About: I have lots years of pet experience. I also do dog walking-boarding with Wag! Where we become certified and are background checked. I have two dogs on my own, a Chiweenie (Duke) and Maltese mix (Chess). I live with my parents and we are a pet friendly home! I always had a passion for animals and I will guarantee you and your pup won’t regret any minute! I love going to the dog park on my free time, taking walks and of course my favorite is play time (which is all day long). I do work part time over night but my parents are disabled so someone is ALWAYS home. I hope that you choose me to fulfill your wants for your pet and I hope to see you in the near future :) Thank you, Alexis PS: I do understand accidents happen when your pup enters a new home but if your dog constantly urinates or poops on carpet/floor along with them being let outside to do their business I will add a cleaning fee of $20. I work over night so I’ll be home all day to ensure your pup gets all the attention they need with lots of play time and walks. I treat each pet as if they are my own. All allowed on furniture and free to roam all throughout the house but I do have a gate keeping all the dogs away from the front door so you have no worry about your pup sneaking out. They also have free access to the backyard.

Good communication, went above and beyond, and our shy cat even came out to say hi to her which is a very rare event. They seemed happy and healthy went we got home and everything looked good.”

I'm also a gardener, so I'm outdoors in every kind of weather, and I'll treat your yard and home with care. At home I have a dog and two cats, so I'm comfortable with both. Whether your pup needs a good morning walk or your cats need someone calm and patient to feed them, scoop the litter box, and give them attention, I've got it covered. I've dog sat for friends and family many times, including caring for five pit bulls at once, so I'm used to handling a full house of dogs. I offer morning walks (perfect before your workday starts), evening drop-in visits for feeding, potty breaks, litter boxes, and play time, and overnight stays in your home when you travel. I'm available most mornings for early walks before your workday starts, and on select evenings for drop in visits. I'm also available for overnight stays, especially on weekends. I double check doors, gates, and locks every time I come and go. On walks I'll use the leash and gear you provide, or I can bring my own if you need me to. I'll follow your pet's feeding, medicine, and daily routine exactly as you describe, and I keep your vet's info and an emergency contact handy just in case. I have a dog and two cats of my own, so I know how to introduce myself calmly and give nervous pets time to warm up. You'll get photos and an update after every visit.

About: Majority of my years with Rover have been in NYC and have had a great reputation with them as well as my clients. I care for my own dogs (frenchie/boston terrier mix and a boston terrier) as if they were my daughters. Well trained and taken care for emotionally and physically. I have always been a dog person and never have found a dog I have not gotten along with. Aside for studying voice acting, I work as a part-time bartender so I am usually available. I keep clients updated at all times, especially with housesitting appointments. I have babysat, walked and cared for many dogs and have always been praised for my patient, loving treatment of them. I will play with them, feed and care for them however needed. If there are any special needs, I am willing to accommodate as well. My time is flexible. I always put work first and my personal schedule works around that. I like to make sure at the very least, the basic needs of pets are taken care of before anything else. I have a fenced yard and a play pen for small dogs. Toys, water bowls if needed, and will give attention and playtime if your dog is an active.

Growing up my grandparents had a cattle farm and I would spend summers there helping with the chickens, dogs, and cats. I have helped train dogs including my own. My dog Eevee is a Shiba Inu who was born during the pandemic. I learned how to train my dog with positive reinforcement only training and believe it’s the best way to create trust. My parents also had me help with our dog an American Eskimo who lived to be 16. Our cat who was a mutt but we adored lived to be 21 years old. We also had two ferrets that were amazing and lived for 5 and 6 years. Caring for pets in the best way insures they live long happy lives. I have helped many people with their dog training even though I’m not a trainer. Consistency, makes it easiest for the dog to understand. I want to know all your pets habits and corky behaviors. Tell me their schedule and how you do things with them to keep them happy! It’s ok if they aren’t perfect cause none of us are! If there is a behavior you’re working with them on I’m all ears and happy to help support you. I love walking dogs! However, it can be difficult for some dogs with all the distractions of the world. Also depending on the time of year, time of day, and weather we may not be able to walk every visit. Some dogs don’t have the stamina for a 30 min walk. That’s ok if we need to play with their toys in the house or backyard as well! A great play session helps tire them out so when you come home they have burned some energy already. We could also play with puzzles that I have to get their mind engaged! Mental stimulation can sometimes be even more exciting for dogs! For cats we all know they have a mind of their own which makes me so happy! If you’re out of town or you work long of hours and need me to feed your furry family member I’m your gal! I especially love cats! I find them to be adorably entertaining and know they don’t like dirty littler boxes or water. I’m happy to help support your cats while you’re away! If it’s hot outside we can’t walk because we don’t want burnt paws. Which is why puzzles, bubbles, and other fun activities work so well. Animals love routine and structure.
