“Thankful for a last minute booking- Ren kept me updated on my two and I was at ease knowing they were home. I’m a bit of an overprotective dog mom but the photo updates really helped!”

“Perfect first experience using rover for a sitter. Anna was excellent and we have two happy pups!!!! Thanks Anna for all the photo pupdates and for being so caring to our babies.”

“Sandra was great with my pets. I have a senior cat and senior dog. Both of them were relaxed and content when I got back from my trip. I'm glad I decided to have Sandra stay over versus doing visits because I think it made a big difference in reducing the stress of my absence to my pets. Sandra is also clearly experienced with pets and managed my pets feeding habits very well. I'm very happy to have found someone I can trust with my older pets.”

“Hannah is amazing!! She was able to come by on short notice and help me out. Highly recommend her! She gave great updates via photos and videos. She also kept in communication with me about anything I needed.”

“Karen is a compassionate and intentional sitter. We arranged a meet and greet and we walked her through the house as she took notes and asked questions about everything/anything to care for our pup. She was available on relatively short notice (about a week) and Kona loved her! She gave us informative and sweet updates multiple times a day in the Rover app. She sent pictures of our girl so we knew she was comfortable and having fun. If you're looking for a reliable and responsible sitter to watch your fur babies, look no further. Karen will definitely be utilized for further sits!”

“Donna is so helpful! I have a pretty crazy puppy and she’s so good with him and patient. It’s so nice to know my dogs are being taken great care of while I’m away!”

“Gabriel is absolutely fantastic! We had the pleasure of using his house-sitting services while we were away, and he truly exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which instantly put us at ease. Throughout our trip, he sent us daily photos and updates, keeping us well-informed about how our three dogs were doing. Gabriel provided exceptional care and made sure they received plenty of exercise and attention. It was evident that he genuinely loves animals, and our dogs adored him in return! He also took great care of our home, leaving everything in perfect condition. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and will definitely be reaching out to Gabriel for our future house-sitting needs. Highly recommend!”

“Tammy was lovely and took great care of our 3 dogs and 2 cats while we were away for a long weekend. They were all happy and relaxed when we got home. The house was left impeccable! We absolutely recommend Tammy to take care of your pets, and look forward to booking her again in the future.”

“Gretchen did a fabulous job taking care of our two senior dogs for several days at our home. I’m so glad we found her! She is extremely caring and understood exactly how to handle them. She is a great communicator and kept us up to date with how things were going. She sent us several pictures along the way too! I highly recommend her!”

“This was my first experience with an in-house dog sitter, and I was initially skeptical about having someone stay at my home for an extended period. However, I was pleasantly surprised by Kathleen's excellent service. She kept me updated on the status of my dogs, and they adored her. Additionally, she maintained the house in great condition. I will definitely hire her again when my husband and I go on a long trip. I highly recommend Kathleen for in-home dog sitting.”

About: I have had cared for/raised many types of animals in my life; dogs, cats, aquatic animals, an opposum that I raised from a bottle, hamsters, birds, turtles. I truly love all animals and I am also a bit of a plant whisperer. I recently left my corporate career and I am ready to start my next chapter. I am looking forward to working with my preferred coworker - your pets! I recently retired from a career working in corporate america, so I am available most days/nights. I am single so my time is my own. I like caring for animals in their home environment as that is where they feel safest. I love getting on the floor and playing with your pet and their favorite toy/stuffy. I am also a pretty good frisbee thrower. Water bowls are refreshed and treats are provided (if allowed). I love getting to know all the pet's individual personality.

About: I have been taking care of my pets for over 50 years , enjoy bonding with dogs or cats not good with snakes fish etc I am semi retired and supplement my income as a care giver house sitter. I live a pretty tame life and will watch over your pets and palace I am also able to host smaller dogs at my house in Farmers Branch. So if you would rather me host your pet or stay at your house I have the flexibility

“Victoria was amazing with my puppy! She sent regular updates and was very flexible with all the craziness that went on! We so appreciate her and definitely plan on having her back.”

“Tristen, Was Fantastic! Our previous plans for a house sitter fell through 4 days before we left on vacation and Tristen graciously accepted and came and meet the pups the next day. We have two LARGE dogs and she was great when we introduced them to her. Could tell by her interaction that she knew what she was doing. Might be small but was a huge relief in of itself. She was not intimated and I think the dogs could sense she was not tense which helped them with the introduction. Came everyday to take care of the pups and sent picture updates. Overall would recommend Tristen again!”

Edith S.
“Edith has been a wonderful for Samson. She is pleasant and kind and has an abundant love for animals. Samson can be kind of like walking a cow and a little stubborn so she takes her time with him and Samson now does a little dance when she shows up to the door which at 100lbs+ that is a feat in itself. I do not trust many people with Samson as he is my child but I truly trust Edith completely. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to walk or care for their pet or like in my case their fur child.”

Robert S.
“Dear Rover Team, I’m writing to wholeheartedly recommend (Bob) Robert Suttles as a pet sitter on Rover. He has cared for my dog, Boomer and my daughter’s dog Dakota, on multiple occasions, and each time I’ve been impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and reliability. From the very first meeting, Bob showed genuine care and attention toward my dog’s needs, making sure he felt safe, happy, and loved. He goes above and beyond—whether that means sticking closely to feeding schedules, taking long walks, or simply spending extra time to play and bond. My dog absolutely adores him, which says a lot about the trust and comfort he builds with animals. Beyond his excellent care skills, Bob is dependable and communicative and been my friend for over 20 years. He always updates me while I’m away, giving me peace of mind knowing my dog is in great hands. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about my experience. Warm regards, Stacy Van Cleve Stacyvc@hotmail.com”
