About: I have had many dogs since I was a kid. As an adult, I have had 5 dogs over the years. They have always been adopted from a shelter or rescue group, plus one dog from an elderly friend. I have adopted 2 puppies and the others were several years old when they were adopted. I love their companionship. I walk our current dog as many days/week as possible. She is my travel buddy! I have crate-trained the puppies and provided as much love and care as possible for our senior dogs, including providing medication. My animals are my children and are very spoiled! I'm currently unemployed so available pretty much any time to care for animals. Once I find a full-time job, my schedule may change a bit but if my job is remote then I would have a lot of flexibility to care for the animals. I have a fairly large fenced yard for running and playing. Trees for observing the squirrels! There are 2 outside cats that do not really mind other dogs. My dog has done very well with other dogs as long as they are not aggressive or too big. I also live in a nice neighborhood where dogs can be walked, including a nice, wooded area with a great trail for walking. I also live close to Eagle Creek park where dogs could be walked.

Nathan was wonderful. Shadow immediately connected with him, and it was clear to me that Nathan possesses both extensive knowledge and a genuine love for dogs. On his first day, Shadow was incredibly excited to see Nathan. His communication with me throughout was exceptional. I particularly appreciated his coordinated visits with a friend's dogs, and how he managed a challenge Shadow has, due to a previous attacked by another dog. Knowing Shadow was in such capable and caring hands allowed me to enjoy my trip. Shadow and I look forward to our next visit with Nathan.
Nicole was great, updates and pictures every day and I could tell my cat was having a nice vacation without me 😆. She took care of his daily meds and even did his flea medicine which was scheduled in the middle of my trip. Very conscientious and professional pet sitter, highly recommend
