About: I have been pet sitting for the last 4 years as well as being a nanny for 4 children aged newborn to 5 years old. During my time pet sitting I have worked with single dogs as well as up to 4 dogs in a single household. I love playing with and entertaining the higher-energy extroverted pets and enjoy quiet cuddle-time with the more laid-back, philosophical ones. Your pets safety and overall well-being is an utmost priority and I will care for it as carefully as I do my own pet. In addition to pet sitting, I have learned a lot about interacting with all sorts of personalities in mobile pet grooming business. I have a flexible schedule that allows week-day overnights and multiple daytime check-ins with your pet. For overnight sittings, my flexible schedule allows me to check it in on your pets throughout the day, and no pet will be left unattended for more than 3 or 4 hours. I will communicate proactively and adhere to all the house rules and keep your pet's routine as consistent as possible to reduce your pet's anxiety at your absence. In addition to maintaining their regular routines, I can also brush, bathe, and blow-dry your pet while you are away! I am a considerate house-guest and will wash any dishes or towels/washcloths that I might use as well.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my well-rounded experience and genuine love for animals of all ages. I’ve cared for energetic puppies, mellow senior pets, and everything in between. I’m patient, observant, and always make sure each pet gets the attention and care they need—whether that’s playtime, a slow walk, or just some quiet company. I’ve also had experience with basic training, helping puppies learn good habits early on. I treat every pet like family and always aim to create a safe, loving environment where they feel comfortable and cared for. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. As a student-athlete at Montreat College, my schedule is busy but structured, which helps me stay organized and make time for what I love—caring for pets. Taking care of animals is actually a fun and relaxing getaway from the demands of school and sports. I already care for my own Maltipoo and cat, so it’s second nature to fit walks, playtime, and feedings into my day. It’s something I look forward to and take seriously, always making sure each pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I always aim to create a safe, comfortable, and loving environment. I follow the pet’s routine closely—sticking to their feeding schedule, walk times, play habits, and any special instructions you provide. In a client’s home, I respect the space and make sure everything is clean and secure. If pets stay with me, they’ll have a cozy spot to relax, plenty of attention, and time outside for walks and play. I focus on keeping things calm and consistent so your pet feels right at home, even when you’re away.

About: I've worked in two different animal shelters as an animal caretaker. I learned so much from both jobs to help me in my pet sitting journey. I'll love on your babies and walk, feed and play with them. And I don't mind to clean up their messes! I work at a part time job in the mornings, so I'm available late morning to evenings most days, and on Sundays, I'll be available after church. I'm very dependable and trustworthy. You can trust me to take care of your babies and to respect the wishes you have set forth for them. I'll be very respectful of your home while I am in it.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was five years old. I still distinctly remember the breeder of the first dog I ever owned - a chocolate lab named Ginger - looking me in the eye after seeing I was apprehensive about the dogs and telling me, "Son, some day this dog will be the best friend you ever had." Ginger and I went everywhere together. I've had dogs and cats virtually my whole life, and the animals love me. While I am employed full time, I work in a hybrid setting that includes roughly 3 remote days per week, so I can be pet sitting on site and developing as close a band as I can to alleviate the babies' separation anxiety. I aim to please - if you'd prefer for your fur baby to be crated at night, then I will make sure s/he does that. My only job, other than to make the babies' experience as smooth as possible, is to follow the directions laid out by the owners.

About: I have been an animal lover since I can remember! Always the first to volunteer to dog, cat, chicken, bunny, guinea pig, and fish sit :) I currently have a somewhat flexible schedule with the ability to have some play time with new furry friends during lunch & on the weekends! I treat and love any and every animal as if it were my own! I pay great attention to details and would always ensure that your furry friend be safe!

“Brody was amazing! My dogs are determined to attack everyone they meet with love and it can definitely be intimidating lol. Love my babies but they’re extra. Brody embraced their love and all their energy and they took to him right away! He was very communicative with me while we were out of town and he did a great job keeping up with my puppy’s medication schedule. She looked so much better when I got back. He was able to control my larger and super strong dog. Brody even went above and beyond and stayed a little longer with them. I felt at peace knowing he had them covered while we were away. Will def book him again!”

About: Former animal rescuer and vet tech available to sit for your pets. Now retired from FT career, I have all day to care for your pets. You can trust my experience and age to handle your pets responsibly and respectfully. I’ve recently retired from a 20 year career and have all day to care for your pets. I’d love to pour attention into the job, playing with a rambunctious puppy or taking extra time calming an anxious kitty. I worked as a veterinary technician through college, so I have experience administering medications, including by syringe. I have a fenced in backyard. My own cats would be segregated in a separate part of the house so as not to stress your pets or be stressed by them. Cats would not be allowed outside while boarding, as my own cats aren’t, due to too many potential dangers in nature.

