Suka is not used to meeting new people and can be an intimidating large cat, but Susie knew to give Suka her space and wait for when she’s ready. Amazing experience!! Seiko is the best! This was our first time using a cat sitter so we were a bit nervous, but Seiko is so kind and caring, it immediately put us at ease. She was super reliable and thorough, taking care of everything Toast needed and spending time playing and bonding with her at each visit. Toasty is a fairly timid cat, especially around new people, but she was comfortable with Seiko surprisingly quickly! We were able to fully enjoy our vacation knowing that Toasty was in great hands. Seiko sent detailed updates and adorable pics each time as well, which were so reassuring and fun to look through while we were away. Would highly recommend her to anyone- we can’t thank you enough, Seiko!!
Shannon did a wonderful job taking care of our cat! From the moment she came over for a meet and greet prior to cat sitting, Shannon was very warm and caring and had a great rapport with our cat. When we were away she was excellent about coming at the agreed upon time and sending pictures, reporting on our cat, and even bringing in packages. Shannon was great in general at communicating with us—very responsive, friendly, and professional—and we felt assured our cat was in good hands with her. We would definitely recommend Shannon for cat sitting!
