“Finding Leslie was literally an answered prayer. Having 3 dogs was not an issue for me for the past five years because I work from home and I had not been traveling due to the pandemic. Fast forward to 2024, my job “requested” that I start traveling again in addition circumstances arose that required that I travel frequently to care for ailing family members. Talk about being stressed! After months of searching, I finally found Leslie. We did a meet and greet to see if she could handle 1 cranky Senior dog and 2 very rambunctious two year old Pit Bulls and they would like her. They fell in love with her almost the minute she walked in the door. I've never seen anything like it. My Senior dog was more excited than I've seen her in several years. It was also apparent that the feelings were mutual. I was able to leave home knowing that they were in excellent hands. Leslie not only was great with my fur babies, she was also extremely patient with me as I navigated the Rover booking system for the first time and even cheerfully accommodated a last minute schedule change. My babies were all smiles and had tons of fun during Leslie's drop in visits and when I returned home they were happy and all tuckered out. I will definitely be using her top-notch services again.”

About: I've never NOT had a dog in my life--from our big chocolate lab mix, Bella, who grew up with our 1st 2 daughters for 15 years, to the poodle mutt I had for my first 18 years of life to our now energetic GSP! Dogs add so much joy to our lives and deserve outdoor time--even while you're away! I have been a dog walker for many repeat clients over the years and have enjoyed it so much! Now, that I am no longer homeschooling my youngest children, I have more time to WALK! (I can give medications both oral or injection as well. Our current dog is diabetic and must receive insulin 2 times a day). I will respect your neighbors' property and ALWAYS pick up the business! I love walking and nature so being YOUR pet's walker would be my honor! I am currently a stay at home mom and can primarily walk during the day between 8am & 4pm. I can definitely walk just before bedtime as well! Some weekend days are possible with notice I am happy to enter your home and provide treats before/after our walk and lock up behind myself abiding by your instructions to crate your pet or put in the backyard or leave to roam the home.

About: Majority of my years with Rover have been in NYC and have had a great reputation with them as well as my clients. I care for my own dogs (frenchie/boston terrier mix and a boston terrier) as if they were my daughters. Well trained and taken care for emotionally and physically. I have always been a dog person and never have found a dog I have not gotten along with. Aside for studying voice acting, I work a part-time job so I am usually available. I keep clients updated at all times, especially with housesitting appointments. I have babysat, walked and cared for many dogs and have always been praised for my patient, loving treatment of them. I will play with them, feed and care for them however needed. If there are any special needs, I am willing to accommodate as well. My time is flexible. I always put work first and my personal schedule works around that. I like to make sure at the very least, the basic needs of pets are taken care of before anything else. I am deathly allergic to cats so I can only do dog/cat homes if it’s an outside cat. I always plan my day around my animals, my pets and any animals I’m watching. I make sure to stick to meal, snack, walk, and bedtime schedules. I will treat your home as if it were my own. I will make sure everything is clean and organized for your return. I will make sure all doors are locked and make sure your home is safe.
