“Lauren took great care of our cats Indie and Bruce while we were gone on vacation. She was nice and kept us updated on their status. We would be happy to have her take care of Bruce and Indie again in the future!”

“Megan did an excellent job with the drop in on our 2 dogs. My dogs liked her right off the bat. Megan provided updates and pictures of my babies and that is very comforting. She arrived promptly for all of the visits and did all that we asked. We will use her again.”

“Haley was great! She came over to the house a few days before watching Dixie so I could show her where everything was and explains dog’s dietary needs for meal time. Very communicative about her visits with plenty of photos and was very easy to coordinate with. I will definitely be using Haley again in the future for drop in visits.”

“Calvin joined our family about a month ago- my dog Charlie, as well as son Sidney, and I have all grown accustomed to and enthusiastically welcome Calvin's presence in our home. Charlie looks delighted every time Calvin comes over, and the pics he sends to me of he and Charlie playing brings a smile to my face knowing that even though I can't be there myself all of the time to play, I find comfort knowing that Charlie has grown to love Calvin in my absence. And...the fact that Calvin served in the US Army is an additional bonus, as I know he understands the importance of responsibility as well as accountability.”

“Emma was great checking in on my cat! He was well-fed, well-loved, and very happy when I came home, and my home was respected and looked just as it did before I left. She also provided many pictures for each drop in which was very appreciated. Emma communicated quickly and efficiently.”

About: Beyond the care for my own personal doggies, I have 5 years of experience working at a premier doggy day care and boarding facility, Camp Bow Wow. Here, I cared for many dogs at once all varying in breeds, size and ages. I was responsible for supervising play time, feeding, administering medications, basic grooming and cleaning. I have also had experience with my own personal pet care boarding service out of my home where I have mostly cared for dogs in my home but have house/farm sat for clients. I'm currently in veterinary school so my schedule can be sparse at times. I am available on the weekends as well as Wednesday mornings with the potential for some afternoon care the rest of the week days. I care for others pets just as I would my own. When I care for pets in their own home, I love and care for them just as I would mine and uphold any special request the owners leave for me. I like to send photos and precise updates to owners while caring for their pets. I can relate to the desire to hear from a pet sitter since I have my own!

“Cannot adequately express how wonderful they were! Our dogs were cared for so well. Communication was easy, and they were very flexible over the week. I will absolutely book with them again.”

“Always so sweet and amazing with my pup. She keeps me updated and informed. Thank you!!”

About: While I've had pets my entire life, I've professionally cared for the animals of others for nearly 10 years. While I was in the Army, I fostered for a local rescue and did the basic training and socialization for young, abandoned puppies to get them ready for forever homes. While pursuing my BS of Animal Science at ISU (Class of '19) I worked at Lloyd Veterinary Medical Hospital with equines of all ages, and spent several years as professional Animal caretaker working at the USDA with small animals. I have experience with dogs and cats, young and old, as well as rodents and other small animal pets, geckos, and freshwater aquarium fish. I am semi-retired, and work my own hours part time so schedule is flexible and it's easy for me to fit your pet(s) into my daily life Your pets will be most comfortable in their own environment, and I am committed to caring for them in a way most similar to what they are accustomed to.

“Michele was absolutely fantastic! She really cares about cats and went above and beyond to make sure our shy kitty was comfortable enough to come out and play. Michele also took great initiative to keep the place clean of all cat mess. We really appreciate how sweet and wonderful she was with our fur baby.”

“Annie did a great job checking in on and giving medication to our cat! She gave updates and took lots of pictures so we could relax while out of town!”

About: I'm a veterinary student at UGA with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and livestock. I've worked in clinics and shelters. I absolutely love connecting with animals. I'm confident handling all temperaments and know how to recognize signs of illness or stress. Whether it's a senior dog or a high-energy pup, l'll treat your pet like family. With school wrapping up, I’ve got plenty of free time—and what better way to spend it than caring for and hanging out with awesome animals? I live in a cozy two-story home with plenty of space for pets to relax and explore. There's a temporary fenced area for outdoor time and lots of room for walks in a quiet neighborhood. It's a calm, pet-friendly space where your dog can feel right at home.

“Lauren is the best! I don’t worry at all when our pups are in her care. She has amazing communication and our dogs love her. I highly recommend her and we will continue to use her for our dogs!”

“Sophia was prompt to respond to my request for a drop-in the following day to check on our Cocoa & let her out while we were out of the house. Will definitely have her on our list to use again in the future. Thanks, Sophia.”

