She was incredibly patient with him, especially since he’s very suspicious of new people and tends to bark until he realizes they’re friendly. Valerie even took the time to come meet him before her scheduled visits so he could get a little more comfortable with her. When we got home, Guapo was just as happy and content as when we left, which gave us so much peace of mind. Even with my landlord being a bit particular about parking, Valerie maintained excellent communication throughout the entire stay and handled everything professionally.
