“Tilly's previous owner has taken her to Karen for years. So when Tilly came to live with me, I also took her to Karen. Tilly loves staying with Karen. And as Tilly's mom, I love that Karen sends me periodic updates and photos of her time there when I'm away. Everyone I've talked with loves taking their dog to Karen. I agree and will certainly take Tilly there again.”

“Crystal was awesome! Our dog got along great with her dogs, and I trusted that Crystal was taking great care of Stella. She sent multiple photos and a video during Stella's stay and had great communication overall. We will definitely book her for all our future dog care needs.”

“Rachel and Seth were great with our two dogs over the weekend. They were happy when we picked them up! They have a perfect location with a great yard for playing and neighborhood for walks. Will for sure use them again!”

“Cindy loved and well cared our dog Coco. She is truly a dog lover and passionate person. Coco is used to a quiet home and personal attention, and she got it all from Cindy. We are very grateful for Cindy's service and her update/pictures. We already booked Coco's next stay with her!”

“Fiona is AMAZING! This is the second time she watched my dog, and I am so grateful. Her communication is impeccable. She sends updates and photos regularly. My dog is 100% comfortable and relaxed at Fiona’s house. She loves Fiona and runs up to her door excitedly. It feels so good to know my dog is happy and being well taken care of when she’s with Fiona. Her house is SO animal friendly. She lets my dog cuddle on the couch. Plus she has dog beds and rugs that my dog lounges on while she’s there. She also has a big, fenced in back yard. Fiona takes my dog for walks, which is amazing. I really just can’t say enough good things about Fiona. She’s a gem. Thank you, Fiona!!”

“Jacklyn was amazing! She was very communicative and sent lots of pictures. She has a beautiful, fully fenced backyard where our pup was able to play. Thank you!!”

“Dayna was great with Panny and although it was not a great fit for our dog in particular ( she can be a little old and grumpy) I would highly recommend her skills and sweet personality!”

“Aricel did a wonderful job caring for my very aged dog. She was caring, kind, understanding, thoughtful, patient and she adapted to meet the needs of a dog with limited sight, limited hearing, limited mobility. Aricel also provided the right amount of communication and updates for me. Thank you so much for giving me peace of mind during my travels!!”

“I couldn't have asked for better care for my sweet baby Myla! Kevin & Diana went above and beyond to make sure she felt at home, showering her with love and attention. They kept me updated with adorable photos and videos, which put my mind at ease while I was away. Myla came home happy, healthy, and clearly well-cared for. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism—I highly recommend your services to anyone looking for trustworthy and wonderful dog sitters!”

“I was happy to find Chris when I needed to leave my dachshund with someone other than family for the first time while on a longer trip! Communication was good, I received a daily picture, and Chris was proactive about dealing with fireworks over the 4th of July. My little buddy seemed to have a good time there, and Chris managed his daily and monthly meds. I'm glad to have found someone so close to where I live also!!”

“Ash and her Husband, Mike, and their two beautiful children were a great match for our dog for the week we had to find boarding. They communicated very well. They were very sweet and truly loved our dog. It is always reassuring when the hosts love our dog just as much as we do! If I could give 10 stars I would. We are very grateful for them and will surely use their services again.”

“Very reliable. With short notice Reasia was able to make accommodations to sit for me! Maybe in the future she can send updates and pictures but I know my London was in good hands. Reasia is a very kind sweet person and my London took to her very well! I would definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks!”

“Valerie was great. She sent pics and text me about how my dogs were doing. I was short on time when dropping them off and she basically did everything with introducing them to her dog. I am always nervous to leave my dogs with a new person but I would definitely use Valerie again.”

