However, Michelle and her attention to detail completely blew me away. She was so communicative, sent so many pictures, and before and Afters of the litter boxes, and the food. I felt completely at ease and when I got home, she had even cleaned up after my pets, so I came home to a tidy apartment. “It was a pleasure meeting Emily. My cats were comfortable with Emily on the first visit day. She played and took pictures during the visit. They were at ease and happy when I returned home.”

“Rachael is amazing! She took her time to meet and greet before the actual stay. This helped me to explain and demo some routines for Baba and build trust between us. During the stay, Rachael arrived on time and did every step on the instructions for Baba. She wrote a detailed card after the stay and took really cute photos of Baba :) I definitely ask her again if there is any occasion that I'm away for few days!”

“Lexis was amazing and took great care of my cat, Lily. Her apartment was cozy and nice for Lily too. Lexis assisted with bringing in all of Lily’s stuff: food, scratch post, toys, etc., and when I picked Lily up (even though it was very early in the morning), Lexis had all of her things ready and helped me take it back to the car. If I’m ever back that way and need a cat sitter, I will call her up. I highly recommend this kind lady! Thank you Lexis, you put my mind at ease leaving Lily with you (and it was our first time using a sitter).”

About: 9 years of professional pet care, plus many years of owning my own pets, caring for pets of friends and volunteering with shelters. My best friend growing up was my dog Lobo that we got when I was 1 yr old. I grew up loving and caring for animals and caring for them became a natural thing to do for friends and then as a living. I started my professional per care journey in Brooklyn, NY working for Animal's Are Soul, then worked across the country in Florida, for DogSmith of the Emerand Coast and in Salt Lake City, Utah for Mixed Company Dog Walking and Pet Sitting. I moved up from just a dog walker with Mixed Company to Assistant Manager, hiring and training people. I recently spent 2 years as Assistant Manager of Bare Paws. We had many dogs with special needs, such as diabetic cats who needed insulin and dogs who's back legs no longer worked. Old and very young pups. It is my pleasure and joy to make your mutts and fuzzy butts day! I currently work in New York, Time's Square as a performer at RiseNY Museum part time and am pursuing a career in the arts, and my passion. With that I would like to combine my passion for animal care as a part time career to keep my life well rounded and grounded. It is my pleasure and joy to make your mutts and fuzzy butts day In a client's home, I always remove my shoes at the door, get the pup suited properly in harness and leash, put shoes back on and get them out and about. I always have poop bags and paw wipes handy. Before the walk I check for any specific notes that may change daily to ensure that no feeding, or medication is forgotten. I only feed and give medication as specified and after the walk. If crated when I arrive, I will leave crated after walk unless told not to. I try to leave a home untouched and as it was when I arrived. Making sure your pet is safe and has had sufficient exercise and play and relief. Leave fresh water. Take careful notes for the owner, with full description of walk, poo, pee, etc. Including photos. Leave home and Pet feeling safe and relaxed.

“Leslie was absolutely amazing, sent wonderful pictures and was in contact each day she visited to take care of my cat, I’d recommend her to anyone and will definitely have her back the next time I have to go away!”

“I recently had a need for a sitter for my kitten Timo and booked Martha for a few check ins. My kitten is quite shy but took a liking to Martha right away! Timo was quite happy upon my return. I decided to book Martha again for a short vacation and she was so happy and eager to stop in and check in on Timo again. Once again Timo was so comfortable with Martha checking in on him, so much that Timo didn’t want her to leave. She is quite flexible with easy and clear communication throughout the booking process as well as while she is here including sending tons of photos :) Timo loves playing with Martha while she came to visit and I came home to a happy kitty! I will definitely consider Martha next time I’m away again knowing that Timo will be in great hands. If anyone is looking for a cat sitter to stop in don’t hesitate to reach out!! Thanks Martha!! 🐱”

About: Hi, I’m Dhania! I’m based in Bayonne, NJ and have 6+ years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all breeds. I’ve worked with everything from puppies to seniors and rescues, always with love, patience, and attention to their unique needs. I love being outdoors—rain or shine—and I’m here to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. 🐾 On weekdays, I’m available for dog walks from 4pm to 7pm. On weekends, I’m flexible and can do walks, drop-ins, and boarding any time. I prioritize consistency and always communicate clearly to fit your pet’s routine. I live in a safe home with a balcony and a nearby park perfect for walks. I have one friendly dog who helps keep your pet company and socialized.

