I don't have enough good things to say about Colby!! He walks my dog for me and just goes above and beyond for her. I've never used a dog walker before and was nervous to try it out and Colby just made the whole process so smooth and reassuring for me. He has excellent communication and sends cute photo updates. It's everything to me to know my baby is in good hands!

About: Growing up I always had animals, especially dogs and cats! I absolutely adored each and every one. I love animals of all sizes, and treat mine like my children. I will give your baby all the attention, snuggles, and love they want. I have many years of experience in caring for dogs and cats, and would love to spoil and care for yours just as I do mine! :) I work through out the week so during that time I have limited availability but I am flexible for drop-in’s most evenings and early mornings. I am completely available Friday through Sunday. I will keep a close eye on your baby and make sure to the best of my ability they’re safe at all times! If you have a certain schedule or routine for your babe I am happy to keep them on that as well. For boarding, I don’t have a yard at my apartment but have easy access to trails/parks for walks and frequent potty breaks!

About: Having grown up on a 20 acre farm for most of my life, I have cared for all shapes and sizes of animals - from horses to snakes, and everything in between! When I moved into an apartment for college, I missed the "dog energy" in our household and set to volunteering hundreds of hours at the Humane Society, which also included basic training skills and walking the most aggressive 100+lb leash pullers. This later evolved into working at a veterinary clinic where I was trained to monitor recovering animals and administer medications safely and with as little stress as possible through Fear Free certification. Animal body language is my second language! I love the outdoors as much as the indoors, and am more than happy to accommodate medical needs. ♡ If you would like extras taken care of during your pets stay or our visit, such as bathing, grooming, nail trims, or a run, just let me know! My dog, Leo, and I are constantly going on hikes and we are more than happy to tucker your pups out with a day trip, just reach out for rates. I currently work as a Braille Librarian for the state and used to teach Low Vision/Blind learners, and I am also fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), so I have a soft spot for dogs that may be Deaf, Blind, or DeafBlind. To top it all off, I am working on weaseling my way into Guide Dog puppy raising, and all the training tips that come along with that. ( : I commute to Salem Wednesday and Friday, which means my schedule during those days is usually pretty limited to anything after 430pm. Otherwise, my weekends are typically completely free and ready to be filled with whatever your fur babies need! Using the Fear Free method, I work with a pet's body language to determine what will work best in the current situation, and when methods may be effective versus stressful. I am ready to go at your pet's pace with whatever they may need, and clearly communicate the process along the way.

About: I have taken care of, and been around dogs, pretty much my whole life. As an adult I have experience with leash/dog reactive dogs, super high energy puppies, done overnights for dogs with separation anxiety. I also have experience training my own dogs and really enjoy it. I am stay at home mom with both my kids in school so I have free time especially in the mornings after school drop off. I am very careful with other people's property. There should be no signs that I've in your home except for well loved, exercised and happy pets.

About: I've loved animals ever since I was a small kid. I grew up raising 3 rats, 3 cats, and a Great Pyrenees. I have experience walking neighborhood dogs, as well as taking care of hamsters and cats while their owners were on vacation. I currently have no pets due to my building's rules, so I'd take any excuse to help take care of a fluffy creature. Currently working a reduced amount with most of it being from home, so I have a lot of availability to care for your pets. Free/flexible most hours, besides evening on the weekends(and even then, I could potentially work something out with enough time). I enjoy long walks and exercise, and love playing with animals, so I'm your guy if your dog needs a long walk or an hour of nothing but fetch. I grew up walking a stubborn 100+ lb. dog, so I know how to control them if they get a little too excited sometimes.

About: I have over 8 years of pet-sitting experience and have cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and activity levels. My experience includes caring for young puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with special medical and mobility needs, including back and hip problems, vision impairment, and proprioceptive ataxia. As a medical student, I am highly attentive to detail and comfortable monitoring pets for changes in behavior, mobility, appetite, and overall well-being. I understand the importance of maintaining routines, administering medications when needed, and adapting care to each dog’s unique needs. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, extra patience, or specialized support, I will provide safe, compassionate, and reliable care while treating them like my own. I am currently in my clinical year of medical school, which gives me a structured and predictable schedule. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, with walks and check-ins scheduled before clinic, after clinic, and on my days off. I am highly organized and committed to providing dependable, consistent care, keeping pet owners updated with photos and messages so they can feel confident their pets are well cared for while they are away. The safety and well-being of your pet are always my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, preferences, and any medical or behavioral needs before providing care. Whether I am stopping by for a walk, check-in visit, or overnight stay, I strive to maintain a calm, familiar environment that helps pets feel comfortable and secure. I have experience caring for puppies, senior pets, and animals with medical conditions, so I understand the importance of closely following feeding schedules, medication instructions, exercise restrictions, and safety precautions. I treat every home with respect and every pet as if they were my own, providing reliable care, plenty of affection, and regular updates for owners.

