About: I had 2 personal dogs that I had for 13 years. One very large cane corso and one small weiner dog who were best friends. I've also done volunteer work at a cat shelter. I've been a sitter since 2022 on and off and have cared for a large range of animals in a large range of situations (paralyzed, anxious, etc.) I'm available to be at your house 3 times a day for morning, lunch, and night drop ins and could add spending the night to that when needed. I'll give you lots of updates and follow whatever instructions you give me strictly! I will never bring anyone to your home and will always let you know if I see anything out of the ordinary.

About: I don't have any professional experience, but I've grown up in a family that has housed a lot of dogs and cats since I was born. We've had 4 dogs and 7 cats from my early childhood until today, so while I did obviously have the rest of my family to assist with them, I've still had firsthand experience with a lot of different behaviors and habits of these pets and how certain traits or preferences vary between them. I finished college at UGA recently, so I'm currently at home full-time. Pet care would be pretty easy to fit into my weekly schedule. I always try to make sure I feed my cat her treats once a day around the same time, so consistent feeding and cleaning wouldn't be that much harder with additional pets. I am gone some evenings on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but other than that my time is fully open to help your pets stay relaxed, happy, and healthy. My backyard has a fence, but it's currently old and unrepaired, so the gates cannot close properly, so any pets prone to running will be staying inside or on a leash. My house is very small, but my front and backyard are very spacious, ideal for pets that are uncomfortable in small spaces. My cat can be skittish around other animals, so I will need to keep her in a separate space from them, but my family's done that with many of our cats, so it will not be a problem for the client or their pets. My roommate stays inside most of the time, so but he's also very friendly and should not pose any issues for the pets.

About: I've always loved taking in animals and taking care of them whether they were my own or not. I have been pet sitting for about 4 years now, and I volunteered at an animal clinic in Athens, GA for 6 months. At the clinic I frequently bathed, walked, feed, and took care of many different dogs and cats. I currently only work a couple days out of the month and also complete college online, so my schedule gives me open and flexible availability! Safety, trust, and a comfortable environment are all prioritized when caring for pets, whether in my home or a client’s home. I always take time to understand each pet’s routine, personality, and any specific needs such as feeding schedules, medications, or behavioral preferences.

About: Aside from owning 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a reptile, I have worked as a kennel tech at a dog daycare for almost a year. There, I worked with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and conditions, ensuring comfort and ample enrichment. Also, I am studying wildlife sciences to work in wildlife education and I love all types of animals (except wasps). Before the semester starts, I am available all week! After that, I can come spend time or board on mornings and evenings on weekdays as well as all weekend. With each pet and home, I’d make sure to take the time to familiarize myself the pet(s) space and preferences. I would care for and enrich the pet(s) as if they were my own, making sure to spend quality time in ways that are more receptive to them. I’m also open to accommodating various specific requests and also care for other pets (e.g. fish, snakes, bunnies, etc). I’m more than happy to welcome pets into my house. In those cases, I’d spend time testing compatibility and comfort in my environment with my own pets and accommodate the pet(s) as necessary to ensure low stress but plenty of enrichment. I also have a spare room I could host the pet(s) in.

About: I have provided pet sitting services since I was in highschool. I have worked with many different breeds and have experience in training smaller dogs, working with elderly dogs, and working with injured dogs who need more care. I love to play with dogs and help them achieve their exercise goals! I am currently in school and have availability throughout the week and weekends to walk dogs! My availability is listed below: Sunday - available all day Monday - 9am-12pm Tuesday - 9am-1pm Wednesday - 3:30pm-8pm Thursday - 12:30pm-1:30pm Friday - 3:15pm-6pm Saturday - 9:30am-5pm (subject to change) In a clients home, I keep your pet where they are allowed. If you have a fenced in yard or prefer I use a leash I will also accommodate for that. Refilling water or if feeding is needed will be done to ensure your pet is happy until you come back!

