Diana did such a wonderful job with our pup. I swear he’s learned some new things. He doesn’t nip as much. He’s waiting before eating. Trainer and sitter in one. Thanks for taking us last minute. Really appreciate you and your family for caring for our baby.

My dog had such a great time staying here! He even made two furry friends during his stay, which made the experience even better. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was happy, social, and well cared for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and safe place for their pet! And let me in the loop of his stay there. Will book again!

I recently had the pleasure of having Jill watch my dog over the weekend, and I couldn’t be happier with her service. From the moment I met her, it was clear that Jill has a genuine love for animals and a professional approach to pet sitting. Throughout the weekend, Jill kept me updated with regular messages and photos, which really put my mind at ease. It was evident that my dog was not only well-cared for but also having a great time. Jill followed all my instructions meticulously, from feeding schedules to exercise routines, and even took the extra step to spend quality time playing and cuddling with my pup. When I returned, my dog was happy, relaxed, and well-groomed, a testament to the excellent care Jill provided. Her reliability, attention to detail, and warm demeanor truly make her stand out as a dog sitter. I highly recommend Jill to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring individual to look after their furry friends. I will definitely be booking her services again in the future!

This was my first experience using Rover. The service came highly recommended. I did a quick search and Stacy was at the top of the list, with great ratings, and reviews. Everyone paled in comparison. She's only 8 minutes away?!? I contacted Stacy, and she was willing to give my Booboo a chance with a meet and greet. My dog took to Stacey immediately, then came Chloe, "Senior VP of Operations". The meeting went well. And then in comes Mila the super friendly cat. And again it's all good! I've been on the road for years, and for the first time, I did not experience any pet anxiety! My trip was so much more productive without that thought lingering in my head. Stacy would send me three to four updates every day, and I don't know how she does it, but her updates would come at the perfect times, and they would put a huge smile on my face with a comforting feeling in my heart that I can not explain. Booboo and I call her Saint Stacy. I cannot thank you enough Stacy for taking care of my little guy, the great photos, and the awesome updates. It made me so happy to see him become a member of your family!

What a wonderful person to trust with my pets while traveling. Xionella is a very gentle and caring pet sitter. Both of my small dogs stayed with her for almost a week and were relaxed and happy on pickup day. She sent frequent updates and some of the most cute pictures I have ever seen of my pups. I recommend booking with Xionella and I know I will for my next trip.

When I say that Caylei is amazing, I really mean that. My cat, Tim, has special needs and can be temperamental/ really grumpy, at times. He has been fired from several boarding facilities for his bad attitude. Well, Caylei was willing to take him on and not only that, her care and patience was rewarded with a super happy cat all week! I am truly so thankful to have found her. She sent me updates, photos, and videos while I was gone, which really helped ease my mind. We have a few other trips planned that I wasn't sure we would be able to take if Tim misbehaved for her, too, but everything went significantly better than I ever hoped. Caylei is smart, caring, knowledgeable, and very competent in pet care, even in special circumstances. I can't recommend her enough.

About: I don't have any professional experience, but I've grown up in a family that has housed a lot of dogs and cats since I was born. We've had 4 dogs and 7 cats from my early childhood until today, so while I did obviously have the rest of my family to assist with them, I've still had firsthand experience with a lot of different behaviors and habits of these pets and how certain traits or preferences vary between them. I finished college at UGA recently, so I'm currently at home full-time. Pet care would be pretty easy to fit into my weekly schedule. I always try to make sure I feed my cat her treats once a day around the same time, so consistent feeding and cleaning wouldn't be that much harder with additional pets. I am gone some evenings on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but other than that my time is fully open to help your pets stay relaxed, happy, and healthy. My backyard has a fence, but it's currently old and unrepaired, so the gates cannot close properly, so any pets prone to running will be staying inside or on a leash. My house is very small, but my front and backyard are very spacious, ideal for pets that are uncomfortable in small spaces. My cat can be skittish around other animals, so I will need to keep her in a separate space from them, but my family's done that with many of our cats, so it will not be a problem for the client or their pets. My roommate stays inside most of the time, so but he's also very friendly and should not pose any issues for the pets.