We came home to a happy, relaxed pup, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would happily book Natasha again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and dependable pet sitter. Thank you, Natasha, for taking such amazing care of Beans! 🐾💕”

“Thank you so much for letting my pup stay with you and Toby. For those reading this, Rosie's communication is superb as she responded to our messages within a minute or two and sent lots of pictures. “Raelyn did a wonderful job watching our cat, Soleil! The day before we left for vacation, we had to take him to the vet because he seemed to be having some kidney issues. This made me extra nervous to leave him, but I was put at ease with all the pictures and updates Raelyn provided. Raelyn’s communication and love for animals (especially cats) is top notch and we will definitely be booking her again.”

“Nicole was great, updates and pictures every day and I could tell my cat was having a nice vacation without me 😆. She took care of his daily meds and even did his flea medicine which was scheduled in the middle of my trip. Very conscientious and professional pet sitter, highly recommend”

“Eileen was great! She helped me feel calmer about leaving my Daisy for as long as I did. I knew that Eileen would take good care of her, manage an interesting key situation, and be on top of power outage potential and extreme heats. Thanks Eileen!”

“I couldn’t be happier with the care Debbie provided for my Peter! From the very first meet-and-greet, it was clear she cared about animals. Debbie kept me updated with adorable photos and little notes about my dog’s day, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Debbie is also very communicative and responsive to all my questions. I highly recommend Debbie to anyone.”

“Brittany cared for my four cats while I was out of town for work, even last minute some days, and was SO accommodating! She not only took care of my boys, she also checked on my house while I was gone too. They fell in love with her and would leave her toys at the door everytime she came over ❤️ I would recommend Brittany for anyone needing their fur babies taken care of! She learned all their personalities, shared stories and pictures with me, and made me feel comfortable being away. 10/10!!”

“Kia was great and we definitely plan to use her again for our upcoming trips. Kia stopped by prior to our trip for a meet and greet and to get instructions on feeding and medication, which made me feel more comfortable. She provided excellent care for our two cats during our 10 day vacation, and I loved the comments and pictures she provided as updates each time she visited. I highly recommend booking Kia if you're looking for a reliable, caring pet sitter.”

We also recently built a mini dog park in our back yard for dogs who prefer to be off leash, but also need to be supervised while outside.

Ideal arrangement for us to have her watch them while we visited with a friend and her husband when passing through Indianapolis on our way to Wisconsin from our home outside Nashville, TN. Thank you Sharon! I highly recommend others use Sharon if wanting a loving home your pets can stay at when not able to accompany you. I have one dog around 60 lbs and other around 20 lbs. both rotten so loving care is what I want when needing an alternate care arrangement. Sharon met our needs! Now back on the highway.”

About: I've moved! If you've booked with me before, please double check my new address! I've had a lifelong fascination with animals and zoology that led me to learning as much as I could about animals. I've been particularly fond of canines, leading me to become a certified dog behaviorist in 2020. I've had 2 dogs of my own, both mid sized mixed breeds, and helped take care of family and friends pets, dogs as small as chihuahuas and large as rotties. I'm self employed and work from home. I'm very flexible and can adjust to specific feeding or medicine times, and can keep near constant supervision if need be. I feel strongly about pets being treated with kindness and patience. I enjoy cuddling and playing games with them. I'll be happy to adjust to the pets individual needs and owner requests.
About: I have cared for and lived with several dogs throughout my life. We have a female black lab named Vanta. There is someone home at nearly all times of the day, so your dogs will have free roam of the house and can go in and out of the fenced in back yard as they please! We also have an 8 year old son that loves to help! I am a preschool teacher, so I am able to do afternoon and evening visits during the week and anytime on the weekend and during school breaks. I work normal school hours, but there is another adult home at almost all times of the day. We have a fenced in yard and a doggy door into the backyard. We have a black lab and a 8 year old son, so there is plenty of opportunities for your dog to have play time and burn some energy if needed or get snuggles if they prefer that!

