“Kaitlyn has been fantastic. She is very responsive to my dogs needs. She is on time and so sweet with my boy making sure he gets potty breaks, and exercise, and love. She is easy to commute with and is adaptive with our needs day to day. 10/10 would recommend.”

“We are loving Crystal, both our dog and us! She is spending time outside playing fetch which our ten month old puppy really needs. Crystal tires Elsa out until her next visit or until I get home. We’re so happy we found her.”

“Top notch sitter! Emma went above and beyond to make sure my cats were well taken care of while I was away. She's very patient and based on all the pictures that were sent all my cats were happy to see her during her drop ins!”

“That’s hilarious. Yes, Miss Mae is not so much a fan of the walks. I try to make her, but it’s a challenge. Thanks so much for taking great care of everyone! Hope you had a great time at the show!”

“Emily is wonderful with all my fur babies. I can tell how much they adore her and feel at ease during the time together. It makes being apart from them guilt and worry free!”

“New Rover sitter. Learning the ropes but clearly a good heart and engaged well with my dog and parrot. Sent good photos with Frisbee playing with Roscoe and singing and dancing with my parrot. Would use her again”

About: HI I’m Heaven, and I’ve always loved being around animals. I have a one year old cat named Ponyo and a three year old English Bulldog named Molly, so I’m used to both playful energy and laid-back cuddle time. I’ve done pet sitting before and love it! I know how important it is to make pets feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. I’m easygoing, patient, and attentive, and I try to match each pet’s personality so they feel safe and happy. I’d love to help take care of your pets and make things a little less stressful for you while you’re away! I’m currently working part time, and have a lot of wiggle room to fit in your needs! I take daily walks with my own dog and love getting to be outside with pets. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, walks, and playtime. I treat every home with respect by keeping things clean, secure, and exactly as I found them. I also provide regular updates with photos so owners can feel confident their pets are happy and well cared for :)
“Leah is great! She took excellent care of Whitney. Lots of ball throws and making sure she didn’t get too hot in the summer heat/humidity. Leah made sure whit got food and water. She had excellent communication. I appreciated the detailed report cards. Highly recommend!”

“Luciana took wonderful care of my senior kitty while I was away for a long weekend, and I’m so grateful! Beyond making sure he had fresh food/ water and a clean litter box, she took genuine care to make sure he felt safe, happy, and loved. Luciana was incredibly kind and patient with my kitty, and it gave me such peace of mind knowing he was in such caring hands. I highly recommend her!”

“My husband and I had used another pet sitter a month or so ago, and that person was unavailable. We reached out to Darlene sort of last minute and she was so wonderful!! She understood our needs so quickly and adapted so well! We have a 8 year old cat who can be grumpy (mostly with the kitten), and she was able to gain his trust in no time. She came twice a day for a week to check in on our fur babies, and brought in packages that arrived as well. Everything was so seamless and allowed us to enjoy our time away. Thank you!”

“Ashley was prompt in responding, always courteous and friendly. Her check-in reports showed me that our cat was relaxed and happy with her. When our flight was cancelled she was ready to extend our pet's check-ins without a hitch. She was observant and knowledgeable about our cat's behavior and made good alternative play suggestions to help retrain some behaviors that might become problematic. The check-in schedule varied a bit from what we agreed upon, but I told her I was flexible and actually the changes seemed to suit the cat fine. I sure hope she'll be available the next time I need someone to check-in on our cat.”

“Linda was so great and took wonderful care of our dog! This was our first time using Rover and she was incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions. She is so kind and very timely in her check ins as well as sending photos. It was so nice not to worry about our dog while we were away. We will for sure be returning to her services in the future!”

“Samantha did an awesome job watching our pups! They adored her and we felt so comfortable with her. She was always on time and let us know how things were going with each check-in. We will definitely request her as often as possible and would recommend her services to anyone. Great job!”

“Alexis was excellent taking care of the pups. She loved on them like they were hers. I felt very comfortable with her in my home taking care of my babies. I highly recommend Alexis thank you Rover for having her as an employee she’s wonderful.”

“Our dog, Scott, is partially paralyzed and requires quite a bit more work than a typical dog during a drop in, and Michaela not only rose to that challenge but easily overcame it. Between cleaning up Scott's inevitable messes in the house to fixing his meals just right to giving him his dental chews and probiotic, she was more than we could have hoped for in a drop-in sitter for Scott while we're out of town. She will definitely be the first Rover we reach out to next time we need care for Scott ?”

About: @ahartpetsitting on insta!! I’ve been taking care of animals as long as I can remember. Hermit crabs, guinea pigs, lizards, fish, chickens, you name it! I just love every animal, and I still believe that they can speak, just not when we’re in the room. I work professionally with dogs every single day as a manager of a dog care facility. I’m known for liking the “bad dogs” at work along with special needs and older pets as well (I love powdered sugar faces)! I treat each animal as my own, and I would do the same with yours! I work full time as a manager at a doggy daycare, I would be able to get you a registration forms and take your pup to work with me if you’d like! My job is very flexible so I can also come home at any point and let your pup out instead of bringing them with me. I am also open to not working during the time I care for your pet. Message me and let’s talk! If you don’t have a dog, I am more than happy to talk with you and figure out if I need to come home for breaks or not work! I care for each pet exactly how owners ask me too, just with lots of extra love! I can chill if that’s what your pet likes to do, or I can adventure. I love being outside in nature as well as cozying up on the couch :)

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Bogart. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