About: Experienced. Compassionate. Dedicated to Your Dog. I’m a certified dog behaviorist with over 15 years of hands-on experience fostering, training, and caring for dogs of all backgrounds and needs. My experience includes basic to advanced training, puppies, special-needs dogs, working-line K9s, behavioral challenges, and so much more. I believe dogs thrive when they are given the right balance of structure, mental stimulation, physical activity, and comfort. During their stay, I focus on keeping each dog active, engaged, and happy while also creating a safe and comfortable environment where they can truly relax. My goal is simple: for every dog to return home happier, more confident, and better equipped than when they arrived. I treat every dog as an individual and tailor their care and training to their unique personality, needs, and goals. Because your dog deserves more than just a place to stay — they deserve an experience that helps them thrive. I’m a full-time dog trainer, which means I spend the majority of my time at home while caring for your pets. Your dog will receive hands-on attention, structure, and supervision throughout their stay. Every dog will have a minimum of three outings each day, including potty breaks, playtime, walks, and even some time soaking up the sun if that’s what they enjoy. I believe dogs should have the opportunity to stay active while also having time to relax and feel comfortable in their environment. I start by giving each dog individual one-on-one time so I can learn their personality, comfort level, and needs. Depending on your dog’s temperament and your preferences, they may also be paired with other dogs who are a good match. Group interaction is always based on the owner’s request and what is appropriate for each dog. Interested in park walks or additional outings during your dog’s stay? Please request this in advance. Park outings depend on the season, weather conditions, and whether the activity is appropriate for your individual dog. All outdoor activities are fully supervised. Your dog will also have a consistent daily routine, including scheduled meal times, potty breaks, activity, rest, and plenty of personal attention. For their protection and peace of mind, dogs are crated in their own individual, secure spaces during nighttime and any extended periods when they cannot be directly supervised. This helps prevent accidents, unwanted interactions, and unnecessary stress while maintaining a safe environment for every dog in my care. I also have interior security cameras throughout my home to provide an additional layer of supervision and security while your dog is staying with me.

JR and his family are absolutely the best for my dog sitting needs. This is the second time my dog Findley has stayed with JR and both times I arrive back home to a calm happy dog. My dog is quite spoiled and JR is happy following my dogs feeding and treat routine. JR takes him for walks and plays ball with him in the nice fenced in yard. Receiving pictures while I’m on vacation is a wonderful plus that eases my mind while I am missing my dog. JR treats dogs like family and is very responsive when messaging. I highly recommend JR and so thankful to have him take good care of Findley!

This was my first time using Rover and I was very nervous about having someone outside our family to watch my girls especially since it was to be a 5 night stay. I had several Meet and Greets with 4 different people ahead of time and ended up loving me some Brittany! She's such a sweetheart and I could tell immediately she and her hubby loved dogs. Their relaxed home and living environment gave the girls freedom to roam and perfect for them to chill (I was worried about them being nervous). Their nice sized fenced yard and even an extra room for their "quiet time" (I have an older doxy and she can be a bit temperamental at times) were great as well. All that with the updates and pics Brittany sent me I never worried a minute about them. ----- I will no doubt use them again! ----- Thanks Brittany!

About: Hi, I'm Alexa! I’ve grown up surrounded by animals and have cared for many of my own, which has given me a deep understanding of their needs and personalities. Over the years, I’ve provided dependable pet sitting for friends, neighbors, and families in my hometown, earning their trust through consistent, attentive care. I treat every pet as if they were my own—prioritizing their comfort, safety, and happiness at all times. As a college student pursuing a degree in the medical field, I bring a heightened level of awareness, responsibility, and knowledge when it comes to overall care and well-being. I am detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining routines that keep pets feeling secure and stress-free. Whether it’s daily walks, feeding, playtime, or companionship, I provide a calm, nurturing environment that pet owners can feel confident in. I ADORE ALL FUR BABIES! As a college student currently taking online courses, I have a very flexible and consistent daily routine that allows me to prioritize your pets care throughout the day. My schedule gives me the ability to be present for feedings, walks, playtime, and regular check-ins without feeling rushed. I don't have weekends marked as a guarantee, but I may be available and will always be open to working something out, so don't be afraid to reach out! 🩷 I care for pets like they’re my own and try to keep them as comfortable as possible. In a client’s home, I stick to their usual routine—feeding, walks, playtime, and anything else they’re used to—so they don’t feel stressed while their owner is away. I also make sure to keep things clean and send updates with photos. If I’m caring for pets in my apartment, I make sure they have a safe, clean space and get plenty of attention, exercise, and supervision. I pay attention to each pet’s personality and what they need so they feel happy and relaxed.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
