“For the past two months, Theresa has been a huge help! We have great peace of mind since she is dedicated, reliable, and really cares about our dog. It was evident from the first walk that she really enjoys what she does. Our dog connected with her right away and always looked forward to their time together. She has been very reliable and communicative, and she regularly sent us meaningful updates and pictures that made our day. We could always count on her help, no matter what the weather was like. That meant a lot to us. Thanks for all your help over the past few months, Theresa! Thank you so much for everything you've done. We really hope to work with you again soon. You're the best!”

About: I have owned two dogs in the past and grew up with small dogs in my home as well. My daughter has two cats at her father's house that she helps take care of. We love dogs and cats and would love the opportunity to help you out with small tasks like playtime and walks and food/water checks. My 9 year old daughter might be joining me on some of the jobs and is a great helper and LOVES animals. I know we don't have a lot of experience on this site, but we would LOVE the opportunity to help you. I am a teacher and am off work for the summer. So, we should be avaialble most days. Reach out if you need something. When school starts again, I will be available most evenings and weekends. We can not care for pets in our home. I would be happy to come to your home to play or walk or feed your pets. We are not allowed to have pets at the place we are currently living and my duaghter would LOVE the opportunity to come spoil yours and give it the utmost attention and love!

About: If you're looking for someone who will genuinely adore your dog, you've found her. I’m not just here to walk or watch your pup—I’m here to be their new best friend. Think joyful walks (or jogs!), stops to sniff every interesting smell, belly rubs, cuddle sessions, and all the love your dog deserves when you're away. Growing up, I had a golden retriever who completely stole my heart—and I’ve been hooked on dogs ever since. In fact, I now carry business cards specifically to hand out to golden retriever owners… just for a chance to hang out with their pups. (Yes, really.) After graduating from Stanford, I lived with a family that had three golden retrievers—years filled with unconditional love, kisses, and daily playtime. One day, I dream of having a house full of rescued dogs (especially goldens!), a big backyard for them to play in, a pool for them to swim in, and legendary pup-centered sprinkler lawn parties. I’ll be that lady. But until then, I'm on Rover, ready to love and care for your pup like they’re my own. ***My Dog Care Experience:*** * 10+ years of experience walking, feeding, and pet-sitting dogs—both for neighbors and families I lived with * Lived long-term with three golden retrievers and cared for them daily, including during emergencies * Assisted a mother dog through labor and helped raise her puppies * Experienced with dogs at all life stages, from playful puppies to wise seniors * Familiar with behavioral and hormonal changes, and I adjust care accordingly with patience and love ***Medication & Special Care:*** I’m comfortable administering oral medications if your dog is calm and cooperative. I take all directions seriously and always prioritize your dog’s safety and comfort. Let’s meet first to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone. If your dog needs affection, exercise, consistency, and care, I’m your person. I'd love to get my day started with a nice walk with your pup! I’m usually free in the afternoons and evenings, which works great for walks, playtime, and dinner routines. I keep my schedule flexible so I can give every dog the focused attention and care they deserve—no rushing, just quality time. Honestly, caring for pets is the highlight of my day. I make sure every dog feels safe, loved, and comfortable in my care. I pay close attention to each dog’s personality, energy level, and needs, so they feel secure and happy. In a client’s home, I respect their space and routines, keep things clean and calm, and follow all instructions to a T. I send regular updates so pet parents feel confident and connected while they're away. My goal is always to build trust — with both the dog and their humans.

About: Having grown up with pets, I understand how important it is to provide them with loving, attentive care. As a fellow pet owner, I know how much it means to feel confident your furry friend is in good hands while you're away. I’ll keep you updated throughout their stay and would love to know more about their personality, preferences, dietary needs, and any medical conditions to ensure they feel right at home. As a devoted mother of two, I cherish the flexibility of my current stay-at-home life, allowing me to be fully available to care for your pets between 9 AM and 5 PM daily. I will ensure that your pets feel safe and comfortable during your absence. Upholding their usual routines and providing that extra level of comfort are my top priorities.

About: For several years, I've taken care of neighborhood pets that have a whole range of needs and habits. Your best friend will be in good hands, no matter how shy they are. Patience and kindness are my directives. I'm currently taking a class that runs in the early mornings from Mon-Thurs! I'll have plenty of time to spend with the pet entrusted with me. I am extremely thorough when it comes to safety in the home. Things they could swallow on the ground, windows, doors... All will be verified by me for their safety even while I'm not with them.

About: I have two mini goldendoodles of my own and have managed training and grooming for the past 5 years. Both girls have been spayed and get perfect health annual health reports. We take our dogs out to potty every 4 hours at the bare minimum, we walk for at least 15-20 minutes daily depending on the time of day to optimize for maximum comfortable temperature and weather conditions. We feed once a day for breakfast and give treats throughout the day. My house features a fully fenced in backyard with room to run for small dogs, two mini goldendoodles of my own for company, and my husband and I work from home so your dog will not be lonely and get daily walks with our small pack. Dogs are also welcome on the couch for snuggles (but not our bed, I’m so sorry!)

“Samantha is so kind and patient with my dog, Rudy, who is having a very hard time with our move this year and became reactive towards most things. She walks Rudy regularly and is very communicative and helpful. Rudy adores her. 10/10”

About: I have several years of experience in both dog-walking and dog-sitting for a variety of dogs. I am a current physical therapy student and can use my physical fitness to provide walks that can be fast or slow paced, depending on your dog’s needs and wants:) I am student on summer break currently. This allows me to have a very flexible schedule with plenty of time to delivery quality experiences to all the dogs I help take care of. I am a serious runner so can keep up with energetic dogs, even on long walks. I am patient and understanding that different dogs behave differently, which allows me to provide individualized attention to each pet.

“Lauren was FABULOUS! My pups are, frankly, kinda high maintenance. I have a fearful/reactive girl and a muscle powerhouse that wants to tackle and kiss everyone! Lauren handled both great and they got great walks and attention and I'll absolutely use her again! THANK YOU!!”

About: I am patient and easily adaptable in unexpected situations. I have helped my friends take care and teach their dogs easy to follow commands. I can guarantee that the dog will have as much fun as me! As a student I know how to balance all aspects of my life from personal professional and school related activities. I can overcome obstacles. I just want to be around dogs on my free time. In my own home I’m fully responsible for taking care of both my cats including cleaning, feeding and playing with them. With my friends dogs that I’ve taken care of when they’re out of town I’ve fed, walked and cleaned after them.

“Marissa was so wonderful. We had an issue with our address not updating and she went above and beyond to make sure Annie was taken care of while we were in Japan. You are awesome Marissa!”
