“I’m hesitant to write this review because I don’t want Wendy to get too booked up for my kitties (even though she absolutely deserves to be!). 😂 Long story short, Wendy saved my kitty’s life! She has been taking care of my boys for almost a year now, and I truly couldn’t ask for a better sitter. One of my boys is diabetic, and Wendy has been absolutely amazing at administering his insulin every 12 hours and going above and beyond to make sure he’s well cared for. Unfortunately, during our most recent trip, my baby boy went into diabetic ketoacidosis due to circumstances completely beyond Wendy’s control. Thanks to her initiative, attentiveness, and genuine care for my boys, she noticed that something was wrong and immediately took him to the ER. After several days of taking him to the vet, communicating with us, keeping us updated, and showing so much patience and care, he is finally back home and better than ever. I will never take Wendy for granted! SHE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY AND MORE! ❤️🐾 If you’re lucky enough to book her, you can rest assured that your fur babies are in the absolute best hands.”

About: This is my new profile from my previous inactive one! i’m 21 years old, I am local to the Lantana/Argyle area and have been for the past 8 years of my life with pet care experience reaching back 10 years. i was born in Missouri, the first place i was able to be blessed with a beautiful family husky named raven, coming before my second family dog named max (boxer). after him came the 3 little comedians in my pet profile. I love every dog and their personalities and being around a variety of them is more than a privilege for me! I currently do NOT live with my 3 dogs (kept at my parents house, as i bought another house in lantana with my brother) i will be working 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off at an oil rig in a few months, though my brother who lives with me (also a rover pet care worker) will be at the house 24/7. we both share the same policies and expectations for eachother when it comes to pet care and overnight sitting. my main rule with new dogs and animals in general is patience, empathy and logical solutions. i really don't like the whole getting mad at dogs thing so I tend to use this rule when training and/or sitting dogs as a way to prioritize both me & the pups comfort as well as to set a stable pattern of expected behavior both from me and the pup. I have a built in dog bath in my house as well as a large (ish) room dedicated to them having a place to walk around, eat, play and lay down when i'm not there, the room is also gated.

About: I found dog rescue over two years ago and it completely changed my life and opened my heart. I've been involved in rescue and have saved thirteen dogs over the past two years. I have a personal Shih tzu and a maltipoo that I adopted that are rescues! They are dog friendly and up to date on vaccines and requirements. About: Leaving your beloved pet with someone is never easy but you can rest assured they will be in great hands and very well taken care of with our family! We've taken care of all types of animals (young and old/big and small). Family and friends have relied on me for years to watch, feed, walk, bathe and cuddle their animals when they are away. We have two boys (age 13 and 9) that are amazing with all animals and will give your pet lots of love and attention during their stay. Our most recent dog was 14 years old and sick for quite some time which required extra senior pup care and attention. Currently we do not have a dog of our own but have turtles, a tree frog and a chameleon (all in enclosures). My number one priority is not only that your dog is safe and happy but also that you have a stress free time away knowing they feel at home in our home. Both my kids are in school full time so I'd be happy to help on weekdays for walking services, drop ins or doggy day care. Weekends will be available on a case by case basis unless obviously it's for boarding services. If dropping your pet at my home, I have a fenced yard and a wonderful walking trail in my neighborhood for outdoor exercise for your pet.

I will always leave your home as it was when I entered it, which indludes cleaning up after your pet(s) and myself. About: I have owned and cared for various sizes and breeds which include: Chihuahua, Terrier, Collie, Labrador and Lab mixes, Bully Breeds, and Great Pyrenees mixes with ages ranging from 6 weeks to senior.
