About: My services include the basic outside time and feeding times, but leave room for walks, baths, and lots of playtime at the pet owner's discretion. I've worked with animals for over 15 years, have learned basic training techniques, been a pet sitter for several families, and have dealt with a variety of breeds (and sizes). Currently, I am living in the greater Athens, GA area with my Catahoula mix, Schatzie. I graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Animal Science and have decided that I want to devote my life to working with animals. I would love to get to know you and your four-legged friend(s)! Why do I love dog sitting? I've been a dog-lover my entire life. I grew up with cats, and decided that for my 16th birthday I wanted a dog instead of a car. I grew up volunteering at the local CSRA Humane Society - from dog walking to helping the vet tech there, my love for animals grew. It’s where I adopted my first dogs, Lorraine and MJ. It's my passion for animals that then led me to study Animal Science in college, and through my studies, I gained valuable experience with a variety of species. I am happy to watch your dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, reptiles, and the like! Do I have experience administering medication? Yes; I have spent several years working along-side a vet tech, and have become comfortable administering a variety of medications and treatments.

About: Hi all! I have experience with high energy animals as I have grown up with Australian cattle dogs (red healers), and cats. I enjoy getting to know animals, taking them on walks, or just hanging out with them! I’d be happy to take your dog to the dog park as well. I am working part time as an Archival assistant internship for a museum this summer, so I have plenty of free time to care for your animals. I am looking to create trust between your pet and I, and if I become your regular sitter this will become easier! I am experienced with large and small animals (including exotics).

About: Hello!! I have been taking care of animals since I was around the age of 6. Everyone in my family is slightly to severely allergic to animals, so the family cat became mine to take care of, and after having my own personal guinea pig and now a family dog I take care of a great deal, I have had my fair share of experience of giving animals love and making sure they get the care they deserve. I am currently a full time student at UGA with a part time job, and while weekends and the summer months are going to be more open, I am more than willing to try to work around schedules to figure something out, so please feel free to reach out. Just note i can’t show my concrete scheduled times where I have a shift or a class on the calendar, but any previous customer of mine will attest I will try to work around schedules to the best of my ability to see to it that your pet it taken care of! I am currently in a rented out apartment complex and pet sitting is not allowed under my lease, no matter how much I would love to have them sleepover!

I had to fly out of state for work, and I needed someone take care my cat, Ari, for the week. She stopped by everyday to clean the litter box, and she made sure Ari was well fed and entertained. About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, rabbits, squirrels, chickens, geese, reptiles and horses before so hardly any animals are new to me! I have had pets all my life and just about every breed/size of cat and dog you can think of. I have had experience with puppies including training and elderly pets with medication needs. I am a PhD student and am just teaching one class at the moment for an hour on Tues/thurs so I have plenty of time for any of your pets needs! I have access to a walking trail beside my apartment and can walk your fur babies anytime. There’s plenty of grass space outside my apartment for potty breaks as well. My apartment has a fenced in place for dogs to run around but will only take your pup there if you say it’s okay around other dogs! I have two sweet kitties in my home that are very used to dogs. I can also fit a dog crate comfortably if needed.

“Sofia is as good as it gets. Plain and simple. She has watched over my parent's 4 dogs and the dogs have always been so happy they don't want to leave when it's time to pick them up. As a pre-vet student at UGA Sofia also has extensive knowledge of your pets and helped my own cat when he got sick (due to some side effects of his neutering) while I was on vacation. Sofia is the only person I've left my pets with and felt like they really cared about the experience my pets were going to have! Safe to say I'd rather have no one else watching my pets while I'm away!”

About: I’m the person who is with the dogs or cats anywhere I go. I have experience with puppies, blind and deaf dogs, big dogs and small dogs as well as cats. I spent most summers dog sitting for friends weeks at a time. I also know that dogs can be anxious and have the ability to comfort them during those stressful times. I currently work from home and have the ability to give lots of frequent love and care for my own pets as well as yours. They are top priority at my home!! You can trust your baby will be taken care of and I will communicate updates as frequently as you’d like. I live on over an acre with a fenced in yard. Dogs will be accompanied by me when in the yard. I have a friendly dog and cat to keep your best friend company. I can take them on frequent walks and also can crate them if that’s what you prefer. I can keep with whatever schedule they are used to at home since I’m home 24/7. Here to make you at ease leaving your furry family member.
