog-friendly backyard for exercise. Our two small friendly dogs can show your dog the ropes. We recommend a visit prior to placement so they can all get acquainted.

About: Having grown up on a 20 acre farm for most of my life, I have cared for all shapes and sizes of animals - from horses to snakes, and everything in between! When I moved into an apartment for college, I missed the "dog energy" in our household and set to volunteering hundreds of hours at the Humane Society, which also included basic training skills and walking the most aggressive 100+lb leash pullers. This later evolved into working at a veterinary clinic where I was trained to monitor recovering animals and administer medications safely and with as little stress as possible through Fear Free certification. Animal body language is my second language! About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and absolutely love spending time with them! I grew up with several dogs, including a Border Collie, Australian Shepherd, and Husky, so I’m very comfortable caring for and being around larger, energetic breeds. About: I grew up in rural midwest with dogs, cats, and guinea pigs since I was 9. I was a dedicated and loving dog mama to my beloved bernese mountain dog, Riker, for 9.5 years and I miss him very much. I enjoyed taking my boy to thousand acres, Mt. Tabor, and several other dog parks and we've gone on many hikes on the coast, in the gorge, and in Mt. Hood forest. I have special connections with my friends' animals and I've enjoyed taking their dogs for walks since my boy passed last March. I'm a fourth-year doctoral graduate student at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) meaning my schedule can be pretty flexible. I have two full days of clinic per week and fill the rest of the week with writing and research. When I'm not in clinic I can work with my schedule to take your fur baby on walks, check in on them to let them out, or schedule an adventure! I can also come house sit or invite your pet over for the day or extended stay. I have a fenced in backyard with ample space for throwing the ball or lounging in the sun on a picnic blanket. We also live very close to a park for on leash walks or park hangs. Our fur baby passed in March 2026 but our one-level house is still set up to be accessible with rugs on the wood flooring for traction, plenty of blankets and comfy spots to sleep, and easy access to the back yard (just two steps). We allow animals on furniture but respect your rules if that's a boundary of yours!

I have over 15years experience working with animals in veterinary care and have a B.S in Animal Health Sciences. I have had experience with just about every breed and temperament of dog there is. About: We are a highly experienced dog family who has raised and cared for adopted street dogs for the last 15 years. We currently have two old friendly dogs in the house and they both get along great with other dogs and help to create a calm and obedient environment. One of us works from home and the other works part time so there is always someone around to care for your dog! We wake up early (5:30-6:30am), feed the dogs and let them out to the fenced yard. The rest of the day is pretty easy going - a couple nice walks and plenty of time outside and relaxing inside. We have an old dog with lots of medical needs, and we have also had puppies. So we are comfortable with any kind of dog care. We have a kindergarten daughter who loves dogs and knows how to interact with them properly as well.

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and absolutely love spending time with them! I grew up with several dogs, including a Border Collie, Australian Shepherd, and Husky, so I’m very comfortable caring for and being around larger, energetic breeds. Growing up with dogs taught me how important patience, attention, exercise, and lots of love are to keeping them happy and comfortable. I currently have two cats of my own, so caring for animals is still a big part of my everyday life. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s individual personality and making sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while their family is away. I’d treat your pets with the same care and attention I give my own! I currently have a very flexible schedule, which gives me plenty of time to dedicate to pet care throughout the week. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, playtime, feeding, and longer stays as needed. Having two pets of my own also means caring for animals is already a natural part of my daily routine! I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet and home in someone else’s care, so I always treat both with respect. I’ll closely follow any instructions you provide, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, routines, and household rules. I’m attentive to doors, gates, leashes, and anything else that could affect your pet’s safety. Most importantly, I want your pet to feel comfortable and keep their routine as familiar as possible while you’re away.
