About: I've taken care of animals all throughout my life and have worked with and in shelters for the past 4 years. I have plenty of experience with a variety of breeds, from Chihuahua to Mastiff. With a variety of experience in average, senior, and medicinal care, I'm happy to accommodate for you and your pet's needs, I look forward to caring for your fur babies! About: I have been dog walking for friends and families for about 10 years now with a variety of dogs! My experience with different breeds of dogs has shown me that all dogs have different needs to be met. My own dogs has taught me to always be aware of everything and to always be there for them. Mel and Kelly were very thoughtful and caring cat sitters. We met Mel in person before we left so that we could introduce her to Arwen (Kelly was out of town). They came regularly each day, followed all the care instructions that we left, provided fun pictures and videos, took in our mail, and left the house clean and tidy! We appreciated the extra mile that Mel and Kelly went to make sure Arwen felt cared for. Specifically, Arwen tends to hide from strangers, so the first time Kelly came to care for Arwen (with Mel), she hid the whole time. Mel made another attempt later in the day to check in on Arwen. With patience and being sensitive to her scaredy-cat ways, Arwen warmed up to both of them, which made us feel much better leaving her in their care during this trip. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future!

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
