About: Whether it’s playtime with toys, brushing, or just keeping them company while they nap, I genuinely love spending time with cats. I understand how unique each cat’s personality is — some want all the attention, and some prefer quiet companionship — and I’m happy to adjust to what makes them feel most comfortable and safe.
“Brelynn is amazing! She was so kind and gentle with my senior dog, who needs medicine hidden in wet food and also needs assistance getting up and down the stairs to my deck. Even in frigid January temperatures, Brelynn gave my dog the outdoor time she needed and then cuddled with her indoors for the rest of the visit. She gave my dog more time and attention than I can provide over a rushed lunch hour, and I’m so grateful for the loving care she gave my doggy!”

“Brittany cared for my four cats while I was out of town for work, even last minute some days, and was SO accommodating! She not only took care of my boys, she also checked on my house while I was gone too. They fell in love with her and would leave her toys at the door everytime she came over ❤️ I would recommend Brittany for anyone needing their fur babies taken care of! She learned all their personalities, shared stories and pictures with me, and made me feel comfortable being away. 10/10!!”

“I just had Will stay with my dog for the first time and he did great! Mabel is pretty high energy and she was very happy and relaxed when I got home. I will definitely use Will again :)”

About: I’ve Took care and trained dogs and cats of all sorts since I was 11. I fed , bathed and walked them. Everybody relied on me to take care of their pets while they was at work or just away. I am currently open to anytime after 9 and I’m open all week Monday through Sunday I have more than enough time to play and care for your furry baby. I don’t have a fenced yard but I do spend a lot of time outside and love walking I have leashes if your dog needs to be on one and I also have a crate in case your dog needs to be in one also

About: I’ve taken care of dogs/cats with and without supervision since I was probably 12-15. I also volunteered at an animal shelter for around 3 years, and have 4 furry friends at home! I am starting a full time job on Aug 31st so until then I am completely open to care for your pets! I am living away from home and would love to get my animal fix in whenever I can! I treat pets with love, care, and respect. Animals deserve so much love, and I like to show that to them. At home, I play with my dogs and cats, feed them, take them on walks, etc!
“Sharon was fantastic! Appears my dogs never even missed us! Ideal arrangement for us to have her watch them while we visited with a friend and her husband when passing through Indianapolis on our way to Wisconsin from our home outside Nashville, TN. Thank you Sharon! I highly recommend others use Sharon if wanting a loving home your pets can stay at when not able to accompany you. I have one dog around 60 lbs and other around 20 lbs. both rotten so loving care is what I want when needing an alternate care arrangement. Sharon met our needs! Now back on the highway.”

About: I’ve grown up taking care of turtles, fish, cats, and dogs of all sizes and needs. I’m a huge animal lover that wanted to be a vet growing up and spent a lot of time researching the mannerisms and behaviors of animal communication. Before my dog passed a few years ago I was also her sole caregiver and gave her medication on a strict schedule. I’ve also been a horsemanship instructor at a military summer camp although I’ve mostly dog-sat for friends and family for years while they were away traveling. There’s no animal regardless of size or energy that I won’t walk or take care of! Due to being a recent college grad, I’ve been working odd jobs for family and friends to pay off student loans before committing to something more stable and long-term! I generally have a very flexible schedule and am open any time during the week or weekends! For dogsitting in a client’s home, I’ll always do my best to leave it better than I found it and will water plants whenever necessary! I always launder my sheets, put the dishes away, take the trash out, and make it seem like I was never there! In my own home, I don’t have a fenced in yard, but I’m two blocks away from the Moñón trail which is perfect for long morning or evening walks! I have no pets of my own currently, but I hope to in the future!
About: I provide structured, attentive pet care backed by professional dog training experience. I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments — from young puppies learning routines to high-energy and large breeds that require confident handling. As the owner of SecureK9s, I’ve helped raise and care for over 100+ German Shepherds across the Midwest and have guided 50+ dogs through structured board and train programs. Because of this background, safety, supervision, and clear communication are always my top priorities. Dogs staying with me receive more than basic sitting — they get consistency, routine, exercise, and calm leadership in a home environment. I focus on making pets feel secure, comfortable, and cared for while keeping owners updated and confident their dog is in experienced hands. I work from home and spend my days actively caring for and working with dogs, which allows me to provide consistent supervision and attention throughout the day. Dogs in my care are never left alone for long periods and are included in a structured daily routine that includes potty breaks, exercise, enrichment, and relaxation time. Because dog care and training are already part of my everyday schedule, I’m able to easily integrate boarding, drop-ins, or daycare into my routine while maintaining a calm and safe environment. Your pet will receive regular interaction, monitoring, and care as part of my daily lifestyle. Dogs stay in a secure home with supervision, structured care, and regular walks or exercise at a nearby park just steps away. I’m Very flexible!

