“Dan & Kat took care of our babies for a week and it went awesome! In the past, one of our boys has had anxiety when we've left and had accidents. Not so this time! Our two dogs and cat loved Dan & Kat and we wouldn't hesitate to book with them again. From the meet and greet to being flexible on our dogs' schedules and daily updates, everything was absolutely perfect.”

“Megan has stayed with our pooches numerous times. The best way to sum up how wonderful she is is to say the dogs are a little down and look for her at our gate for a few days after we return!”

About: I've got multiple years of experience handling a highly anxious dog that can be dog selective during high stress situations. I was the one primarily training my family's two dogs, as well as the one taking them out on as many walks as I was able. I have multiple years worth of experience with senior dogs that had arthritis and who needed to have their food prepped especially for easier eating. I'm currently a student at the University of Georgia and currently looking into part time summer positions, however my schedule is very flexible with daily check-ins and overnight stays during both the week and weekend are very doable. During check-ins, outside of ensuring food and water are available, I would make sure to spend time playing and hanging out with any dog and if I have time to take them on a walk I will. For overnights, I would do the same thing with the only difference being the amount of time I'd be able to spend with the dog.
“I’m so thankful for finding Hailey! This was my very first time leaving Luna ,my dog, and my home under someone else’s care and I couldn’t have chosen better! Luna was extremely comfortable with Hailey, as soon as she walked through the door Luna liked her. Her schedule was followed without issues and she even took her on long walks. Luna didn’t miss a single meal and I could tell she was happy and calm in every picture. She even put her hoodie on during colder days. My home was in good hands as well. It was so clean and tidy it didn’t even look like someone was staying there! Being our first time doing this, me and my husband were very nervous but Hailey sent us updates and pictures as often as she could and that allowed us to enjoy our trip. As dog owners, we look for someone who would treat your dog as their own and that’s exactly what Hailey did! I can confidently say I will keep coming to back to her every time I need my home or my dog taken care of! Thank you Hailey!”

“Olivia followed all instructions and took amazing care of my cat. We had a longer stay, and she and Garfi became very close. She communicated well with us throughout and even looked after our house while we were away. We will definitely book her again!”

“Samantha did a great job watching our stubborn English Bulldog. She’s reliable and gave us peace of mind while we were gone for 8 days. Our pup has some behavioral quirks but Samantha was patient and did not have any issues caring for her. We came back to a calm and relaxed pup. Our home was also left clean. Thank you Samantha!”

About: I’ve been caring for pets and pet sitting for neighbors, friends, and family since I was young. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I genuinely love spending time with them. I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities, including larger breeds such as Pit Bulls, XL American Bullies, and Cane Corsos. I’m comfortable handling strong, high-energy dogs and understand the importance of patience, consistency, and safety. I promise to be dependable, responsible, and provide regular updates so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands. I am available throughout the day for walks, drop-in visits, daycare, and boarding. If your pet is staying with me, I will be home for most of the day aside from occasional errands or appointments. This allows me to provide plenty of supervision, attention, exercise, and companionship to make sure your pet feels comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I live in a house with a yard and access to a dog park within my neighborhood, providing plenty of opportunities for exercise, play, and enrichment. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. I carefully follow all feeding, medication, walking, and care instructions provided by owners and will keep you updated with photos and messages throughout your pet’s stay. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, young, or senior, I will provide attentive care tailored to their individual needs.

“As first-time Rover users, we were initially nervous, but Taryn immediately set our minds at ease. She warmly suggested a meet-and-greet to ensure it was a good fit for us and our pets. While we were away, Taryn was excellent with communication, checking in upon arrival and sending regular photos and updates. Coming home was a delight; our house was spotless, our dogs were happy, fed, and well-exercised, and Taryn had even thoughtfully started a load of household linens in the wash. We have no doubt our animals adored her and received the very best care. We will absolutely be asking Taryn to return!”

About: Hey! I’m Savannah, I just graduated from esthetician school and now working as a solo esthetician in Athens. From birth I’ve always been surrounded by dogs from Dobermans to Pomeranians. As someone trained in both skincare and healthcare, (from lifeguarding growing up) I know how important it is to be detail oriented, compassionate, and trustworthy. Whether it’s sticking to a feeding schedule, giving your pup extra snuggles, or going on energy burning walks, I’m committed to giving your fur baby the love and attention they deserve. Let me know your animals needs, routines, quirks, and I’ll take care of them like they’re my own. Can’t wait to meet your furry friend! Let’s set up a meet and greet! I’d love to get to know you and your fur baby! I’m currently working part-time as a licensed esthetician but have plenty of time to work around any days you would need! I create a calm, cozy, and pet safe environment where they can feel comfortable, loved, and secure. Whether your pet is playful, shy, or somewhere in between, I adjust to their pace and needs.
“Sophia is wonderful! She instantly connected with my senior dog and took special favor to her needs. Sophia didn't even flinch with med requirements and was an overall champion for the experience. Look no further when booking.”

