Dog Walking Coventry

About: My experience consists of watching family and friends dogs and occasionally cats. I had a small yorkie with hip dysplasia and cushings that required meds frequently and I had a black lab mix that has also passed away, who was blind in one eye and deaf. I offer companionship and exercise for your pets when you're away. I can help with training, taking them for long walks, going to the restroom, administering medications, or just being an awesome petter for your puppy (because all dogs are puppies, no matter how old). I occasionally work weekends from 8-4pm at a hotel, but am usually up very early and can walk your dog as early as 5am if needed. I have a fully Remote job and will be able to spend the majority of the day with your pets. Constant 24/7 care will have a higher nightly rate, if they are not able to be left alone in any capacity, as I will have to rearrange my schedule. When I walk my dogs, I prefer them to be in a harness for their comfort and safety. I make sure to watch the dogs closely, so if I see any signs of stress, I will promptly remove them from the situation. During the summer months especially, I will make sure to walk them early in the morning or in well shaded areas to make sure their paws are well protected from the hot pavement. I carry a dog water bottle with me on my walks, so they always have access to clean water if needed. When dog sitting, I take them out constantly, offer lots of playtime and stimulation while there, and always make sure the area is clean.

About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was ten years old for neighbors and family. I have a bachelors in animal science from UGA and currently work in a local animal clinic for cats and dogs. This clinic offers regular and medical boarding and I am comfortable with animals in all stages of life as well as those that might require a little extra time and attention. I am CPR certified and have training to administer medications and fluids and monitor critically ill patients. I work Mondays-Thursday’s 7:30-6 and can be flexible with a lunch hour to provide for all types of needs. I am open all weekends and holidays. I have one sweet medium sized fur baby who is a shepherd mix, she is friendly with all sizes and breeds. I typically care for pets in a clients home as I find this can minimize stress related clinical signs from manifesting. I love to be active and can incorporate that into your high energy pets needs or can snuggle with your low energy pet and read a book. I monitor my dogs food and water intake closely and actively observe them when outside, I treat all my pet sitting babies the same as I would my own girl.

About: I've taken care of all types of dogs and have been a pet sitter since 2002. I've owned dogs, cats, guinea pigs, fish, chinchillas, and chickens. In college, I worked for a mobile dog groomer. I'm a marine biologist, so I work offshore often. My schedule has me at sea for 3-6 weeks and then home for a few weeks where I'm fully available to look after your fur babies! I'll be sure to keep my availability updated so you know when I'm around to help out. You know your animals and what they need to be happy and thrive, so I'll do my best to always make sure they're cared for in the way you prefer.

About: Hi, my name is Kenzie. I’ve been around animals my whole life and genuinely love spending time with them. I’m all about creating a calm, happy space where pets feel safe, relaxed, and cared for while their people are away. What makes me different is how naturally I connect with animals and how much real experience I have. I’ve pet‑sat for lots of families with all kinds of pets and personalities, and I’m really good at helping them feel comfortable quickly. I’m good at sticking to feeding times, walks, litter box care, and any little details you want done a certain way. I’m calm, patient, and I always let your pet set the pace. At my place, pets have plenty of room to hang out, explore, and get cozy. It’s a clean, safe space with no chaos, and I’m always paying attention to doors, windows, and anything that could be a safety issue. I love having animals around, so they get lots of attention, cuddles, and a relaxed environment where they can just be themselves. Your pet’s comfort is the main thing I focus on, and I make sure they feel happy and secure the whole time.

About: While I've had pets my entire life, I've professionally cared for the animals of others for nearly 10 years. While I was in the Army, I fostered for a local rescue and did the basic training and socialization for young, abandoned puppies to get them ready for forever homes. While pursuing my BS of Animal Science at ISU (Class of '19) I worked at Lloyd Veterinary Medical Hospital with equines of all ages, and spent several years as professional Animal caretaker working at the USDA with small animals. I have experience with dogs and cats, young and old, as well as rodents and other small animal pets, geckos, and freshwater aquarium fish. I am semi-retired, and work my own hours part time so schedule is flexible and it's easy for me to fit your pet(s) into my daily life Your pets will be most comfortable in their own environment, and I am committed to caring for them in a way most similar to what they are accustomed to.

About: After the passing of my senior dog, Fezzik, I felt the need to share my care for pets with others in my community. With experience volunteering at animal shelters and caring for senior animals, I can be the attentive caregiver your furry companion needs! I currently am starting my career in online teaching and content creation, which means I work from home and have a flexible schedule. With frequent walks already built into my schedule, I am a good fit for pets of any activity level! I live in a gated community with ample space for leashed walks and time in the grass for pets who are boarding. I maintain a clean, second-story apartment which includes a balcony and dog bed. I have my own transportation for at-home visits as well.

About: I have worked at vet clinics and at barns so I have diverse experiences to handle animals. I also have had pets my whole life. I recently moved to athens to start vet school. Since it is the summer I am a free book and have time all day to watch your baby. I have a townhouse with a dog park to take your baby out. I also have a spacious living room where we can play and cuddle. In your home, I will respect your schedule and follow it to a tee.

About: I currently have a cat and a dog of my own, but I have always had at least one pet ever since I was a kid. I love working with dogs to train them, as well as spending lots of time cuddling and playing. I am comfortable grooming dogs. I love pets of all ages, but I have a soft spot for senior pets. I currently work as a caregiver all day Mondays and Tuesdays. I also draw and work on art a lot in my free time. I participate in various art markets and exhibitions throughout the year, but have a lot of free time aside from those days. I don't have a fenced in yard and I have a dog and a cat so I typically don't offer to host other pets at my home, but I am happy to spend some time with your pets in their own home where they should feel the most comfortable. I can take dogs on long or short walks, take them to a dog park, or just spend time with them at your house. I can bathe, brush, play, and cuddle your dogs. I am not a certified trainer, but I can work on simple commands and behavior modification. It's up to you how you prefer I help take care of your pet!