About: I’ve been the one in my family in charge of the pet care since I was a little kid and I usually walk for about three hours a day regardless of weather or not it’s with a pet I work in investments so this is just something that I need to do for my health and what could be better than pet sitting! I live next to a playground and have a great yard in an academic area with children and sidewalks no roommates or pets, and a very open schedule
About: I worked in marine mammal care and training at The Indianapolis Zoo for 10 years, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in behavioral neuroscience from Purdue University. My partner and I both work from home and we have two dogs of our own, so pet care fits naturally into our daily routine. I have 2 friendly, crate trained dogs who get walks 2-3 times/day. We also recently built a mini dog park in our back yard for dogs who prefer to be off leash, but also need to be supervised while outside.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 11 years old. My uncle use to be the neighborhood pet sitter, I’ve came across multiple different kinds of animals. I enjoy creating bonds with animals. It brings me joy! I’m currently working part time, so I’ll have time to care for and play with your pets! I’m available for boarding on weekdays and weekends at 12pm eastern time. I live in a neighborhood near a park to walk your pets and allow them to explore nature. Also, have a nice sized basement for shelter. They are welcome to roar around the house as well. We can discuss care plan for animals!
“Maureen was super flexible and eager to get to know our dog. My pup was good and tired from exploring her cute home & gorgeous backyard while running around with her dog Jordan. I will be back.”

“Due to a recent change in employment it meant our dog was going to be left alone a few days a week. He has some separation anxiety and we’ve only had him 5 months so we were delighted to have found Haley to come and walk Boscoe and spend some time with him. Haley came prepared with questions for our meet and greet and was accommodating to our request to start a week earlier than we had originally requested. If it’s raining and he’s not feeling a walk she does enrichment activities with him. I love the recaps of their time together and the pictures she sends. Haley is very quick to respond to requests. We have a ongoing booking with Haley for weekly walks!”

About: Ever since I was a little girl I’ve always prefer preferred animals over humans! I’ve had cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters, and I’ve never met a species of pet I don’t like! I’ve cleaned litterboxes, taken care of sick cats and dogs, walked and bathed dogs, and am constantly doing research to know more about our four legged family members! I currently work for myself and make my own hours, so I’m very flexible during the week! I have four cats of my own and one beloved nephew-puppy I often help care for. I’ve taken care of pets my whole life! I can provide a clean and safe environment for animals such as puppy proofing, litterbox cleaning, dish cleaning, and accident clean ups while also providing other services to keep your four legged friends happy and healthy such as walks, play time, and whatever you feel your pet may need.
“Jenny is very good with my Rottweiler Devi! She did a meet and greet beforehand and Devi was fond of her immediately. She is prompt and keeps the communication line very open and I hope to keep this relationship going for awhile for Devi!”

About: I have 8 years of experience caring for dogs and cats for friends and family, along with raising my own pets — my 8-year-old cat, Juliet, who I've had since she was a kitten, and my 8-month-old puppy, Suki. Caring for animals has been a huge part of my life, and your pet's well-being and comfort are just as important to me as my own furry children. I'm familiar with the unique personalities, needs, and routines of all types of pets, and I adapt my care styles accordingly. From shy and independent cats who require boundaries and space, to high-energy and anxious dogs who need stimulation and structure, I prioritize patience, routine, and positive reinforcement to make each pet feel safest and happiest with the care they're used to. I know it can feel a little nerve-wracking to leave your family with someone new. You'll always receive daily updates and photos, so you can feel connected and reassured. I’m happy to meet you and your pets beforehand to ensure everyone feels comfortable and to learn their specific preferences, routines, and quirks. You can have peace of mind knowing your pet is safe, cared for, and genuinely understood. As someone who works from home, I'm able to build my day around your pet's routine. Whether it's a last-minute drop-in or longer stays, I’m very flexible. I care for each pet in the comfort of their own home, where they feel safest. I focus on keeping their already established routine consistent, their environment calm, and their space respected. I respect each home as if it were my own, follow all care instructions closely, and make sure pets feel secure in their usual surroundings.
“Allison is incredible. She was able to walk my pup on such short notice and was so great. She’s kind and very good with dogs. My pup loved her and received great care. Will definitely turn to Allison again.”
“Lori was attentive and helpful! We really appreciated that she was able to accommodate our last minute changes. We loved the pictures she sent. We will book Lori again for sure!!”

