I'm currently a student at the University of Georgia and currently looking into part time summer positions, however my schedule is very flexible with daily check-ins and overnight stays during both the week and weekend are very doable.

During check-ins, outside of ensuring food and water are available, I would make sure to spend time playing and hanging out with any dog and if I have time to take them on a walk I will. For overnights, I would do the same thing with the only difference being the amount of time I'd be able to spend with the dog.

A typical day
I love both cuddling with dogs and also seeing their playful side, so I do my best to allow them times to relax and have quality enrichment. My personal motto for more high energy dogs is: a tired dog is a happy dog. And for the more laid back dogs I will happily spend a day cuddling with them on the couch if that's all they want to do.

Pet care experience
I've got multiple years of experience handling a highly anxious dog that can be dog selective during high stress situations. I was the one primarily training my family's two dogs, as well as the one taking them out on as many walks as I was able. I have multiple years worth of experience with senior dogs that had arthritis and who needed to have their food prepped especially for easier eating.

Mabel has shown a care-givers heart and a love for pets her whole life. She also loves following rules! This makes her an excellent pet-sitter. She is responsible and will go the extra mile to make sure your pets are well cared for.
Mabel was so great!! I had to go out of town for a few days, and was a bit worried about finding someone to watch my dog, as she is getting up in age and has mobility issues and health concerns. She has particular food, has to have a close eye kept on her to make sure she doesn't fall, needs to be taken out often, basically just needs a lot of attention. I was scared to put all these concerns on a petsitter, but Mabel was SO attentive and understanding! She made sure to go above and beyond, following every instruction and keeping me updated with questions, concerns, and updates (as well as some cute pictures as well!!) Thank you Mabel :) I highly recommend her!!
Mabel is a very friendly and experienced person who provided the utmost care for my 3 pets (2 cats and a dog) while I was away for a few days. My pets absolutely loved her and I 100% recommend her to anyone in need of someone who will genuinely care for your pets.
