Pet care experience

They love us unconditionally first

Dog walking schedule : I currently walk dogs between 4 - 8 pm only. Experience with animals : Dog is the first pet I had .... and my love to animals expands. I had guinea pigs, fish and currently have bird feeders in the yard .... I dont have much experience taking care of cat, but I am willing to learn :) A story about our last dog ... just to give an idea what I can do for dog(s) care ... I found our last dog roaming in the street. She didnt have a microchip. Our vet found out that she had heartworm. Had I brought her to the shelter, she might have had been put down. I decided to take care of her. Later in her life, she had some health issues. - She had herniated disk that almost got her paralyzed. - She had uterus infection and needed hysterectomy. She got all the surgeries and gained her health. - She also had collapse lung (bullae). After the surgery, she went home but the bullae did not go away. I had to suction out the air from her chest cavity, every 3-4 hours for almost 1 month. Fortunately she had a miracle and fully recovered. - She also caught diabetes at the age of 9, and needed insulin injection twice a day. After spending 6+ years with me, she finally passed at the age of 12yrs old. After that, I decided to help more dogs by volunteering at Georgia-SPCA where I've fostered approximately 30 dogs until the management got taken over by Atlanta Humane Society. Most of the dogs I fostered suffered from heart worms, I had to administer the medications for approximately 3 months until they were healthy and ready for adoption. ( Most of the dogs in my pictures belonged to the SPCA). I also had an experience to rehabilitate an injured dog that was hit by a car and got one of her feet amputated. We rebuilt her confidence, trust on human, and was able to roam freely without fear. Please let me know if you have any question or specific care for your pet. I am willing to learn.

Nelly P. Was very organized. She showed up each day for two visits, made sure my cat ate, played with him, and sent me pictures and a daily report. She even found a mistake with the billing and fixed it promptly. She is a wonderful petsitter and I was able To relax on my vacation knowing she was caring for Alfie.

Very Nice, and also very professional. She took care of him and played with him and my cat LOVED her. She also went above and beyond for my baby.

Nelly provided very special care for my pet, timely and consistent care each day, spent time with my pet, and gave me comfort knowing Master Bruce was in “good hands”. Also, Nelly provided other services; collecting mail, watering potted plants, filling bird feeders and other detailed focused tasks! And, tons of photos of my pet each day! We look forward to Nelly caring for Master Bruce in the future!

Nelly is a wonderful and incredibly thoughtful sitter. She came to our meet-and-greet well prepared with a notebook to make sure she didn’t miss a thing, which immediately put me at ease. She took beautiful photos of my cats — just the right amount — and kept communication clear and reassuring throughout my time away. Nelly was also very flexible and always available when I needed to extend visits. I truly appreciated her care and attention, and I would absolutely recommend her.

Nelly did a great job sending pictures and updating me on on the condition of my cats as well as showing that the automatic feted food was empty. That I expected to be enough before I got back on my trip..