About: @ahartpetsitting on insta!! I’ve been taking care of animals as long as I can remember. Hermit crabs, guinea pigs, lizards, fish, chickens, you name it! I just love every animal, and I still believe that they can speak, just not when we’re in the room. I work professionally with dogs every single day as a manager of a dog care facility. I’m known for liking the “bad dogs” at work along with special needs and older pets as well (I love powdered sugar faces)! I treat each animal as my own, and I would do the same with yours! I work full time as a manager at a doggy daycare, I would be able to get you a registration forms and take your pup to work with me if you’d like! My job is very flexible so I can also come home at any point and let your pup out instead of bringing them with me. I am also open to not working during the time I care for your pet. About: From lizards to dogs & cats, I have been taking care of pets ever since I can remember. In recent years, I have cared for my family's elder dog Molly. Along side our puppy (whose not so puppy anymore) Bella. I am currently enrolled at The University of Georgia, where I live and care for 2 very fun cats, Juno and Ziggy. There are many times where I am the first to go to whenever any family member or friend needs care for their pet/pets. I am currently in the process of getting a part time job, so I am available at nearly all times of the day to care for pets. I will adhere to any instruction given to the dot. Whether it be closing doors at specific times or only letting them roam in a specific area, no matter the rules to care for a pet in or around ones home, I will follow exactly.

About: I’ve grown up with animals for pretty much my whole life, and have always loved having them around! In the last few years, I’ve been living alone and touring for work, so I can’t morally have a cat or dog of my own. I have a crested gecko and a california king snake (named Minkie and Burger) that keep to themselves, and honestly most of the time they are completely still or have hidden themselves in some foliage, so they’ve never been much interest to dogs or cats that have been in my house. Half of the time I work from home, either mixing or making string arrangements for albums. If I am working at a studio or running sound at a venue, I’m able to take a break to let out anyone who needs to be let out, but ideally would just schedule myself for days where I’m already working from home. Ideally I’d be able to be around them as much as possible! I’m a bit of a homebody when I get the chance, so I’d make sure they’re the center of attention :)

About: I don't have any professional experience, but I've grown up in a family that has housed a lot of dogs and cats since I was born. We've had 4 dogs and 7 cats from my early childhood until today, so while I did obviously have the rest of my family to assist with them, I've still had firsthand experience with a lot of different behaviors and habits of these pets and how certain traits or preferences vary between them. I finished college at UGA recently, so I'm currently at home full-time. Pet care would be pretty easy to fit into my weekly schedule. I always try to make sure I feed my cat her treats once a day around the same time, so consistent feeding and cleaning wouldn't be that much harder with additional pets. I am gone some evenings on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but other than that my time is fully open to help your pets stay relaxed, happy, and healthy. My backyard has a fence, but it's currently old and unrepaired, so the gates cannot close properly, so any pets prone to running will be staying inside or on a leash. My house is very small, but my front and backyard are very spacious, ideal for pets that are uncomfortable in small spaces. My cat can be skittish around other animals, so I will need to keep her in a separate space from them, but my family's done that with many of our cats, so it will not be a problem for the client or their pets. My roommate stays inside most of the time, so but he's also very friendly and should not pose any issues for the pets.

About: I am an absolute dog lover and Rover lover! After I graduated from UGA in 2018, the first thing I did was purchase my own puppy, and she has been worth every sacrifice. Rover has helped me out so much while I have been moving between houses, and would be honored to give back by being a sitter. I am married and work full time, but am flexible as to whether I am working at home or in the office, and my husband is available to switch off with me as needed. My dog is very gentle, and loves play when with a good buddy. I am also a runner, so if your dog is high-energy, I will gladly take it for a good run (Yes- even if they want to yank my arm off)! I am diligent about taking puppies out to use the restroom. I understand (from experience) what it takes to house-train a puppy, and how important consistency is. I have a very flexible job, and already spend a lot of time with my own dog. Adding another in the mix would just be more fun for Mal Pal and I! Currently, I do three walks: morning, afternoon, and evening. I try not to leave dogs for longer than and hour if I need to leave the home while pet-sitting. When I am gone, pups stay in their crates.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, growing up in a home full of both cats and dogs. Caring for pets has always come naturally to me, and having pets of my own has taught me patience, responsibility, and how important it is to give them the extra love and attention they deserve. I recently said goodbye to my 13-year-old Labrador Retriever, my best friend, but not long after, I found and took in a scrawny feral kitten who is now absolutely thriving and living his best life. I also worked as a veterinary technician assistant for a year, where I gained hands-on experience supporting veterinarians and learning how to properly care for animals of all ages and needs. This experience taught me how to be attentive, detail-oriented, and confident in handling a variety of situations. Whether it’s keeping up with routines, providing playtime and enrichment, or simply offering comfort and companionship, I treat every pet like my own. My goal is always to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Alongside my commitment to Rover, I also work a part-time role that requires a few days of in-office attendance. That said, I maintain a flexible schedule throughout the week and am always fully available on weekends. I’m more than happy to accommodate your routine and ensure your pet receives the care, attention, and exercise they deserve when you’re away! While I don’t have a large yard, my neighborhood offers plenty of safe walking trails and a nearby community dog park, giving your pet great opportunities to stay active, happy, and well-exercised.