About: My name is Owen, and I am a first-year student at the University of Georgia. I started pet-sitting when I was 10, around my neighborhood in Atlanta. It was a good job for me when I was young, but it really took off when I turned 15. I have been working with multiple people for 4 years now, mostly every day, and I have never had any issues with any animals during my time. I also started doing a dog-walking business in Atlanta, Ga, my hometown, this summer. I love to run, so I try to incorporate dog walking into that with the pups. I take most of the dogs that I walk on a mile walk, but will run them 2+ miles as well for the ones with lots of energy. I house-sat for 1 month straight this summer, giving me experience working with dogs for a long period of time. I have a lot of patience with animals and love to spend time with them outside of pet-sitting. My schedule usually looks like 3-4 visits in one day for petsitting/housesitting and then walks whenever needed. I am here for whatever anyone needs. I have taken care of many sick animals and old dogs who need a lot of attention. On top of my pet-sitting, I am also always down to do any around-the-house jobs, like lawn care and moving, etc. I would love to house-sit for anyone, but I am also down for potty breaks and a walk. I do dog walks everyday and have built it into my schedule. I make sure that I am hanging out with them for at least 30 minutes every visit that I have. During the week, I am in classes, but on many days I can walk the dogs in the morning or whenever they need it. I will go weeks on just petsitting so it has become a big part of my life. I am very available and always down to hangout with some pets. I keep the animals fed and happy. I make sure to play with them and give them lots of love. I keep them fit by walking and running them and I will make sure your home and animals stay safe.

“I was a first time Rover user, due to boarding at a local pet daycare not working out. I have two in tact opposite gender fur babies, who have never been cared for by anyone but their in home family….us. My family and I went on a 5 day vacation and needed to have them walked 3x per day. Due to the turnaround time, the walker needed to be booked within 48 hours. Being a novice, I thought I would need to cancel my family’s vacation. Cheyenne accepted my booking and was such a gem! Cheyenne went above and beyond during the 5 days she was booked to walk my two fur babies. She was so kind to keep with their walk times to the minute. She was never late and always on time. My two fur babies took to her immediately, which to me was the best feeling as a fur parent. She even taught me how to use the Rover App! She sent pictures as a part of their walk report card. I have an elderly dog of my own and have raised several puppies, so I understand the extra patience and care that both senior dogs and little ones need. About: I have taken care of both dogs and cats for a week+ on end. As well, I have two large dogs at home and two cats. One of my cats has diabetes, and so I am comfortable with giving him his insulin as well. I am currently a full time student, but other than class I am available to take care of your pets! The best times of days for me to stop by are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, as well as the afternoons every day. In your home, I love playing with lots of toys with your pets (I have two big dogs at home) as well as I love going on long walks (bonus if your pet has a lot of energy!) I also love just sitting and being company- I always have homework and love having a buddy to sit with me

Wednesday: Class from 11:35-2:15pm and 2:40-5:30pm (not a big enough break in between sadly) Thursday: Student teaching at an elementary school from 7:00am-3:00pm Friday: No classes!! I prioritize safety and comfort for every pet. I make sure to follow any feeding or medication instructions, and provide supervision at all times. I’m experienced with pets of all ages and temperaments, so you can trust they’re in good hands.

About: Hi, I'm Maddie! I am a third year student in the University of Georgia's College of Veterinary Medicine. I'm a pet lover with hands-on experience as a vet assistant in a busy practice. I've done everything from nail trims to surgery prep/monitoring, and I can handle your babies with both skill and compassion. I can give medications, read body language, and helps even the most nervous pets feel safe! I've also volunteered in shelters, and have raised two guide dogs in training, giving me a solid background in dog behavior and training. Whether your pet is shy, senior, energetic, or somewhere in between, I’m calm, patient, and always ready to meet them where they are — with structured care, belly rubs, or both! About: I have always had a pet for as long as I can remember and I have loved them all dearly and enjoyed their company and taking care of them. Friends have had me check in on and care for their pets while they are busy with school or work. I enjoy meeting pets of all sizes and breeds and giving them the care and love I would give to my own pets. I am currently working toward my Master’s at the University of Georgia in Exercise Science. A typical day consists of me going to my internship for a couple of hours, class, and then internship again in the evening for a couple more hours. I have plenty of free time in the morning and afternoon to hangout by the pool, workout, do homework, or take care of some furry friends!