“Ali and Gregory are adored by my dogs . They were super delightful to work with and my dogs miss them!! Together they walked our three dogs each day. A great team!!!”

About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life, especially cats, and have extensive experience independently caring for multiple pets at once. I understand animal behavior well, respect their boundaries, and prioritize both their physical health and emotional well-being. I’ve trained puppies, cared for friends’ and family pets, and even rescued injured animals and brought them to rehabilitation centers. I treat every pet like family and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for! Every day I make sure my cats have food and fresh water, and I refill their water multiple times throughout the day. I clean their litter box daily to keep their environment clean and comfortable. I make sure to spend time playing with them every day as well as brush them weekly/as needed. In addition, I make sure my home is kept at a comfortable temperature by using air conditioning or heat as needed with access to warm/cool spots in the house for them to go if they wish. Their health, comfort, and happiness are very important to me. I make sure pets always have fresh food and water, a clean living space, and plenty of attention. I strictly follow any instructions provided by the owner, monitor pets for signs of illness or stress, keep the environment safe and secure, and ensure they are comfortable at all times.
“We booked Brittany for a single walk, and she was wonderful! She was on time, friendly, and clearly comfortable with dogs. My pup came back happy and well-exercised. Communication was easy, and I felt at ease knowing my dog was in good hands. Even though we only used her once, I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. Highly recommend giving her a try!”

About: I grew up with our family dog Charlie (a Beagle/Spaniel/Terrier mix). My family adopted him when he was 3 years old (I was around 8 years old), and we grew up alongside each other until he passed away at the age of 12. In 2019, I dogsat my cousin's 2 dogs (both were hound mixes) while she was out of town for a weekend. In 2020, I adopted a 2 year old Beagle named Daisy Mae, who was my beloved fur baby and the center of my universe. It was such a blessing to be her mom. The two of us lived very happily together from September 2020 until she passed away in April 2025 due to the rapid progression of a medical condition she was born with. I'm still grieving her passing, and I’m not personally ready to adopt yet, but I love dogs, and it was hard not having many fur babies around me before I joined Rover in May 2026 (except for some friends with dogs). I’m walking and staying with dogs so I can enjoy more time around furry friends. Since I began taking care of dogs on Rover, I have stayed with anywhere from 1-3 dog siblings together at one time, and have no problem handling multiple dogs. Unfortunately, I found out recently that I’m allergic to cats, so I’m only able to stay with dogs. I currently have a part-time job, and I work 4 hour shifts. So that gives me a lot of flexibility to schedule dog walks or pet play time. Below is a general idea of my availability for walks and play time each week, and I’m also available for overnight pet/house sitting when needed. Mondays: 7am-3pm. Tuesdays: 2:30pm-8pm. Wednesdays: 2:30pm-8pm. Thursdays: 1:30pm-8pm. Fridays: 7am-8pm. Saturdays: 7am-11am & 6pm-8pm. Sundays: 7am-8pm. I’m reliable, hard-working, and kind. I take pride in my level of care for humans and pets alike, and I pay close attention to make sure everything and everyone is okay. I intentionally over-communicate and ask clients follow-up questions for clarification if there’s ever any confusion. I also give updates and send photos proactively to clients for their peace of mind. I will care for your pets in your home by taking them on walks, feeding them meals and treats, keeping them hydrated with plenty of water, playing with any toys they like, cuddling, and staying with them overnight if requested. I just want to make sure they are healthy and happy, and give them the love, care, and attention they need.
“We had the great service of Gianna for the second time for dog walking services. She was comforting to us knowing that she would take care of our dog’s exercise needs while we were out of town again. She was always prompt and kept tabs on the weather. We hope to utilize Gianna’s services again in the future!”