About: I don't have any professional experience, but I've grown up in a family that has housed a lot of dogs and cats since I was born. We've had 4 dogs and 7 cats from my early childhood until today, so while I did obviously have the rest of my family to assist with them, I've still had firsthand experience with a lot of different behaviors and habits of these pets and how certain traits or preferences vary between them. I finished college at UGA recently, so I'm currently at home full-time. Pet care would be pretty easy to fit into my weekly schedule. I always try to make sure I feed my cat her treats once a day around the same time, so consistent feeding and cleaning wouldn't be that much harder with additional pets. I am gone some evenings on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but other than that my time is fully open to help your pets stay relaxed, happy, and healthy. My backyard has a fence, but it's currently old and unrepaired, so the gates cannot close properly, so any pets prone to running will be staying inside or on a leash. My house is very small, but my front and backyard are very spacious, ideal for pets that are uncomfortable in small spaces. My cat can be skittish around other animals, so I will need to keep her in a separate space from them, but my family's done that with many of our cats, so it will not be a problem for the client or their pets. My roommate stays inside most of the time, so but he's also very friendly and should not pose any issues for the pets.

About: From lizards to dogs & cats, I have been taking care of pets ever since I can remember. In recent years, I have cared for my family's elder dog Molly. Along side our puppy (whose not so puppy anymore) Bella. I am currently enrolled at The University of Georgia, where I live and care for 2 very fun cats, Juno and Ziggy. There are many times where I am the first to go to whenever any family member or friend needs care for their pet/pets. I am currently in the process of getting a part time job, so I am available at nearly all times of the day to care for pets. I will adhere to any instruction given to the dot. Whether it be closing doors at specific times or only letting them roam in a specific area, no matter the rules to care for a pet in or around ones home, I will follow exactly.

About: Hi, my name is Kenzie. I’ve been around animals my whole life and genuinely love spending time with them. I’m all about creating a calm, happy space where pets feel safe, relaxed, and cared for while their people are away. What makes me different is how naturally I connect with animals and how much real experience I have. I’ve pet‑sat for lots of families with all kinds of pets and personalities, and I’m really good at helping them feel comfortable quickly. I also babysit, so families trust me to be responsible and respectful in their home. I’m easygoing, reliable, and I always make sure every pet gets plenty of love and attention. I just graduated from UGA, so I have a lot of free time right now and would dedicate all of it to your pet. I genuinely enjoy being around animals, so taking care of them never feels like “work” to me. I’m flexible throughout the day and can easily fit walks, playtime, feeding, and whatever routine your pet needs into my schedule. When I’m taking care of pets in a client’s home, I keep things super simple and respectful. I follow whatever routine you already have in place, keep your space clean, and make sure your pet feels comfortable and not stressed. I’m good at sticking to feeding times, walks, litter box care, and any little details you want done a certain way. I’m calm, patient, and I always let your pet set the pace. At my place, pets have plenty of room to hang out, explore, and get cozy. It’s a clean, safe space with no chaos, and I’m always paying attention to doors, windows, and anything that could be a safety issue. I love having animals around, so they get lots of attention, cuddles, and a relaxed environment where they can just be themselves. Your pet’s comfort is the main thing I focus on, and I make sure they feel happy and secure the whole time.
Whitehall pet parents share their Rover experiences
This was our first time using Rover. Lyss was so great about coming and meeting our dogs before we confirmed. I love the interaction she had with them and her questions showed she really cared. She took great care of them and we are definitely going to be using her in the future!

Ashtyn was wonderful! She watched Lenny over the weekend while I was out of town and kept me updated with the cutest photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. She communicated clearly, asked questions when needed, and took great care of him. I came home to a happy pup and a clean house — such a nice bonus. I felt completely comfortable the entire time and would absolutely book her again. Highly recommend!

We are beyond grateful for the incredible care our dog and cat received. From the moment we met, it was clear how kind, responsible, and genuinely loving they are with animals. We had complete peace of mind knowing our pets were safe, happy, and well cared for. The updates and photos were so appreciated and showed just how comfortable our pets were. We couldn’t have asked for a better caregiver and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional pet care.

This was our first time having Unami pet sit for our dog, Ernie, and we were so happy with how everything went! She was very nice, easy to communicate with, and Ernie seemed comfortable and well cared for. It gave us peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. We’d definitely recommend her and look forward to having her watch Ernie again.