About: I have a dog with seizures and I understand how much care is needed to care for him. I will treat your dog(s) with that same care and significance. I work early morning hours Thursday through Monday. I'm off work by 10:30am and can be available to walk, feed, administer medicatios and do drop in visits 7 days a week. About: What sets me apart is my lifelong, hands-on experience caring for animals combined with a strong scientific and responsible work background. I have cared for dogs, cats, and even a pet pig since childhood, and I currently have a cat. I’ve also regularly pet sat for neighbors and family friends since I was 12, including animals with different temperaments and needs. My biology and environmental science training, along with research experience maintaining live animal systems, has strengthened my attention to animal health, behavior, and safety. I’m also dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in caregiving roles, including childcare and supervision, which translates well to responsible pet care and reliability for owners. Pet care fits very naturally into my weekly routine. I am currently not working and I have a car, so I have full flexibility for visits, walks, or check-ins throughout the day. During the summer, I have no school commitments, which means I am essentially fully available and can adjust my schedule around pet needs, including mornings, evenings, and last-minute care if needed. I am reliable, organized, and used to balancing responsibility from my academic and research background, so I can consistently prioritize pet care without scheduling conflicts. In a client’s home, I prioritize safety, routine, and minimizing stress for the pet by following the owner’s instructions exactly as given. I make sure pets have fresh food and water, clean litter boxes or outdoor access, and receive attention and exercise based on their normal routine. I’m careful to secure doors, gates, and leashes to prevent escapes and always monitor behavior for any signs of stress or health concerns. With my biology and animal research background, I’m attentive to animal well-being and comfortable handling both cats and dogs responsibly and calmly.

About: I was born into a family of German Shepherd lovers, and grew up primarily taking care of our German Shepherds until about 10 years old when we also adopted cats and labradors. Once I graduated college, I adopted an 8 week old Alaskan malamute, who I cared for his entire 11 years of life until he passed just recently this past January. I am not ready to adopt again, but am missing the presence of dogs in my life and looking to fill that space by helping friends, family, neighbors and members of the community with their dog care needs. I am experienced with puppies, high maintenance animals, and especially with large breeds (my boy was 150lbs at a healthy weight and required at least 5 miles of exercise a day). I am kind, caring, uniquely experienced, energetic and reliable. I currently am only working/unavailable late Saturday and Sunday nights, and am extremely active during the week. I have plenty of free time in general. I am respectful to how you’d like your dog to be taken care of in your home and out and about, and also have my own set of everything (leashes, crate, toys, beds, etc) if need be.

About: I was blessed to grow along my childhood pets: an elderly little King Charles spaniel, the sweetest yellow lab, and two feisty yet loving seal point siamese cats. They taught me so much - respecting boundaries, fulfilling one’s responsibility, and the importance of mutual unconditional love. Since then, I’ve had two rats of my own and have experience pet sitting and boarding pets for multiple days as well as consistent dog walking visits. Now that I’m away from my cat, I’m hoping to find more furry (or scaly!) friends to care for! I am currently a full time college student with a flexible routine and a car. While I am in class during much of the day, I have many breaks and am happy to get of campus! Pet care in a clients home revolves heavily on what the owner prefers. I am happy to follow a strict schedule or complex meals if it's explained to me in advance but just as content finding out what your pet likes to do on my own.

About: I have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember and even have my own fur baby of my own. We love animals and making new friends! I am currently working a remote flex job so I am able to choose my hours and prioritize pet care to ensure I’m able to give your pet what they need! I have my own dog, and we usually go out for walks around my neighborhood and visit the PSU campus and park blocks to allow my pup to be in more greenery! I also have a grass block that is right next door to my apartment so I am easily able to take the pets potty!

About: I have a 4 year old excitable spaniel of my own who certainly keeps my life exciting! I have always lived with dogs and can’t imagine it any other way. But I also love cats! Nearly all my friends have cats and I have lots of experience pet-sitting for many of them. I love spending time around animals and would love to take care of yours! I have a full-time 8-5 job, but do have flexibility within my week. I wfh at least one day a week - sometimes more. Evenings and weekends are usually super open for me! But feel free to reach out about availability as my schedule fluctuates often. I have a small fenced yard with space for your pup to potty and run. I also have a friendly dog of my own to keep yours company. I have a crate that can be used if your pup likes a place to settle. My furniture is my dogs furniture and it would be the same for your furry friend too! I also have an animal loving roommate - so double the love.