“Due to a recent change in employment it meant our dog was going to be left alone a few days a week. He has some separation anxiety and we’ve only had him 5 months so we were delighted to have found Haley to come and walk Boscoe and spend some time with him. Haley came prepared with questions for our meet and greet and was accommodating to our request to start a week earlier than we had originally requested. If it’s raining and he’s not feeling a walk she does enrichment activities with him. I love the recaps of their time together and the pictures she sends. Haley is very quick to respond to requests. We have a ongoing booking with Haley for weekly walks!”

“Jenny is very good with my Rottweiler Devi! She did a meet and greet beforehand and Devi was fond of her immediately. She is prompt and keeps the communication line very open and I hope to keep this relationship going for awhile for Devi!”

“We booked Brittany for a single walk, and she was wonderful! She was on time, friendly, and clearly comfortable with dogs. My pup came back happy and well-exercised. Communication was easy, and I felt at ease knowing my dog was in good hands. Even though we only used her once, I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. Highly recommend giving her a try!”

About: Ever since I was a little girl I’ve always prefer preferred animals over humans! I’ve had cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters, and I’ve never met a species of pet I don’t like! I’ve cleaned litterboxes, taken care of sick cats and dogs, walked and bathed dogs, and am constantly doing research to know more about our four legged family members! I currently work for myself and make my own hours, so I’m very flexible during the week! I have four cats of my own and one beloved nephew-puppy I often help care for. I’ve taken care of pets my whole life! I can provide a clean and safe environment for animals such as puppy proofing, litterbox cleaning, dish cleaning, and accident clean ups while also providing other services to keep your four legged friends happy and healthy such as walks, play time, and whatever you feel your pet may need.
“Allison obviously did an excellent job with walking the boys as I found no minor destruction when I got home hours later; she must’ve worn them out!! Thank you….”

About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life, especially cats, and have extensive experience independently caring for multiple pets at once. I understand animal behavior well, respect their boundaries, and prioritize both their physical health and emotional well-being. I’ve trained puppies, cared for friends’ and family pets, and even rescued injured animals and brought them to rehabilitation centers. I treat every pet like family and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for! Every day I make sure my cats have food and fresh water, and I refill their water multiple times throughout the day. I clean their litter box daily to keep their environment clean and comfortable. I make sure to spend time playing with them every day as well as brush them weekly/as needed. In addition, I make sure my home is kept at a comfortable temperature by using air conditioning or heat as needed with access to warm/cool spots in the house for them to go if they wish. Their health, comfort, and happiness are very important to me. I make sure pets always have fresh food and water, a clean living space, and plenty of attention. I strictly follow any instructions provided by the owner, monitor pets for signs of illness or stress, keep the environment safe and secure, and ensure they are comfortable at all times.
“Ali and Gregory are adored by my dogs . They were super delightful to work with and my dogs miss them!! Together they walked our three dogs each day. A great team!!!”

“Lori was awesome! She responded quickly, made herself available to give my dog to walks on very short notice, and even though I told her she didn't need to stay the full 30 minutes, she took my dog on a nice long walk and let him choose their destination. He took her to his favorite spot where he gets treats outside of the smoothie store in Midtown caramel, and I think he was very happy that she came to visit him.”

