“Jody is a wonderful cat sitter. She fed, played & cuddled with Cheeto daily for close to a month, sending frequent pictures. It was obvious to us that Cheeto was quite comfortable with her as well as enjoying visits from her 8 yo son. Jody communicated when a battery in our water shutoff system needed to be recharged. And moved a few unexpected packages into the house. We would highly recommend her services as she is extremely personable & trustworthy.”

About: I have been dog sitting since I was 12. I have dog sat all types and ages of dogs. I have also owned dogs my whole life. Your dog will come back tired and happy for an adventurous day exploring. I am currently not working and have a very flexible schedule to take your dog out for a walk or to the Bainbridge dog park (if you prefer) at any hour of the day. Your pet’s safety and well-being are always my top priorities. I take the responsibility of caring for someone’s beloved dog very seriously. I follow all instructions carefully, whether it’s leash protocols, feeding, medications, or preferred walking routes. I believe in clear communication, so you’ll always receive updates and photos during our time together. I also take time to get to know each dog’s temperament, energy level, and comfort zone to make sure they feel safe and happy while in my care. I care for others dogs the way I want my dog to be cared for.

“Elana was fantastic with our two cats! She did house visits for about a week and took great care of them. She is very communicative and responsive and we will definitely ask her to watch our kitties again!”

“Jacob was wonderful, and took care of my cat, even during the last snow storm and terrible road conditions. My dog can be a bit wary of new people, but Jeremy was incredibly patient and took the time to build trus which I really appreciate. It’s clear he genuinely cares about animals, and I feel confident knowing my pup is in good hands with him. Highly recommend!”

“Mel and Kelly are the best cat sitters ever! We book them every time we need to be out of town, well in advance, and our cats are always happy when we get home. Bonus: they’re amazing cat photographers! We so enjoy the cat glamour shots they send us!”

About: I am a current graduate student who lives with my 1.5 year old dog Friday, a (mostly outdoor) cat Percy, and my boyfriend Matt. Matt and I love dogs and are looking to have more of them around while finishing graduate school, before we get a permanent friend for Friday. Friday has never met a dog she doesn't love, and wants a friend to visit the dog park with her! This family loves dogs and pets, and I've cared for multiple dogs in my life. We value getting a lot of exercise and spending quality time together with our pets, by going on lots of walks, car rides, visiting the dog park on an almost daily basis, and visiting our family members who also own dogs for romps in the backyard. Most of my dog care experience comes from watching other family member's pets, and house sitting for a dog sitter, where I would often watch up to nine dogs at a time! I have weekends off and enjoy spending time at home with my pets. During the week, I work from 8am-2:30pm. I work 5 minutes away from home and would be able to check on any pet at least once a day. I feed pets as needed, provide daily walks and preferred exercise either on a leash out and about, at a dog park, or in my fully fenced backyard. I am happy to provide interactive treats that meet a dog's dietary needs and provide enrichment such as:

“Natalie was prompt, reliable, and took great care of my two cats while I was away! She cleaned up a mess for me when one of them got sick overnight, and was overall a great communicator.”
