About: I don't have any professional experience, but I've grown up in a family that has housed a lot of dogs and cats since I was born. We've had 4 dogs and 7 cats from my early childhood until today, so while I did obviously have the rest of my family to assist with them, I've still had firsthand experience with a lot of different behaviors and habits of these pets and how certain traits or preferences vary between them. I finished college at UGA recently, so I'm currently at home full-time. Pet care would be pretty easy to fit into my weekly schedule. I always try to make sure I feed my cat her treats once a day around the same time, so consistent feeding and cleaning wouldn't be that much harder with additional pets. I am gone some evenings on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but other than that my time is fully open to help your pets stay relaxed, happy, and healthy. My backyard has a fence, but it's currently old and unrepaired, so the gates cannot close properly, so any pets prone to running will be staying inside or on a leash. My house is very small, but my front and backyard are very spacious, ideal for pets that are uncomfortable in small spaces. My cat can be skittish around other animals, so I will need to keep her in a separate space from them, but my family's done that with many of our cats, so it will not be a problem for the client or their pets. My roommate stays inside most of the time, so but he's also very friendly and should not pose any issues for the pets.

This flexibility means your dog won't be left alone for long periods of time. I'll have plenty of opportunities throughout the day to provide companionship, playtime, and attention. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, games of fetch, cuddling on the couch, or simply having someone nearby, I'll make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I can also provide regular potty breaks, outdoor exercise, and enrichment activities to keep your dog happy and engaged. My goal is to maintain your pet's normal routine as much as possible while giving them the love, attention, and care they deserve. When caring for pets in my home, I do everything I can to help them feel safe, comfortable, and part of the family. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, exercise, medications, and any special needs, so they can maintain a sense of familiarity while you're away. Throughout the day, your dog will receive plenty of attention, playtime, enrichment, and affection. My home has a securely fenced yard where dogs can safely explore, play, and enjoy frequent potty breaks. I also live near a park, making it easy to provide longer walks, fresh air, and extra exercise for dogs who enjoy getting out and exploring. I share my home with two friendly, well-socialized cats who are comfortable around dogs. They are calm, respectful of other animals, and have experience living alongside canine visitors. If your dog enjoys feline company, they'll have friendly companions, and if they prefer their own space, I'm happy to provide separate areas so everyone feels safe and comfortable. Above all, I treat every pet as if they were my own. In my home, dogs lay on the couch, go out when they need to, and get very frequent cuddles. I’d love to help you remove some of the stress of leaving your dog by letting them spend their time away from you in comfort! I’m a 10-plus year dog owner with a love for all breeds. For home daycare service, your dog will spend the day with me as I work from home. Time is mostly spent indoors, with as many outside breaks as they want. While I have a large fenced yard, I never leave dogs unsupervised while outside.
