About: I have 2+ experience as a vet assistant in general practice and ER. I have a lifetime of animal care experience with a wide variety of animals including cats and exotics. I know how important it is to have someone to watch your pets that will treat your babies like they are their own and put your mind at ease when you're away. I currently work 4 days a week (Mon-Wed and Sat.) but can work with you and be as flexible as possible with potty breaks for our dog friends. I am typically completely available on my days off I will treat your house and pets as my own and leave it the way I left it or more clean! About: I have lived with and taken care of dogs and cats since I was a small child. I am a teacher, tutor, and love working with kids and see pets as kids. About: I've had pet my who life. I've also worked professionally as a veterinary assistant and care specialist at two no kill animals shelters. I also spent almost 5 years as a Combat Medic who rose to Non Commissioned Officer within 3 years and was a leader within my unit as our Field Sanitation Specialist, Unit Armeror who cared for and maintained over 2 million dollars in weapons and high value equipment/gear and as a Squad Leader who mentored and guided 7-9 junior enlisted soldiers My goal is to do this as close to full time as possible so my availability it completely open I'm able to start within a days notice The animals in my care get not only so wine who simply adores them but also someone who has years of medical training and the ability to handle any situation that may arise.

About: I’ve fostered dogs with the company Animal pad in San Diego, I adopted one of those dogs and I volunteer for the Kitsap humane society. I’m recently out of the Navy and about to start school. Looking for short term income where I can have a flexible schedule on the new journey in my life. “In this crazy time of intense travel and a shortage of pet sitters in the heart of the city, we are so thankful that Mary-Elizabeth has been available to watch our cats during our sporadic away times. She coaxes our shy cat out with the bonito flakes and sends us pics of them on her visits. She feeds them exactly as we ask and does extra picking up after them as needed (one of our cats is elderly and sometimes needs a little extra looking after). I leave this positive review because she deserves it, but deep down I hope she always has a little availability for our future sporadic trips. I spend a good amount of time volunteering at animal shelters providing enrichment to cats and dogs.
