About: I currently have a cat and a dog of my own, but I have always had at least one pet ever since I was a kid. I love working with dogs to train them, as well as spending lots of time cuddling and playing. I am comfortable grooming dogs. I love pets of all ages, but I have a soft spot for senior pets. I currently work as a caregiver all day Mondays and Tuesdays. I also draw and work on art a lot in my free time. I participate in various art markets and exhibitions throughout the year, but have a lot of free time aside from those days. I don't have a fenced in yard and I have a dog and a cat so I typically don't offer to host other pets at my home, but I am happy to spend some time with your pets in their own home where they should feel the most comfortable. I can take dogs on long or short walks, take them to a dog park, or just spend time with them at your house. I can bathe, brush, play, and cuddle your dogs. I am not a certified trainer, but I can work on simple commands and behavior modification. It's up to you how you prefer I help take care of your pet!

About: I have been taking care of my neighbors pets for years when they go on vacations, I am always the person they ask to help out. I love my pets and it is so fun to work with other pets too. I have had pets my whole life, but I have had my current cats for 6 years and my dog for 4 years. My family also just got accepted to adopt a puppy and we are super excited! I’m currently looking for gigs in Athens from March-May during the shoulder season at a mountain that I work at in Colorado. About: I grew up with all kinds of animals and took care of them when sick or when family or friends were away. I can continue training if needed. I love to take care of fur babies. I can confidently say when you get home your fur babies will be happy! I am a caregiver for the elderly with dementia my schedule varies but tends to be midday up to 5 days a week 4-5 hour shifts. I can adapt to any set of rules you may have for your pets to help them be more comfortable and feel safe while in my care.

About: Hi! I'm Katy! I have had dogs for my entire life, so I am more than prepared to take care of your dog(s). I have experience with the difficult things that come with new puppies as well as senior dog care (medication, injections, IV fluids, incontinence care). I use a lot of positive reinforcement for walks and during play time. I am in the middle of the hiring process for a federal position and have ample free time at the moment! I am also happy to do early morning and lunch time walks, feeding or drop-ins. Our home is smoke-free and clean. It is a unique layout that allows us to separate our own pets (two cats) from any boarding pets if the owners would prefer and still have plenty of space for all animals in our care!

About: I’ve grown up with animals for pretty much my whole life, and have always loved having them around! In the last few years, I’ve been living alone and touring for work, so I can’t morally have a cat or dog of my own. I have a crested gecko and a california king snake (named Minkie and Burger) that keep to themselves, and honestly most of the time they are completely still or have hidden themselves in some foliage, so they’ve never been much interest to dogs or cats that have been in my house. Half of the time I work from home, either mixing or making string arrangements for albums. If I am working at a studio or running sound at a venue, I’m able to take a break to let out anyone who needs to be let out, but ideally would just schedule myself for days where I’m already working from home. Ideally I’d be able to be around them as much as possible! I’m a bit of a homebody when I get the chance, so I’d make sure they’re the center of attention :)

“Calvin joined our family about a month ago- my dog Charlie, as well as son Sidney, and I have all grown accustomed to and enthusiastically welcome Calvin's presence in our home. Charlie looks delighted every time Calvin comes over, and the pics he sends to me of he and Charlie playing brings a smile to my face knowing that even though I can't be there myself all of the time to play, I find comfort knowing that Charlie has grown to love Calvin in my absence. And...the fact that Calvin served in the US Army is an additional bonus, as I know he understands the importance of responsibility as well as accountability.”

About: I've had a kitty for 4 years and have lived with dogs my whole life! I'm just looking for a fun way to work in college while also helping people take care of their fur babies :) I know how stressful it can be to leave your pets with a new person but I promise to care for your babies like they are my own!! I'm a senior in college with a very flexible schedule. I can be there whenever you need me. I care for my own kitty as well! I promise to care for your pets with respect and love! I think animals are precious and such a gift. I will do my best to care for them however you tell me and respect any wishes!

About: Aside from growing up with cats and dogs, and living in college with my two cats, so taking care of pets has and always is a part of my everyday life! I have assisted senior animals who needed help to be fed/ medicated/ etc., so no pet is “too much” to petsit regardless of their needs/ medications/ diets/ etc.! I am here to help you and I promise to treat your pet as my own! I am currently a senior at the University of Georgia, so my schedule is very light! Aside from my two classes, Tuesday and Thursday morning, and my classes that I teach at a local cycle studio, there are so many hours in the day that I can allocate to care for your pet. I am super active, organized, and have so much free time on my hands that could be utilized to help out my community! Pet care doesn’t just “fit” into my routine, it has and always will be apart of it! As I mentioned before, I currently have my two cats with me in college, and they are apart of my daily routine 24 hours a day! Take care of your pet is no different! I am happy to answer any questions you have about my schedule and I promise to always communicate when I am available and at what times I am! Regardless of if it is my home, or yours, I treat every pet as if they are my own! Animals brings so much joy into peoples lives, and I am so excited to meet your furry friend and get to know their personality, show them affection, and take them for walks! Especially since we are blooming into spring, now is the perfect time for me to have a companion join me on my long walks in the sun OR join your pet at their home and play with them! If there is ever a situation where I am unsure, I do not hesitate to reach out and ask questions to you because open communication is KEY when delivering quality service to you and your pet(s)! At home home- I typically throw the ball to my labs, until they let me know they had enough! Then I bring them inside to get some water and maybeeeee a treat if they were being good! More often than not BOTH my cats and dogs pull on my heart strings so even though the dogs are not allowed on the best… as you can see in my photos, I cannot resist a sweet cuddle! Same for my cats, they are always napping in my room and cuddling with each other!
