About: I found dog rescue over two years ago and it completely changed my life and opened my heart. I've been involved in rescue and have saved thirteen dogs over the past two years. I have a personal Shih tzu and a maltipoo that I adopted that are rescues! They are dog friendly and up to date on vaccines and requirements. Your baby will receive the utmost care and lots of snuggles and attention. I work part-time from home, so i'm always home with my dogs and they're usually laying on my lap or next to me. I'm available to take them on Daily to 2× a day walks and lots of snuggles and pets. I have a large home with a secure fenced backyard. I have two small personal dogs that are dog friendly and ready to play. I keep my home quiet and calm and have patience with an individual dog's needs. I'm happy to prepare meals and accommodate special diet needs. One of my pups has several food allergies and the other a delicate eater. About: This is my new profile from my previous inactive one! i’m 21 years old, I am local to the Lantana/Argyle area and have been for the past 8 years of my life with pet care experience reaching back 10 years. i was born in Missouri, the first place i was able to be blessed with a beautiful family husky named raven, coming before my second family dog named max (boxer). after him came the 3 little comedians in my pet profile. I love every dog and their personalities and being around a variety of them is more than a privilege for me! I currently do NOT live with my 3 dogs (kept at my parents house, as i bought another house in lantana with my brother) i will be working 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off at an oil rig in a few months, though my brother who lives with me (also a rover pet care worker) will be at the house 24/7. we both share the same policies and expectations for eachother when it comes to pet care and overnight sitting. my main rule with new dogs and animals in general is patience, empathy and logical solutions. i really don't like the whole getting mad at dogs thing so I tend to use this rule when training and/or sitting dogs as a way to prioritize both me & the pups comfort as well as to set a stable pattern of expected behavior both from me and the pup. I have a built in dog bath in my house as well as a large (ish) room dedicated to them having a place to walk around, eat, play and lay down when i'm not there, the room is also gated.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was little, and am definitely a “can I pet your dog?!” person, everywhere I go! I decided to turn my love of dogs into a gig where I get to love on other people’s pups and enjoy having a dog in the house while I wait to have a dog of my own. That’s right! Your pup will be the only one in my house for the length of their stay, which means they are super spoiled and loved on. I work from home, and my daily routine is a morning run, which I am happy to take your dog on and even slow it down to a walk if needed. I live close to the Trophy Club dog park and frequently take my furry guests to the park (with their owners permission!). I am comfortable crating your dog, and I also have a small fenced in backyard that I let dogs out into to stretch their legs and go potty. I do have one small, quiet cat who has learned to tolerate (read: allow) dogs in her home and had even learned to try and make friends. I live in a quiet neighborhood with a fenced yard. Since I have a small grassy area, poop gets cleaned up immediately, so the yard is clean. I am comfortable crating your dog, and I work best with older dogs or trained dogs who have a routine and know their crate is a safe space. I put the crate in my office area which is open to the rest of the house, so they never feel lonely or abandoned! I also live very close to the Trophy Club dog park, and frequently take dogs down there to run around and make friends (if their owner is comfortable with that!).
