About: I don't have any professional experience, but I've grown up in a family that has housed a lot of dogs and cats since I was born. We've had 4 dogs and 7 cats from my early childhood until today, so while I did obviously have the rest of my family to assist with them, I've still had firsthand experience with a lot of different behaviors and habits of these pets and how certain traits or preferences vary between them. I finished college at UGA recently, so I'm currently at home full-time. Pet care would be pretty easy to fit into my weekly schedule. I always try to make sure I feed my cat her treats once a day around the same time, so consistent feeding and cleaning wouldn't be that much harder with additional pets. I am gone some evenings on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but other than that my time is fully open to help your pets stay relaxed, happy, and healthy. My backyard has a fence, but it's currently old and unrepaired, so the gates cannot close properly, so any pets prone to running will be staying inside or on a leash. My house is very small, but my front and backyard are very spacious, ideal for pets that are uncomfortable in small spaces. My cat can be skittish around other animals, so I will need to keep her in a separate space from them, but my family's done that with many of our cats, so it will not be a problem for the client or their pets. My roommate stays inside most of the time, so but he's also very friendly and should not pose any issues for the pets.

I also have experience dispensing medicine and caring for sick cats and dogs. I’m currently working part time, but I should have lots of time off this upcoming month (July/August). I can pet sit on busy days as long as owner is comfortable with me possibly leaving for hours at a time. In my home, I like to keep my cat inside. My back yard is fenced in for our dog. I try my best to keep the house clean and orderly to avoid any potential danger for my pets, and would do the same for yours. For walking, leashes are always a must.

“I was a first time Rover user, due to boarding at a local pet daycare not working out. I have two in tact opposite gender fur babies, who have never been cared for by anyone but their in home family….us. My family and I went on a 5 day vacation and needed to have them walked 3x per day. Due to the turnaround time, the walker needed to be booked within 48 hours. About: I have been a camper (dog-sitter) for service pups in training aged 2-17 months for the Guide Dog Foundation for about 1 year. I live in East Athens about 2 mi from campus but am willing to travel mostly anywhere around Athens if needed. I am pretty flexible on weekends (all-day) and Monday/ Friday afternoons. I am also available some Tuesday-Thursday late afternoons/ evenings but would appreciate more advanced notice. I live in an only partially enclosed apartment complex, so I would keep pets on a leash during any time spent outside unless my client had an enclosed yard.

You’d be doing me a huge service by helping support me and removing some of that financial burden 😊😊 Here is my class schedule to help you plan and know if you should reach out according to your pet’s schedule/needs: Monday: Class from 9:00-11:30am and 12:40-3:35pm (break in between!) Tuesday: No classes!! Wednesday: Class from 11:35-2:15pm and 2:40-5:30pm (not a big enough break in between sadly) Thursday: Student teaching at an elementary school from 7:00am-3:00pm Friday: No classes!! I prioritize safety and comfort for every pet. I make sure to follow any feeding or medication instructions, and provide supervision at all times. I’m experienced with pets of all ages and temperaments, so you can trust they’re in good hands.

About: There's not many people out there who love animals as much as me. I have experience with dogs, cats, fish, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles of all kinds, and other exotics such as sugar gliders. As a part of one of the biggest pet rescues of the Southeast, I have fostered and cared for dogs of all sizes, with all kinds of needs from medications to heartworm treatment. I've also apprenticed with an experienced and well-known dog trainer. I can read dog behavior well, and am patient and understanding with anxious, frightened, and grouchy pups. About: I’ve grown up taking care of our family dogs for years! I bathe, walk, feed, and play with my dog. I have also taken care of two golden doodles for two years after school. I would stop by to make sure take them outside to play and go potty! Along with this, I have experience staying the night to care for a pup and keep them company! About: I have always loved animals. I actually have a hard time paying attention to humans when a pet is in the room. I have grown up with several dogs, hamsters, fish, and reptiles. I have several years of dog walking and pet care experience for friends and friends of friends. I am a high energy individual and have plenty of it to share playing with and walking pets. I am happy to take care of young and old dogs and have experience administering medications. I work from home so I am available to spend time with your pet throughout the day and more than willing to send updates! I am a grad student and am very flexible and willing to take care of a variety of pets in addtion to dogs (e.g. hamsters, rabbits, birds, reptiles, fish, etc.) I am a Grad Student here at the University of Georgia. As such, I am often working from home. This means that I am available throughout the day for walks, bath room breaks, and play. Additionally, I am very active and have a lot of energy myself. I love going on walks, runs, and playing with animals. I also know animals have anxieties, fears, and stressors and am very aware of the need to respect and listen to them when they are needing a nice quiet space to process. I live in a 3 bedroom apartment by myself. I have a fenced balcony on a second story that gives plenty of space to rest outside and observe surroundings. I live in a dog friendly gated complex that has a small dog park area and is close to several parks and walking trails. I do not have any pets myself so I am completely focused on your furry family member.
