About: I've been taking care of my family pets as far back as I can remember! I have a small dog of my own who I spoil beyond belief. I love cats and dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes and I truly believe they deserve every good thing life could possibly offer them. I've dealt with all the ups and downs of having pets from allergies, injuries, diets, and fleas to cuddles and grooming. I'd love the opportunity to meet your pet and help you give them the attention and care that they deserve! I'll be available all summer outside of the evenings Friday-Sunday due to my part time job. During the fall I'm free every Monday and Wednesday. I'll also be available from morning to noon on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. My own pets have taught me so much about caring for dogs and cats. I understand their body language when they are agitated or hurt and I pay close attention to the things that catch their eyes. Therefore, I can easily keep your pet out of trouble in and out of the house whether that be in your yard, living room, or walks. My priority is always their safety and happiness. I can easily crate dogs, keep them on their leash, and be wary of that suspicious crunch sound in their mouth when they find something they shouldn't have.

I’m known for liking the “bad dogs” at work along with special needs and older pets as well (I love powdered sugar faces)! I treat each animal as my own, and I would do the same with yours! About: While I've had pets my entire life, I've professionally cared for the animals of others for nearly 10 years. While I was in the Army, I fostered for a local rescue and did the basic training and socialization for young, abandoned puppies to get them ready for forever homes. While pursuing my BS of Animal Science at ISU (Class of '19) I worked at Lloyd Veterinary Medical Hospital with equines of all ages, and spent several years as professional Animal caretaker working at the USDA with small animals. I have experience with dogs and cats, young and old, as well as rodents and other small animal pets, geckos, and freshwater aquarium fish. “I was a first time Rover user, due to boarding at a local pet daycare not working out. I have two in tact opposite gender fur babies, who have never been cared for by anyone but their in home family….us. My family and I went on a 5 day vacation and needed to have them walked 3x per day. Due to the turnaround time, the walker needed to be booked within 48 hours. Being a novice, I thought I would need to cancel my family’s vacation. Cheyenne accepted my booking and was such a gem! Cheyenne went above and beyond during the 5 days she was booked to walk my two fur babies. She was so kind to keep with their walk times to the minute. She was never late and always on time. My two fur babies took to her immediately, which to me was the best feeling as a fur parent. She even taught me how to use the Rover App! She sent pictures as a part of their walk report card. About: I’ve taken care of dogs ranging from seniors to puppies of all breeds. I know owners care so deeply for their animals, therefore I will always comply with any special requests or details I’m currently a student at the university of georgia, but I have large breaks in my day to walk dogs or let them out to pee. I also have my car with me and I am happy to stay at a clients house any night of the week and commute to school those days. I follow any instructions given by the client and comply with special instructions. I am happy to just do pop ins or actually stay in homes.

About: Aside from owning 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a reptile, I have worked as a kennel tech at a dog daycare for almost a year. There, I worked with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and conditions, ensuring comfort and ample enrichment. Also, I am studying wildlife sciences to work in wildlife education and I love all types of animals (except wasps). Before the semester starts, I am available all week! After that, I can come spend time or board on mornings and evenings on weekdays as well as all weekend. With each pet and home, I’d make sure to take the time to familiarize myself the pet(s) space and preferences. I would care for and enrich the pet(s) as if they were my own, making sure to spend quality time in ways that are more receptive to them. I’m also open to accommodating various specific requests and also care for other pets (e.g. fish, snakes, bunnies, etc). I’m more than happy to welcome pets into my house. In those cases, I’d spend time testing compatibility and comfort in my environment with my own pets and accommodate the pet(s) as necessary to ensure low stress but plenty of enrichment. I also have a spare room I could host the pet(s) in.

About: I had 2 personal dogs that I had for 13 years. One very large cane corso and one small weiner dog who were best friends. I've also done volunteer work at a cat shelter. I've been a sitter since 2022 on and off and have cared for a large range of animals in a large range of situations (paralyzed, anxious, etc.) I'm available to be at your house 3 times a day for morning, lunch, and night drop ins and could add spending the night to that when needed. I'll give you lots of updates and follow whatever instructions you give me strictly! I will never bring anyone to your home and will always let you know if I see anything out of the ordinary.

About: I’ve always been that person who immediately notices the dog before the humans (respectfully 😂). I genuinely love animals and take caring for them seriously. Whether your pet is full of zoomies, prefers a slow stroll, or just wants someone to sit nearby while they judge me from across the room (looking at you, cats), I’m happy to meet them where they are. I’m reliable, patient, detail-oriented, and I’ll stick to your pet’s routine because I know consistency matters. Expect lots of updates, cute pictures, and the occasional message telling you your dog made a new best friend (me). I’m currently a PhD student, so my schedule has flexibility throughout the week. Pet care is honestly one of my favorite ways to step away from my computer, get outside, and spend time with some furry company. I’ll always communicate clearly, arrive when I say I will, and make sure your pet gets the attention they deserve. If your pet is in my care, they’re my priority. I’ll carefully follow your instructions, keep a close eye on their behavior, and make sure they stay safe and comfortable. I know leaving your pet with someone else can feel nerve-racking, so I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can actually enjoy your time away instead of wondering how your fur baby is doing.

About: Over the years, my husband and I have had several pets, from cats to dogs to lizards to chinchillas. At one time we had 9 indoor cats. We have a soft heart and it’s difficult to turn away a stray. Any time we see a stray in our neighborhood, we do what we can to find the owner. Our two dogs have accompanied us on many day hikes and they both love the outdoors as much as we do. One of our dogs, Rosie, was a stray that we took in at 1-year-old. She is now 16. We adopted our other dog, Clayton, at the age of one. He is now 12. We have deeply loved all of our pets and look forward to new pets in the future. The bond between humans and animals can be so special. It is something I cherish. I look forward to caring for your fury family member! I am a Yoga Teacher and teach only a few classes per week. I am also an artist. I have a lot of flexibility in my daytime schedule to care for and/or walk your pet. I am a responsible and reliable person. I make sure to do everything I can to create a safe, trusting, and loving environment while in the presence of your sweet babies. While I am with your pet, my top priority is their safety & happiness.

About: I’ve grown up with animals for pretty much my whole life, and have always loved having them around! In the last few years, I’ve been living alone and touring for work, so I can’t morally have a cat or dog of my own. I have a crested gecko and a california king snake (named Minkie and Burger) that keep to themselves, and honestly most of the time they are completely still or have hidden themselves in some foliage, so they’ve never been much interest to dogs or cats that have been in my house. Half of the time I work from home, either mixing or making string arrangements for albums. If I am working at a studio or running sound at a venue, I’m able to take a break to let out anyone who needs to be let out, but ideally would just schedule myself for days where I’m already working from home. Ideally I’d be able to be around them as much as possible! I’m a bit of a homebody when I get the chance, so I’d make sure they’re the center of attention :)
