“Erika was an amazing pet sitter for our two pups. She sent daily updates with a ton of photos. She was really attentive to my pups and I could tell by her messages that she was really paying attention to their individual needs and she really learned their own distinct personalities fairly well. One of our pups is very wary of new people and even she loved Erika faster than anyone else she’s ever met. Our pups had epilepsy and she was very mindful to keep an eye on her and she was very communicative around things she noticed around her. Unfortunately, our pup did end up having a seizure while we were away but I am so glad we had someone like Erika who was able to stay calm and give her the meds she needed plus keep an eye out for any secondary seizures (which thankfully never happened). I would highly recommend Erika and we will be using her again. :)”

Our lil elderly guy has congestive heart failure and requires life-saving medication every morning and night — missing a dose could trigger a serious episode where he can’t breathe properly. As you can imagine, I was very anxious about leaving him for the first time since his diagnosis. But Imani was everything I could’ve hoped for in a sitter — attentive, reliable, and so kind with my animals. She asked thoughtful questions during the meet & greet, kept me updated with lots of photos, and made sure everyone was safe and loved while I was away. Chloe was amazing! She took such great care of our pup and was very attentive to his needs, behaviors and routine. She was really good about sending detailed updates and lots of photos. We’re pretty anxious dog parents and Chloe made this a super relaxing experience. We will definitely be having her take care of our pup again.
Brittany was great! Very personable and easy going. Super flexible when I decided to extend a trip at the last minute. My dogs took to her immediately at our meet n greet. She stayed in communication and gave regular updates. So nice to find a reliable dog/house sitter!

Can't speak highly enough about Emma! She sent us great updates with all our animals every day, including when there may have been something concerning. She did everything we asked and then some, and treated our home with the upmost respect. We will definitely use her again!
We are having some remodeling done to our house and had scheduled the new products to be brought in a week after we returned. The GM of the job was unaware as we were all the products were brought to the house while Robert was there . A sink , toilet and flooring all swamped Robert within hours . On top of that he wasn’t feeling his best . He kept in contact with me and I asked if I should return home . Robert said he was feeling better and to continue our vacation. Thank you isn’t enough. Highly recommend Robert !!
Elizabeth was awesome! Excellent communication. Sent a lot of pictures and updates on how our dogs were doing. Went above and beyond and brushed our dogs after they played to avoid matting. Dogs love her and they were clean and brushed when we returned home, and the house was also spotless. Could not be happier with the stay, and will definitely work with Elizabeth again.
Aubrey was an amazing cat sitter! She was able to help me out last minute, and handled some mail chaos for me while I was away! She sent daily updates to me, I could tell my cat Summer was loving all of the attention she was getting. She left the house spotless, which was such a nice bonus. I am so happy to have found Aubrey and will definitely be using her again in the future!
Emily has now cared for my two golden retrievers many times while I am traveling. She is always perfect - she is loving to the dogs (I come home to very happy girls), a great communicator, and leaves the house in perfect condition. I feel so lucky to have found Emily. I feel completely secure when she is taking care of my beloved dogs.
Natalie was a wonderful and considerate dog/cat/house sitter. Our old dog had a lot of anxiety when our family was gone over the holidays. It was the first time he had a sitter from Rover.
