I was a bit nervous because our dog, Ava, can be skittish and barky with new people, but Leah handled the meet-and-greet perfectly and asked great questions. Despite Ava not making the best first impression, Leah wasn't hesitant at all and accepted the booking. Within just three hours of the stay starting, Leah and Ava were already friends! Leah is a great communicator, met all our dogs' needs, and was incredibly respectful of our home. We felt completely at ease during our trip.
