“Karen is a compassionate and intentional sitter. We arranged a meet and greet and we walked her through the house as she took notes and asked questions about everything/anything to care for our pup. She was available on relatively short notice (about a week) and Kona loved her! She gave us informative and sweet updates multiple times a day in the Rover app. She sent pictures of our girl so we knew she was comfortable and having fun. If you're looking for a reliable and responsible sitter to watch your fur babies, look no further. Karen will definitely be utilized for further sits!”

“This was my first experience with an in-house dog sitter, and I was initially skeptical about having someone stay at my home for an extended period. However, I was pleasantly surprised by Kathleen's excellent service. She kept me updated on the status of my dogs, and they adored her. Additionally, she maintained the house in great condition. I will definitely hire her again when my husband and I go on a long trip. I highly recommend Kathleen for in-home dog sitting.”

“Francesca did great. Our dog was happy and healthy when we returned. She communicated promptly with us when we checked in and we wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to her again when needed.”
“Tristen was amazing ! She took care of my buddy like no one else. Unfortunately, my dog got sick while I was out of town and Kristen made me feel less worried while she took care of him. I would deff book her again :)”

“Having Ren stay with our girls was a great decision. She sent regular updates with pics and vids. You could tell in the video's just how comfortable our girls were with her. Having her at our house made our vacation so much better. And to top it off, where we got home, we couldn't even tell that she had been there. Even the dogs toys were put away. We will definitely be calling on Ren to stay with our girls again.”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter over Christmas break! She was incredibly kind, gentle, and patient, especially with my skittish Lab rescue who can take a while to warm up to new people. She made him feel safe and comfortable, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. On top of that, she went above and beyond caring for our very clingy Chihuahua, giving him all the attention and affection he needed. It was clear our pets were truly loved and well cared for. We came home to happy, relaxed animals, which says everything. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!”

“Hannah was absolutely wonderful! She watched our three boxers for 10 days while we were away on vacation, and we could not have asked for a better experience. She followed all of our instructions exactly and went above and beyond to make sure they were well cared for, comfortable, and loved while we were gone. Taking care of three boxers is no small task, but Hannah handled everything with confidence, patience, and care. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dogs were in such good hands. We came home to happy, well-cared-for pups, and we are so grateful for everything she did. We would highly recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!”

“Kaitlyn was amazing! I’m so thankful we found her. Oliver found his new best friend that gave him lots of love & hugs, played with him, and took such good care of him. She kept me constantly updated that made me felt at ease while I was away from my baby.”

“This was our 1st experience using Rover and Beth was awesome! She made sure our pups were well cared for and took care of our home like it was her own. We can't thank her enough for all the pics and updates on our furbabies, it allowed us to relax while we were away, certain our loved ones were in good hands. Thank you so much Beth!”
“Karen was wonderful with our three hounds. She sat with them at our house for 9 days and wasn’t fazed by their mischief. She sent many photos and videos and asked questions when they were not acting usual. We felt so much better as it was during a very cold storm and we knew they were safe.”

“Highly recommend Tracy if you're looking for someone trustworthy, kind and attentive to your pet needs! We feel lucky to have found her, she stayed with our two pups for two nights and they did great! She communicated regularly, sent updates and left our home in the same if not better shape when she left. It can be stressful finding someone to watch your fur babies while needing to go out of town but Tracy was wonderful and peace of mind is everything. One of our pups is special needs and she stayed on top of all the instructions beautifully. Thank you Tracy, so very much.”

“Victoria helped out last minute for housesitting and for that we are very appreciative. Great communication before and during her stay. The house was spotless when we got back- and our dog was happy. We could not be more pleased with Victoria’s care of our house and our dog.”

“Christine did a great job taking care of my two dogs in my home! She was communicative, reliable, and made me feel completely comfortable while I was away. My dogs were well cared for and happy when I returned. I will absolutely book with her again!”

“Cass took amazing care of our pups! She is our go to person anytime we need someone to watch them. She truly loves our girls like family and totally love her too! Only reason not to recommend her is making her too busy to take of our pups. :)”

Highland Village pet parents share their Rover experiences
Arianna was great! Super responsive the whole time we were gone. And then when we came home, the dogs were excited to see us but relatively calm, which tells me they used plenty of energy and had lots of attention during her stay! House was spotless as well. We are definitely planning on hiring Arianna again in the future! :)

Ashton was absolutely fantastic, watching our bichon frise, Alfredo! He went above and beyond, keeping us updated with pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear Alfredo was happy and well cared for – we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Leo was just amazing with Jake & Kai! They love her! She took great care of my home and pups while I was away for an important weekend for my daughter's college graduation. She sent daily updates and pictures, which was such a comfort, knowing my pups were so well taken care of. I'm truly grateful for such a caring, conscientious, trustworthy, and fun sitter for my pups! Thanks so much, Leo!

Initially we were concerned about leaving our home and dog to a stranger. One thing we learned is to give clear and specific instructions in writing so the sitter knew our expectations of walking and feeding tour dog. Once we had communicated this Matt did a great job. He kept in touch and asked questions when necessary. He left the house clean and tidy and even washed the bedding and towels. Our dog was well cared for and we would use Matt again should the need arise

London was incredible!! She stayed at our house and made the whole experience completely stress-free. My dogs loved her and I loved all the updates and pictures while we were away. It’s such a relief to find someone you can trust in your home. Everything was perfect when we got back😀 The dogs were happy and the house was cleaner than when we left! I’ll definitely be booking her again!

Talia was great! Very attentive to our dog Goose and our cats Lily and Grim. Goose had a hot spot during her stay and Talia messaged us. Asked if she wanted her to take him to our vet or if she could help him. She fixed goose up and he was better by the time we got home. Talia was awesome!!!

Heather was a great house sitter. Both Kumi and Jade were happy and well taken care of, and we appreciated her regular updates and photos. When we returned the house was clean and orderly. We will differently be looking for Heather to house sit again in the future.
