I treat all pets like I do my own!
I love all animals! Making sure your pets are safe, happy and well taken care of is my top priority. Animals tend to feel comfortable around me since I have a gentle nature and I let them get acquainted at their own pace. I have a lot of experience taking care of cats and dogs, but I'm also open to caring for other types of pets. I'm fascinated by how animals seek to communicate with us, so I'm always listening to them and reading their body language. If your pet likes to play I am more than happy to engage them! I love it when pets want to snuggle or be pet, but I'm also perfectly happy to give them their space if that's what they need. I have 2 cats of my own, and they are my world! I've really enjoyed training them over the years. They each come when they hear their name, and they know what "no" means. I've leash trained them both and I bring them on walks outside when it's nice out. The patience and commitment to it has been so rewarding! I also regularly take care of the dog that I live with. When needed, I feed him, take him out for walks, clean up after him, and give him belly rubs. Since I'm so detail oriented, I love it when pet parents leave me with a list of instructions. But if you don't have one, just let me know and I'll make sure to take notes during our meet and greet.

I am happy to provide daily pictures and updates of your fur babies! I am very careful when walking dogs and I can take them on walks where you prefer.

Katie was wonderful. She cared for our 2 small dogs who are high energy and sent photos of each of them throughout the day. They loved their walks and playtime And we enjoyed our weekend away. We certainly will use Katie again.

I have free time on the weekends and I have two work from home days a week. I work in person at a university three times a week.