About: I grew up loving dogs, as well as all animals. Ive worked hard at learning all the best tips and techniques in dog training, and devoted much of my free time to understanding all pups unique Personalities and tending to their needs. I started dog walking at 15 for friends and family and after word of mouth spread about my services, went on to pet-sit professionally. I’ve been doing that full-time for several years. I guess you could say that early childhood experience really resonated with me, as I’ve gone on to make pet-care a huge part of my life! Throughout the years I have gained so much experience caring for all types of dog sizes, breeds and temperaments. I have the training to back up my passion for pets and im more than capable at handling any pet challenge that comes my way! I take my business seriously and im professional and organized with any task given. My clients tend to book with me repeatedly because I listen carefully to their instructions and execute them completely. Dogs gravitate to my warm personality and can sense my genuine concern for their well-being. In my experience, dogs don’t take long at all to open up to me, but if your pup is a bit shy, I will take my time to earn their trust. I might even bring a treat or two to help them out! Rodrigo my partner has several years of experience as well both professional and personal. He’s Does handle most of the transporting and out of home care. He is also a lot more knowledgeable with behavioral & basic training if that’s something you’d need as well. The two of us together make an unstoppable team! We work hard and provide exceptional service. Your pups happiness and safety is our #1 priority. Send me a message—dog walking and pet-sitting is my career so my schedule is open, flexible and ready to shape to your needs! We try to work with everyone’s budget so feel free to message us for a custom rate! We work out of both our homes one is in Jackson Heights queens and one is in Bayonne NJ. We have two separate accounts on rover one for each location but I like to mention it here as well as we sometimes will need to take your pup for a ride to attend a walk or drop in. I’m a full time sitter/ walker I never leave any pups alone so we don’t use crates unless requested by the owner. Either Rodrigo or I will always be home with your pup. Our daily lives revolve around all the pups we care for, so we’re very flexible and try to always accommodate you. We’re able to accommodate both social pups and pups that are better off Alone. We have multiple floors and entrances which allow us to separate pups when needed. We always have fur friends for your pup to play so them being bored or lonely will never be an issue. We have a fully fenced yard your pup will get to enjoy regularly as well.

About: Been rescuing forever fur babies since 2011. We are PAWrents to our own 2 pups and cats and they are our joy, priority and children. We have invested in dog therapy and a library of dog and cat books and now even have a friend who has a PHD is dog science and her own books. It’s definitely a lifestyle. I am a full time stay at home pawrent while my wonderful fur baby daddy husband works from home full time. I already babysit my neighbors furbabies when they go on trips and have learned each pawrent has their own specific way of communicating and taking care of their babies so my aim is to always mimic the owners as much as possible to ensure less stressful and more enriching Interactions. I have learned from watching way too many house of dogs and cat in slow motion that the smell first and foremost, work with micro movements and within micro seconds so they truly experience the world quite differently then hoomans do. As an empath I successfully create a bridge of mutual respect, unconditional love and a lot of winking and tail wags. I am trained in verbal and body language and absolutely love being walked by my dogs. I believe in sniffing, exploring, marking and “pee mail” and most importantly I am a huge advocate for positive reinforcement and patience for all our furbabies. Open schedule for I’m a full time stay at home pawrent for our 2 pups and cats and am looking to start working solely with Rover to get back into making some money for my expensive dog and cat food. We have 2 floors, a balcony and a lot of sunny space for naps, cuddles, play time and sensored stainless steel fresh filter water bowls we also have a xxl crate and 4 dog doors and a whole lot of dog/cats treats.

About: I've owned a cat for the last 19 years. My first cat lived 17 years. I have experience with senior cats that require medication. My current cat is almost 3 years old and a rescue from Puerto Rico. I'm available morning, evenings and weekends. I currently have a flexible schedule and can come by 1-2 times a day. I love cats and will make it work. My cat is strictly indoor and I make sure she is safe at all times. I”ll treat your cat like my own and will make sure they get cuddles if they aren't shy.

Brandy D.
“Brandy is incredibly friendly, reliable, attentive, and responsible. She’s a true animal lover, devoted pet owner and cares deeply for all animals. She’s a proud cat mom to two very lucky cats, including one she rescued as a 6-week-old stray kitten. Thanks to Brandy’s exceptional care, playfulness, and understanding of animal needs, that kitten just celebrated his first birthday — a true testament to her dedication. I would feel completely at ease knowing my pet was in Brandy’s care and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving caregiver.”

“Amazing on time - she was so good with my Rocco. Will absolutely hire her again!”

Ashley & Rodrigo V.

“She never fails to please**. Ashley is incredible with dogs, and her love and her care shows heavily in her interactions with them and in her work!”

Mandi J.
“She is a wonderful compassionate human being and truly treats animals like equals. Her pups and kitties are her children and every animal I’ve seen her met is drawn to her and always says I love you to them and means it. She also has pup nieces and “nephMEWS” her words not line. She is a unapologetic dog/cat Momma bear. lol Also. She goes out of her way to report on their bowels movements if you want that extra detail/health report. She seems to know if they are thirsty and eating good enough and if they need “fiber” it’s quite amazing seeing her in action. This is her calling. Lol”

Grace N.
“Grace is a great cat mom and I would trust her with my cats. She loves her cat, Cali and also took great care of her Senior cat Pinky that she had for 17 years. Grace can be trusted to love and care for your cat while you're away.”

Michelle agreed to pets it for me with a little notice. I was nervous because I’ve only had one pet sitter before and she’s been with my animals for a while now. Jose is an excellent cat sitter. I have three cats, and he was incredibly friendly with all of them. He communicates frequently and keeps you informed of any issues. Additionally, he ensures your home stays clean and just as you left it. I highly recommend his services!

Zachary was an awesome cat sitter. He even got my persnickity princess to accept treats and pets from him. (And she's very selective about who is allowed to pet her.) He is kind, caring and communicative. I absolutely plan to use Zachary again when I need someone to watch my girl.

Mi'kaya was very kind to my cat and spent a full day with him, which I appreciated. She followed the care instructions and was receptive to feedback when I raised concerns; she. She responded respectfully and was willing to make adjustments. There were a few bumps in communication and timing, which I understand can happen, especially for someone just starting out. I prefer to be asked about certain things in advance (such as bringing someone to the apartment or leaving the lights on), and I could have cleared that up upfront. I think with more experience, she’ll continue to grow and improve.