About: I've built my experience working in dog daycare, boarding, and nonprofit animal shelters, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. From supervising playgroups and providing enrichment to professional dog walking and closely monitoring behavior, I've learned how to keep dogs safe, active, and happy. As a lifelong dog lover and owner of two dogs myself, I understand that every dog is unique, and I'll treat your pup with the same patience, care, and attention I'd give my own. I'm currently working part-time with Rover, leaving me a flexible schedule during the week for your pups! I am available Monday through Friday, late mornings/afternoons. I treat every dog as if they were my own. I'm very aware of my surroundings when walking my own dogs as well as in a professional setting.

About: I had a pincher mixed with chiwawa when I was a kid, and took good care of it for 10 years. Recently, I have helped my parents take care of a Springer Spaniel, a medium to large sized dog. This dog loved me, and I can't even explain why. I am currently without a steady job, so most of the time can make a considerable amount of time to walk a dog or take care of him during a short period of time, during the day. I am very respectful and midful of the clients home, and specially the space the dog is used to and needs to feel confortable and thrive.
About: I have been studying animals professionally since I was fourteen. When I was younger I had an amazing love and fascination for any and all animals. It was a no brainer to my family & friends growing up I would pursue a career involving them So, I am now living out my dream. I am currently taking Vet tech courses and I have worked in many animal care environments including shelters, daycares, boarding facilities, and vet clinics. I am very knowledgeable with pet behavior and health conditions. I have had bad experiences with large boarding facilities with my own pets and wanted to provide a safe, personal, and stress free environment for your babies. I am currently fear free certified During the duration of scheduled visit I will follow your schedule or routine you may have for your fur babies. I follow directions very precisely to ensure everything feels the same as if you were home with your baby. If services are booked I require a meet & greet at your home for drop-in’s & house sitting, at my home for boarding services. to ensure we both feel comfortable for future scheduled services. Please be sure to fill out emergency information out on rover, and be sure that all information for you pet is filled out completely & correctly. If you have multiple pets please be sure to make separate profiles for each pet. This is for safety & insurance reasons.
About: I am currently a proud parent to two cat, so I’m very well versed in their play styles and respecting their boundaries. However I spent my childhood with a loving dog who recently passed away. Navigating his senior years taught me that care isn’t just about walks or treats but about patience, sometimes administering medication, and recognizing subtle cues of a senior pet that may need a little extra comfort. Whether your pet is a high energy pet or senior pet who needs a gentle hand, I provide intuitive, dedicated, and delicate care that I’d want for my own. I’m currently a college student, but have lots of time to care for your pets! I’m available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:30 PM-4:00 PM or 5:30 PM-10:00 PM. Thursday- Sunday I’m available anytime after 7:00 PM. Whatever your pets need, I have it covered and their safety is always my number one priority. From double checking that every gate is latched and every lease is secured/correctly on to closely monitoring your pets for any sign of discomfort, ill treat your home and your pets with the highest level of care. Whether it’s following a strict medication schedule or navigating a high energy walk, I’m prepared for any situation!
“Abigail was great! Communication was excellent, always on time, and she provided daily updates on our dog with pics, making us feel at ease throughout our trip. Bottom line, we were confident that a reliable and caring person was entering our home each visit.”

About: I’ve been around dogs and cats since I was a kid, and caring for animals has always been second nature to me. Over the years, I’ve pet sat for a variety of breeds, temperaments, and routines — from energetic pups who love long walks to shy kitties who need a calm presence. Whether it’s playtime, feeding, cuddles, or medication schedules, I’ve got it covered. I know how important it is to feel confident leaving your pets with someone who truly cares. My goal is always to make your pets feel safe, loved, and at home — and to give you peace of mind while you’re away. Let me know your pet’s unique needs and personality — I can’t wait to meet them! I work full time as a Respiratory Therapist, I have two dogs of my own, and love having the opportunity to love on others pets when they need it the most! I have dog sat for multiple of my neighbors on multiple occasions, as well as my family members! I am looking for more ways to get myself out side and try something new! I treat every pet as if they are my own! Pets are just as much a part of the family as any human and deserve all the love and affection they can get!

“Casey took care of my dog Nismo for a week and was amazing! She sent lots of updates, which really helped me feel at ease while I was away. I could tell Nismo was safe, happy, and well taken care of. I’ll definitely book with her again!”
