I had a great experience with her and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter. This was my first time using Rover, and I was honestly really nervous about leaving Nilla with someone new, but Criselda made the entire experience amazing. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and followed all of my instructions perfectly. She kept me updated throughout Nilla’s stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. Most importantly, Nilla absolutely loved her time with Criselda, she almost didn’t even want to come home! I could tell she was very well cared for and genuinely happy. Yi Shin and her husband were so nice and took well care of my Nelly. They sent me daily updates and photos while I was out of town which I loved. They were also very understanding when Nelly had an accident on the first day. Would love to have them look after Nelly again in the future!
