“Amanda is absolutely wonderful! She’s incredibly fast to respond, professional, and so personable , you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. My dogs took to her right away, which says a lot! It was clear from the moment she walked in that she has a natural connection with animals. I felt completely at ease knowing they were in her care. I would absolutely recommend Amanda to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate pet care, and I’ll definitely be using her again!”

“Brooke was AWESOME! She accommodated a very last minute request ,spent time with Thomas, made sure all instructions I got her were followed, and sent great pictures and videos. I cannot wait to book her again.”

“New Rover sitter. Learning the ropes but clearly a good heart and engaged well with my dog and parrot. Sent good photos with Frisbee playing with Roscoe and singing and dancing with my parrot. Would use her again”

“Donnis was amazing with my high maintenance Pomeranian. I am an overly anxious dog mom but she made me feel so comfortable while I was away. I’ll definitely be using her again in the future. Thank you so much, Donnis!”

“Lillie was a great caretaker for my kitty while I was on vacation. I was worried about leaving him for so many days, but knowing that Lillie has extensive experience caring for animals was reassuring. She was very dependable & made sure my kitty was loved and cared for. Thank you Lillie!”

About: We specialize in enrichment and fun for your dogs! We have spent the last 15 years finding fun ways to keep sport dogs happy and healthy. We would love to share some of our experience with your dog! Your dogs will have a structured but fun individualized routine with plenty of enrichment and exercise! Along with my experience with sport dogs and canine fitness, I have a bachelors degree in animal science, am a human registered nurse, certified pet food specialist and a certified raw pet food specialist. My daughter, Day La has been working with me for about 10 years. She is also experienced with handling and training. She is a Registered Behavioral Therapist and is able to transfer some of her experience with humans to her dog training abilities. She will also be a part of your dogs care and training during their visits! My daughter and I own a canine fitness business and work from home, except when we travel to canine sporting events. We will be at home with your dogs and they will be involved in everything that we do as far as play, fitness and enrichment. Our yard is fully and securely fenced. We have canine fitness and enrichment equipment that we will use daily as long as free play on 3 acres. Depending on your dogs needs, they will be safely crated in my home at night or for rest periods during their stay with us. We will feed up to two meals a day unless your dog has special needs.
About: I have taken care of pets my entire life! I had a Great Pyrenees until I was 15, and I still have a Golden Doodle and two cats. I also have taken care of small fish. My mom owned her own pet-sitting business for four years, so I’ve also learned the ins and outs of pet care! I’m currently working part-time and taking online summer classes, so I’m available for most of the week anytime during the day unless I’m scheduled. I work at a breakfast restaurant, so I can help before and after my shifts (7:30 am - 3:30 pm)! I wake up early to feed my pets and let my dog out in our fenced in yard to use the bathroom! I also give them love and attention and walk my dog throughout the week. I change the litter box when necessary, bathe my dog, and am willing to do whatever needed to care for your pets!
“Sahara was literally an angel who stepped in when a previously hired sitter no showed after I had already left town. She has been patient with my very shy and skittish senior cat who is now enjoying being petted by Sahara. I highly recommend her.”

About: I have had several different kinds of dogs since I was 5 and have raised several Boxer puppies from birth. I have also taken care of several senior or sick dogs, so I am comfortable taking care of more hands on animals! Happy to run around with your pet, or be a lazy couch potato with them—whatever their heart desires! I am free throughout the summer and would be happy to work with your pet! I am adaptable and flexible based on your pet's needs and routines. I have one medium sized miniature schnauzer who is full of energy and loves to play with other animals. I also have a large fenced in backyard to let dogs out to play/relieve themselves. I keep a clean and tidy home that your animal will feel comfortable and safe in!

About: I love dogs and cats too, I got into dog - sitting when I first moved to Georgia and my neighbor went out of town I watched her dog while she was gone and have been dog sitting ever since. I love going out and walking dogs and playing with dogs. I make sure they feel like they are loved and with their owners when I watch animals I love making them even little treats and dinners. Also if you have specific thing your animal eats then you can count on me to make sure they have a good healthy meal, I also am good about giving them their medication. I understand how people love for their animals as if they were their children and I totally get it. You worry about them and want to make sure they are taken care of well. I myself even hate the thought of my animal being alone for over a long period of time because of work or school.

About: I have a dog, 3 cats, 2 ferrets, and bearded dragon, who I love very much. I grew up taking care of all kinds of animals and have always had a passion for it. I am available Mondays- Sundays, at all points in the day. I strive to make your baby as comfortable and happy as possible while you are away. I love to keep you updated so you can enjoy your time away and feel at peace about leaving your pet at home.

“I was super nervous to leave my babies for the first time without a family member staying with them or checking in daily. Katie put us at ease immediately and sent detailed daily updates and photos. I could tell that my kitties were in great hands with her. Our vacation was cut short due to weather and Katie was incredibly flexible with our changed return date. We would recommend her to anyone!”

About: Hi, pet parents! I understand first-hand how difficult it is to find someone you trust to come into your home to take care of your babies. I have 4 years of pet sitting experience with cats and dogs, and I have two cats of my own at home. I am a loving, reliable, and experienced pet sitter providing daily walks, playful cuddles, feeding, and updates. Your pet’s safety, happiness, and comfort will always come first! I am currently working part-time (3 days a week ish), so I would have plenty of time to dedicate to your animals! I am looking to find a family I connect with to be their go-to sitter! It is so important for animals to keep their environment the same when their very favorite people are gone. My main focus would be to keep their routine exactly how they are used to and give them extra snuggles and playtime! I can also send picture/video updates so you feel connected and confident while you are away!
“Siara made us feel very comfortable leaving our pups in her care. She took great care of them, even dealing with a messy cleanup due to our anxious puppy. Will definitely check with her when I next need a sitter!”

About: Dogs are a big part of my life right now. With two energetic boxers (one of them deaf) I’ve taken a crash course on raising dogs that are loving, friendly, and listen. I’ve learned a lot the past few years, and can’t wait to love on other dogs. I am currently home most of the day, and I would love to love on your pets. My two boxer are energetic, playful with all other dogs, and thinking meeting new friends is the best. I do have four kids in the home, but they love dogs. Your dog will get extra love and play from these gentle hands. I have an active family and your dog will get lots of attention as we walk, play indoors with dog toys, and engage with my energetic and friendly boxers. We love to cuddle on the couch with our fur friends. Sleep and food time can be done in a particular place if that is what your pet needs.
About: I am dedicated to being an attentive caretaker, providing love, companionship, and meeting all needs to ensure the well-being of any pet under my care. I’m currently taking online classes at Kennesaw State University. Being at home will allow me to effectively take care of pets that are assigned under my care. Whether indoors or outdoors, every pet receives ample attention tailored to their needs: whether it's for bathroom breaks, walks, or simply lounging, their care is tailored to their owner's preferences.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