About: I grew up with our family dog Charlie (a Beagle/Spaniel/Terrier mix). My family adopted him when he was 3 years old (I was around 8 years old), and we grew up alongside each other until he passed away at the age of 12. In 2019, I dogsat my cousin's 2 dogs (both were hound mixes) while she was out of town for a weekend. In 2020, I adopted a 2 year old Beagle named Daisy Mae, who was my beloved fur baby and the center of my universe. It was such a blessing to be her mom. The two of us lived very happily together from September 2020 until she passed away in April 2025 due to the rapid progression of a medical condition she was born with. I'm still grieving her passing, and I’m not personally ready to adopt yet, but I love dogs, and it was hard not having many fur babies around me before I joined Rover in May 2026 (except for some friends with dogs). I’m walking and staying with dogs so I can enjoy more time around furry friends. Since I began taking care of dogs on Rover, I have stayed with anywhere from 1-3 dog siblings together at one time, and have no problem handling multiple dogs. Unfortunately, I found out recently that I’m allergic to cats, so I’m only able to stay with dogs. I currently have a part-time job, and I work 4 hour shifts. So that gives me a lot of flexibility to schedule dog walks or pet play time. Below is a general idea of my availability for walks and play time each week, and I’m also available for overnight pet/house sitting when needed. Mondays: 7am-3pm. Tuesdays: 2:30pm-8pm. Wednesdays: 2:30pm-8pm. Thursdays: 1:30pm-8pm. Fridays: 7am-8pm. Saturdays: 7am-11am & 6pm-8pm. Sundays: 7am-8pm. I’m reliable, hard-working, and kind. I take pride in my level of care for humans and pets alike, and I pay close attention to make sure everything and everyone is okay. I intentionally over-communicate and ask clients follow-up questions for clarification if there’s ever any confusion. I also give updates and send photos proactively to clients for their peace of mind. I will care for your pets in your home by taking them on walks, feeding them meals and treats, keeping them hydrated with plenty of water, playing with any toys they like, cuddling, and staying with them overnight if requested. I just want to make sure they are healthy and happy, and give them the love, care, and attention they need.

About: I have 8 years of experience caring for dogs and cats for friends and family, along with raising my own pets — my 8-year-old cat, Juliet, who I've had since she was a kitten, and my 9-month-old puppy, Suki. Caring for animals has been a huge part of my life, and your pet's well-being and comfort are just as important to me as my own furry children. I'm familiar with the unique personalities, needs, and routines of all types of pets, and I adapt my care styles accordingly. From shy and independent cats who require boundaries and space, to high-energy and anxious dogs who need stimulation and structure, I prioritize patience, routine, and positive reinforcement to make each pet feel safest and happiest with the care they're used to. I know it can feel a little nerve-wracking to leave your family with someone new. You'll always receive daily updates and photos, so you can feel connected and reassured. I’m happy to meet you and your pets beforehand to ensure everyone feels comfortable and to learn their specific preferences, routines, and quirks. You can have peace of mind knowing your pet is safe, cared for, and genuinely understood. As someone who works from home, I'm able to build my day around your pet's routine. Whether it's a last-minute drop-in or longer stays, I’m very flexible. I care for each pet in the comfort of their own home, where they feel safest. I focus on keeping their already established routine consistent, their environment calm, and their space respected. I respect each home as if it were my own, follow all care instructions closely, and make sure pets feel secure in their usual surroundings.
About: I've built my experience working in dog daycare, boarding, and nonprofit animal shelters, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. From supervising playgroups and providing enrichment to professional dog walking and closely monitoring behavior, I've learned how to keep dogs safe, active, and happy. As a lifelong dog lover and owner of two dogs myself, I understand that every dog is unique, and I'll treat your pup with the same patience, care, and attention I'd give my own. I'm currently working part-time with Rover, leaving me a flexible schedule during the week for your pups! I am available Monday through Friday, late mornings/afternoons. I treat every dog as if they were my own. I'm very aware of my surroundings when walking my own dogs as well as in a professional setting.
“Zoe is very attentive to our dogs and always watches for changes in their behavior to make sure they are feeling their best. Great communication and goes above and beyond watching our house recently when storms came through the area. We couldn’t be happier with her level of service, thank you!”

“Abigail was great! Communication was excellent, always on time, and she provided daily updates on our dog with pics, making us feel at ease throughout our trip. Bottom line, we were confident that a reliable and caring person was entering our home each visit.”

