About: Hiya! I’m a newer resident of the Portland area with a longtime background of caring for pets of friends and family hoping to fill a need in you and your pet’s lives. I love going on longer walks/excursions with dogs but also love just spending time in the neighborhood. I’m currently a part time post grad student looking to do some pet care during the day on weekdays, I can do weekends but mostly I’m looking for people wanting and needing pet time during their day to day work schedules when they can’t get home. I’m hoping to be as seamless into your life and schedule as possible. That means being in your house minimally, keeping you updated on times but not too buggy, keeping pets watered, and being in and out.

About: I have grown up with both cat and dogs my entire life and was raised on how to take care of them! I was always the person growing up that friends and family reached out to when they needed a dog or cat sitter. I've also worked as a dog walker through a previous service as well. I am currently in between jobs so I am available all week between 6am and 10pm. I am off on the weekends but can make exceptions in some cases. When dropping in or walking pets I make sure they are safe and sound. I check to make sure they have water or food, clean and are happy. I triple check to make sure when entering and leaving that doors are locked and the pets are safe inside. On walks I am familiar with all harness types and make sure they are secure in my hold. I am also aware of my surroundings to make sure no dangers are around and that the pet is behaving normally.

About: Since the age of 10, I have taken care of birds, dogs, cats, a turtle, some frogs, and horses. I worked as an assistant stable manager at the LA Equestrian Center, I spent a summer volunteering at the National Aviary, and I have also done training on my own pets, (parakeets and puppies). Joy takes such wonderful care of our 3 cats. I’m an anxious person and leaving them alone used to make me nervous, but Joy goes above and beyond for them. She gives very detailed updates and pictures with every visit. She stays to play with them and clean their box, and she even lets them outside on their catio when she visits. She’s a wonderful cat sitter with a great heart. She’s very communicative, attentive, and sweet. My boys love her and we’re so happy to have her as their caregiver.
Alejandra did an excellent job of caring for my pets while I was out of town! After sending the booking request, she immediately reached out to me and was able to stop by for a new client visit on the same day! She was a breeze to work with and gave me updates and pictures each day. My cats were well cared for and I came back to a happy household. Julie is an excellent cat sitter! My boys loved her! Jerry Weir gets a bit lonely when I’m gone and she read him exactly…as he needs more interaction time than old Pumpernickel that only is interested in being fed haha! She was on time for all visits and sends fun pictures and video. My work trip didn’t allow me to respond quickly, but she understands and even offered to come in the morning if I ended up delayed due to TSA and possibly missing a flight. That’s a huge relief to know I only needed to send her a message and she had me! Highly recommended!!!
Gage did such a wonderful job helping with our little fur babies. He made sure that they were fed and made sure their litter box was cleaned. We let him know that we would throw out the litter and that he didn’t have to do that but he went above and beyond and took care of that on his own. Grace was an enormous help checking in on my cat while I was away.
