About: I have cared for my two cats since I was about five years old, one of whom is diabetic and gets insulin shots twice a day, so I have experience with injections. Since then I have volunteered with the Humane Society and helped to care for my neighbors' pets. I am a full-time student at UGA, so my schedule will change every semester. However, I almost always have time for pet care in the afternoons and on the weekends! Just discuss any needs with me and I will let you know what my specific day-to-day schedule is looking like. About: I have owned dogs in my family for a lot of my childhood and my family members/friends have always had cats. I am currently staying with my parents for the summer in Florida and can not board any pets but I am available for any other services. I currently am just staying in Florida for the summer and don’t have a job of any sort currently. But my parents are allergic to pets so I am not available to board any. When walking dogs I try to find dog parks or other parks where they can walk around. I prefer dog parks so they can run around without the collar. For checkins I try to stay with the dog after feeding for a few minutes to keep them company and make sure they don’t need to go outside.

“Stephen’s the best! He’s taken care of my 75lb mutt Sadie on multiple occasions when I’ve had to be out of town for 5+ days. I’m VERY picky when it comes to my dog and I’ve never taken her to a kennel before. With Stephen, I never had to! He’s responsible, communicative, followed all of my instructions to a T, and my Sadie girl just loved him. Stephen took time to learn all of her daily routines, commands, and manners, so when I got home there wasn’t any disconnect or period of me having to “refresh” her training. I know this may also sound fake, but truly, even my neighbors told me how great Stephen was with her while I was away; they saw him playing with her out in the yard and going for walks all the time. Even better, Stephen’s a marathoner so my energetic dog got plenty of walks and jogs around our neighborhood — he didn’t even skimp on the dreary winter days! I trust him 100% and couldn’t give a better recommendation for a walker or pet sitter. You know you’ve found a good one when they send you pictures of your pet splayed out on the floor all tuckered out and happy, tongue dangling out of their mouth. TLDR; You won’t regret hiring Stephen — he will treat your pet like his own and you’ll actually be able to enjoy your vacation worry-free!”
