About: As a current veterinary student, I believe it is important to know that every pet is different. With my experiences I will be able to recognize if anything is out of the ordinary, prevent stress and harm, and openly communicate with the owner. My main priority is to make sure your pet feels safe and happy when they are under my care. My schedule is flexible for the summer! I would love to help you while you are busy or away and keep your pets safe and taken care of. About: While I've had pets my entire life, I've professionally cared for the animals of others for nearly 10 years. While I was in the Army, I fostered for a local rescue and did the basic training and socialization for young, abandoned puppies to get them ready for forever homes. While pursuing my BS of Animal Science at ISU (Class of '19) I worked at Lloyd Veterinary Medical Hospital with equines of all ages, and spent several years as professional Animal caretaker working at the USDA with small animals. I have experience with dogs and cats, young and old, as well as rodents and other small animal pets, geckos, and freshwater aquarium fish. I am semi-retired, and work my own hours part time so schedule is flexible and it's easy for me to fit your pet(s) into my daily life Your pets will be most comfortable in their own environment, and I am committed to caring for them in a way most similar to what they are accustomed to.

About: I’ve been caring for pets and pet sitting for neighbors, friends, and family since I was young. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I genuinely love spending time with them. I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities, including larger breeds such as Pit Bulls, XL American Bullies, and Cane Corsos. This allows me to provide plenty of supervision, attention, exercise, and companionship to make sure your pet feels comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I live in a house with a yard and access to a dog park within my neighborhood, providing plenty of opportunities for exercise, play, and enrichment. I carefully follow all feeding, medication, walking, and care instructions provided by owners and will keep you updated with photos and messages throughout your pet’s stay. About: I grew up with all kinds of pets - dogs, cats, birds, fish, and even corn snakes! I always take pictures of them and adore all animals! I am currently a student at UGA, only taking classes on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. I am free for you pets at any time! I can take your pets on as many or as little walks as they please! I live in an apartment complex that is very pet friendly and has a dog park a quick walk away. I also have another friendly dog in the apartment to keep any dogs good company! They are also welcome on any furniture. In your home I will respect any rules you have and still create a fun environment for your fur baby.

About: There's not many people out there who love animals as much as me. I have experience with dogs, cats, fish, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles of all kinds, and other exotics such as sugar gliders. As a part of one of the biggest pet rescues of the Southeast, I have fostered and cared for dogs of all sizes, with all kinds of needs from medications to heartworm treatment. I've also apprenticed with an experienced and well-known dog trainer. I can read dog behavior well, and am patient and understanding with anxious, frightened, and grouchy pups. I want to make sure my client's pets have someone trustworthy looking after them; my pets have always been my family, and I know many others feel that way too. I strive to be of the utmost reliability, the one who will not let you down. I also strive to work with a client's budget as much as possible, because I know I'd want the same done for me. I currently work full-time from 8-5, but my schedule is usually pretty flexible, making it possible for me to handle drop-in visits/walks, and keeping dogs in my home. I really enjoy letting an owner know how their pet is doing. I send lots of pictures and updates. My aim is to make the pet feel as comfortable as possible while their human is away!

About: After the passing of my senior dog, Fezzik, I felt the need to share my care for pets with others in my community. With experience volunteering at animal shelters and caring for senior animals, I can be the attentive caregiver your furry companion needs! I currently am starting my career in online teaching and content creation, which means I work from home and have a flexible schedule. With frequent walks already built into my schedule, I am a good fit for pets of any activity level! I live in a gated community with ample space for leashed walks and time in the grass for pets who are boarding. I maintain a clean, second-story apartment which includes a balcony and dog bed. I have my own transportation for at-home visits as well.

About: I am an absolute dog lover and Rover lover! After I graduated from UGA in 2018, the first thing I did was purchase my own puppy, and she has been worth every sacrifice. Rover has helped me out so much while I have been moving between houses, and would be honored to give back by being a sitter. I am married and work full time, but am flexible as to whether I am working at home or in the office, and my husband is available to switch off with me as needed. My dog is very gentle, and loves play when with a good buddy. I am also a runner, so if your dog is high-energy, I will gladly take it for a good run (Yes- even if they want to yank my arm off)! I am diligent about taking puppies out to use the restroom. I understand (from experience) what it takes to house-train a puppy, and how important consistency is. I have a very flexible job, and already spend a lot of time with my own dog. Adding another in the mix would just be more fun for Mal Pal and I! Currently, I do three walks: morning, afternoon, and evening. I try not to leave dogs for longer than and hour if I need to leave the home while pet-sitting. When I am gone, pups stay in their crates.

About: I don't have any professional experience, but I've grown up in a family that has housed a lot of dogs and cats since I was born. We've had 4 dogs and 7 cats from my early childhood until today, so while I did obviously have the rest of my family to assist with them, I've still had firsthand experience with a lot of different behaviors and habits of these pets and how certain traits or preferences vary between them. I finished college at UGA recently, so I'm currently at home full-time. Pet care would be pretty easy to fit into my weekly schedule. I always try to make sure I feed my cat her treats once a day around the same time, so consistent feeding and cleaning wouldn't be that much harder with additional pets. I am gone some evenings on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but other than that my time is fully open to help your pets stay relaxed, happy, and healthy. My backyard has a fence, but it's currently old and unrepaired, so the gates cannot close properly, so any pets prone to running will be staying inside or on a leash. My house is very small, but my front and backyard are very spacious, ideal for pets that are uncomfortable in small spaces. My cat can be skittish around other animals, so I will need to keep her in a separate space from them, but my family's done that with many of our cats, so it will not be a problem for the client or their pets. My roommate stays inside most of the time, so but he's also very friendly and should not pose any issues for the pets.

About: I have worked at vet clinics and at barns so I have diverse experiences to handle animals. I also have had pets my whole life. I recently moved to athens to start vet school. Since it is the summer I am a free book and have time all day to watch your baby. I have a townhouse with a dog park to take your baby out. I also have a spacious living room where we can play and cuddle. In your home, I will respect your schedule and follow it to a tee.

About: I've taken care of all types of dogs and have been a pet sitter since 2002. I've owned dogs, cats, guinea pigs, fish, chinchillas, and chickens. In college, I worked for a mobile dog groomer. I'm a marine biologist, so I work offshore often. My schedule has me at sea for 3-6 weeks and then home for a few weeks where I'm fully available to look after your fur babies!