About: I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life. Trustworthy, calm, loving, patient and reliable. A lifetime of animal experience with a keen eye for detail. I am currently a stay at home parent with a very flexible schedule as my spouse also works from home. Available 7 days a week. I have a fenced yard and a friendly dog named Moose and a feisty and sweet cat named Bowie Chicken. I can easily crate your dog if needed.

About: I currently have a cat and a dog of my own, but I have always had at least one pet ever since I was a kid. I love working with dogs to train them, as well as spending lots of time cuddling and playing. I am comfortable grooming dogs. I love pets of all ages, but I have a soft spot for senior pets. I currently work as a caregiver all day Mondays and Tuesdays. I also draw and work on art a lot in my free time. I participate in various art markets and exhibitions throughout the year, but have a lot of free time aside from those days. I don't have a fenced in yard and I have a dog and a cat so I typically don't offer to host other pets at my home, but I am happy to spend some time with your pets in their own home where they should feel the most comfortable. I can take dogs on long or short walks, take them to a dog park, or just spend time with them at your house. I can bathe, brush, play, and cuddle your dogs. I am not a certified trainer, but I can work on simple commands and behavior modification. It's up to you how you prefer I help take care of your pet!

About: Hi, my name is Alexia and I'm here because, like you, top quality pet care is my priority! I grew up around animals, and have always been passionate about their well-being. While my long term goals are more focused on conservation, I've found that dogs bring me back to my roots and give me such joy, and I hope to return that favor. I have a BS in Biology and Animal Behavior, Ecology & Conservation. In total, I have about 10 years of professional dog-related experience in various settings. I've also worked in a zoo, a veterinary clinic, a dairy farm, and on a horse farm. I have two years experience with dog boarding, and three years experience in dog daycares. I have also been employed as a dog bather, and can perform services such as nail trims and ear cleanings, among others. I have about five years experience in training and I am certified in pet first aid. In my free time, I love hiking and photography, and I'd love to take your kiddo(s) along for an adventure! I look forward to meeting you and your furry friends. :) I am a full time graduate student, so my availability changes often. I am open most days, but at different times, so please contact me for details and we can work something out! I have an extensive background in training and working with dogs in all environments. I have worked with dogs of varying skill levels, including untrained and "stranger danger" dogs. No matter the layout or size of a home, my goal is always to set your dogs up for success. The safety of your pets will always be my first priority.

“Stephanie was super sweet to all our pets and very accommodating to our needs. We have a mixed pet family of an inside/outside dog, inside only cat, and outside only cat but Stephanie handled it all in stride. The photos, videos, and funny stories let us know our four-legged family was well-loved while we were away on an extended trip. She was great at communicating and quick to respond to any questions or requests. We will definitely have her pet sit again!”

About: I'm Darcy, Athens resident and lifelong pet lover (seriously, my first word was "dog"). I have experience with pet-sitting, house-sitting, and sitting petting pets! I also have two special-needs dogs of my own (deaf, cerebellar hypoplasia, and anxiety), so I am confident and competent when handling pets of differing abilities. I would love to meet your fur babies and ensure they are well-fed, well-walked, and well-loved in your absence! I am an aspiring librarian who currently works full-time, but I am available after 5PM on weekdays, all day on Saturday, and 7AM-10AM and 2PM-8PM on Sundays. I know that pets are family, and I will ensure your pet receives the love, care, and attention that I would want for my own. I am happy to do a meet and greet so that you feel reassured your pet is in capable hands.

About: I bring a calm, attentive, and compassionate approach to every pet I care for. I’m especially thoughtful with senior pets—patient with their pace, experienced in giving medication, and tuned in to their comfort. I treat every animal like an individual, adapting to their mood, energy, and routine. Whether it’s a slow, soothing walk or a little extra cuddle time, I make sure your pet feels safe, seen, and loved while you’re away. Caring for animals is a natural and fulfilling part of my daily life. I build my schedule around pet visits and walks, making sure each one gets the time and attention they deserve. Whether it’s early morning strolls, midday check-ins, or evening routines, I’m consistent, flexible, and fully present. Pet care isn’t just something I squeeze in—it’s something I truly enjoy and prioritize every day. When I care for pets in your home, I do my best to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow any specific instructions you leave—feeding schedules, walk times, medications, or favorite toys—and always make sure they get the attention and care they’re used to. I keep things tidy, respect your space, and make sure your pet feels safe, relaxed, and loved while you're away. Whether it's a quick visit or daily walks, I treat your home and your pet with the same care and respect I’d want for my own.

Hala is just as intuitive as she is skilled in putting animals at ease, and is also one of the most responsible people I've ever known.
