5. Megan M.
About: My services include the basic outside time and feeding times, but leave room for walks, baths, and lots of playtime at the pet owner's discretion. I've worked with animals for over 15 years, have learned basic training techniques, been a pet sitter for several families, and have dealt with a variety of breeds (and sizes). Currently, I am living in the greater Athens, GA area with my Catahoula mix, Schatzie. I graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Animal Science and have decided that I want to devote my life to working with animals. I would love to get to know you and your four-legged friend(s)! Why do I love dog sitting? I've been a dog-lover my entire life. I grew up with cats, and decided that for my 16th birthday I wanted a dog instead of a car. I grew up volunteering at the local CSRA Humane Society - from dog walking to helping the vet tech there, my love for animals grew. It’s where I adopted my first dogs, Lorraine and MJ. It's my passion for animals that then led me to study Animal Science in college, and through my studies, I gained valuable experience with a variety of species. I am happy to watch your dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, reptiles, and the like! Do I have experience administering medication? Yes; I have spent several years working along-side a vet tech, and have become comfortable administering a variety of medications and treatments.
6. Sage B.

About: I am a UGA grad student working as a vet tech while I apply to veterinary school, with the past two years at the same clinic. I have a 13 y/o Shih Tzu who I have had since she was a puppy, and a 5 y/o British Shorthair who came to me February of 2024. I love anything hairy, scaly, or in between, and would love to make your babies’ day! I have extended lunch breaks and several half-days throughout the week, so I can drop in for the afternoons or evenings for as long as you need. I have ample pet care experience, with the past 5 years having been in a professional setting. My own dog is rather crafty, so I’m extra careful with escape artists. As the owner of a senior animal, I know the extra care that it takes for more fragile fur babies, and my time as a vet tech means that your animals cannot give me anything that I haven’t already seen before.
8. Gabrielle L.
“Growing up as a child of a military parent who was often deployed overseas, Gabrielle learned early to be a responsible young person more so than her peers. Hiring her to take care of your pets will allow you to have complete peace of mind. She is more responsible than most people you can hire and she will treat your pets as if they were her own children.”
9. Claire D.
“I'm Claire's mom so I know first hand how great she is with dogs! When she was born we had two loving German Shepard/Dobermans, Scout and Ranger, who were her constant companions. She learned how to be a good dog walker with these big dogs. Later our family grew to include Libby, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. From the time she was eight Claire was a central figure in Libby's life - walking her, making sure she was well taken care of and well loved. Claire is responsible, has a strong work ethic, a good bit of flexibility, and a heart for dogs.”
10. Grace C.
“Grace will do an awesome job of taking care of your fur babies! She always does a great job when she house and pet sits our two large dogs. I trust her exclusively with my babies.”
11. Alexia M.
“I worked with Alexia at a daycare/boarding facility for a few years. Not only is she well informed on dog behavior, but she cares about the pups so so much. She always went above and beyond to make sure the animals were comfortable, safe and most importantly loved. She is just the sweetest with all the fur-babies.”