About: As a pet parent of both 2 dogs and a cat myself, I understand the level of care and affection your pet(s) deserve. I also understand how hard it can be to leave them behind, and to also need the reassurance that they will not only be kept safe, but also enjoy their time. From growing up with dogs and cats to now having my own, I can assure you that I am capable of proving top quality care and FUN while you are away. I have had neighbors, various family members, and clients rely on me to provide top quality care to their pets while they have been away, from providing medication to exercising and bathing. I’d love to meet and talk through all your expectations + daily life with your pets, so I can best understand how to care for them while in my care. I am currently taking a break from my professional career to pursue something more personally fulfilling- this means I’m pretty available, 24/7 most days of the year. If looking to have your dog stay with me, my husband and I live on a 2acre piece of land with lots of running space for your dog(s). If off-leash play isn’t an option, we have a fenced in dog park near by that we also frequent. For daily walks, we go up and down our gravel mountain road. Lots of fun smells!! My dog is a fantastic playmate, non-aggressive and professionally trained (and neutered!!). If looking for me to do drop-in visits with your dog or cat, I’ll happily abide to their usual schedule at your home. I have experience with training large dogs, and would be happy to help enforce and commands used in your home while I’m with any of your pets. Please let me know ahead of any special requirements for care or any verbal commands used in the home.

About: My name is Chelsea and I am a huge dog lover! I have a spoiled dog of my own who brings so much joy to my life! However, there is always room for more! I love all dogs of all sizes and breeds. I will run with your dog, take them on hikes, or long trails if they tend to have more energy. I will also snuggle and teach new tricks to those how tend to have less energy. I can send picture updates throughout my time with your dog. If there are certain manners or tricks you would like me to work on, I can definitely do that as well! I feel that dogs are such a gift and we are lucky to get to spend time with them!

About: Hello, I have taken care of animals since I was a small child. I was raised on a pony farm where we frequently fostered other animals including dogs, cats, donkeys and goats. Now as an adult I have a little homestead where I have 1 rescue dog, one retired therapy dog, many chickens, ducks, and 4 rehomed goats as well as a senior cockatoo. It's a wonderful environment with fenced areas for all of the animals, but the dogs get the run of the house and fenced yard. I am a stay at home mom with part time work as a graphic designer. In addition, I make sourdough bread and preserves for weekend farmer markets. I am usually never gone from the house for more than four hours at a time. For exercise I take one or two of the dogs for walks up and down my country road. It's a dead end street so there is not a lot of cars going by. I have a fenced backyard and sideyard with several areas that are off limits to the dogs, this helps keep the other animals safe, but also cuts down on any temptation for the dogs to get too curious with the other animals. My two dogs are playful and usually would keep the other dog engaged and entertained. Since I am home all day, the animals and I seem to travel in one pack no matter where it is.

About: I grew up on a farm with dogs, cats, goats, chickens, ducks, mini horses, and loads of other animals so I am experienced in animal care! I currently have dogs and cats! I want to help other animal owners because I know how helpful pet sitting is for me! I am currently unemployed looking for animal care jobs throughout the week and weekend. I am very flexible. I’m working on getting my associates degree and I have classes Tuesday/Thursday. I know how much my pets mean to me and I want to maintain a safe and friendly environment for all the pets I will be caring for. I am a very clear communicator and I work best knowing what each individual pet needs!

About: I have had animals in my life since I was born. Currently have a horse, a pony, two goats, three cats, and two dogs living on my property/in my house. I love them all dearly. They are quite literally my children, so I understand the importance of high quality care for your pets. I work full-time from home and usually have lots of free time as my job isn’t incredibly demanding. I usually leave for a few hours in the evening after work to go ride my horse, but other than that I am quite open. I live on 4 1/2 acres. I have a very small fenced in backyard, but I usually walk my dogs 2-3x a day instead of just putting them out there. I do not live on a busy road.

“When my precious 3 year old doodle, Charlie, unexpectedly entered my life I knew right away he was special💝. And that’s exactly how I wanted him treated! One day while we were sitting outside a shop in my small town, Beth walked right up to Charlie, introduced herself by bending down to pet him in all his favorite spots & talking to him in a kind, gentle yet firm voice like they’d know each other forever. That was it for me…I asked her right then & there if she dog sat & that same week she became like one of our family! She is sensitive to your dog’s needs & wants as well those of their humans! On time, responsible, trustworthy, extremely honest & respectful and Charlie loved her visits! Me too!”

Michelle v.
“I believe Michelle would be a great pet caregiver because for as long as I have known her she has always had cats and dogs of her own. She worked for many years with various rescue agencies and even adopted a dog that she helped rescue from Hurricane Katrina and that dog lived a long and happy live with Michelle. Michelle has also watched over my dog for me when I have gone on vacation and she took excellent care of her. I don't think my dog even missed me. I would not hesitate to recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a caring and loving pet caregiver.”

Chelsea has a sweet and patient nature, as she spent 6 years as a special education teacher.