Please note that pets with separation anxiety and/or special needs will be subject to a 40% rate upcharge due to the increased care required. Thank you for your kind and thoughtful consideration. Please do not hesitate to message me with any questions or requests. I hope to hear from you soon. -Alicia I work from home so I will be able to take your dog out multiple times throughout the day for plenty of walks and potty breaks. There is a park and large field near my home so there are plenty of places for me to exercise and play with your dog.
About: I’ve been around dogs and cats since I was a kid, and caring for animals has always been second nature to me. Over the years, I’ve pet sat for a variety of breeds, temperaments, and routines — from energetic pups who love long walks to shy kitties who need a calm presence. Whether it’s playtime, feeding, cuddles, or medication schedules, I’ve got it covered. I know how important it is to feel confident leaving your pets with someone who truly cares. My goal is always to make your pets feel safe, loved, and at home — and to give you peace of mind while you’re away. Let me know your pet’s unique needs and personality — I can’t wait to meet them! I work full time as a Respiratory Therapist, I have two dogs of my own, and love having the opportunity to love on others pets when they need it the most! I have dog sat for multiple of my neighbors on multiple occasions, as well as my family members! I am looking for more ways to get myself out side and try something new! I treat every pet as if they are my own! Pets are just as much a part of the family as any human and deserve all the love and affection they can get!

“Rachel and Seth were great with our two dogs over the weekend. They were happy when we picked them up! They have a perfect location with a great yard for playing and neighborhood for walks. Will for sure use them again!”

“Amy & Calab and the family are the best dog sitters. You can 100% trust them. They sent us al ot of pictures, and I could see on my dog's face and in their behavior that they were truly happy.”

“Dayna was great with Panny and although it was not a great fit for our dog in particular ( she can be a little old and grumpy) I would highly recommend her skills and sweet personality!”

“I couldn't have asked for better care for my sweet baby Myla! Kevin & Diana went above and beyond to make sure she felt at home, showering her with love and attention. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism—I highly recommend your services to anyone looking for trustworthy and wonderful dog sitters!”

“Our little dog needed a good place to stay for some days while his Primary Person was convalescing from surgery. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for him ... for a caring and responsible dog sitter, kind and attentive family there, and a few other doggies for playing, fun, companionship. There is no doubt that we will ask Rachel to be a dog sitter in the future.”

“Sharon was an amazing pet sitter for our 🐶 . She treated her as if she were her own dog, always making sure she was happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. She kept us updated with photos and videos all the time, which we truly appreciated. You can really see the love and dedication she puts into her work. We highly recommend her!”

Her animals are so sweet and so is Julie! We will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future! Thank you to you and your family for taking such incredible care of our girl!!”

“We recently had Emily watch our two dogs while we were out of town, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, she made us feel completely at ease. She welcomed our pups into her home like family and took such wonderful care of them the entire time we were away. Knowing our dogs were safe, loved, and in a clean, comfortable home made it so much easier to enjoy our trip. We’re so thankful to have found such a kind, reliable, and experienced sitter, and we’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future!”

“Gabriella was amazing with Skylar. From the minute we met at the meet and greet to her 4 night stay with her. Lots of pictures and updates. Skylar was living her best life! Will definitely be using her again! Thank you!!!”

About: I have had pets my whole life, and grew up in a lively family with dogs and cats. I love to watch my friend’s and family member’s pets when need be and I love to give their animals some extra love! My family pets are all back home in Florida while I am here for school, so I would love to give some extra love and attention to your pets. I am a full time student so I spend my weekends studying, which allows me to spend my time with the pets that I’m pet sitting and have a great companion as a study buddy:) I am currently a full time student, I have classes 8-5 Tuesday-Thursday, but I live next to my campus so I am able to pop home multiple times during those days. However, Friday-Monday I am available to be home for the day as I spend my time studying at home for the most part anyway. I have a car and am willing to go to the pet or board the pet at my apartment! I live in a studio apartment by my self, your pets would be well loved and taken care of here. I take many walks outside as it is, so I would be extra attentive to getting your dog the walks and exercise they need. I am also willing to go to the clients home and work with what works best for the client and the pets!
