She took the time to get to know him and let him decide when to seek her out (probably more important for a cat, and he's especially independent with new sitters). She even let him in & out, as we usually do, with no issues once they got to know each other. He was his normal happy self when we got home so he gives Ellen two dew claws up too! Ellen also did a great job feeding the menagerie of wildlife that traipses through our backyard. The birds were fed and feeders topped-off regularly, the feral kitties got wet food (and posed for pics too), and even the squirrels got their peanuts (I know, it's how we keep them off the bird feeders). Megan was absolutely fantastic! I went on a long vacation with my family and I always hate to leave my dogs. They're both getting older and don't like going to other homes or to boarding for overnights. Megan came to our house and made sure both of my babies were happy and healthy for the duration.
